Dollar Tree manager at the store on palm bay rd., palm bay, fl

11:30 am 12/23/17 the store is located next to Staples on Palm Bay Rd in Palm Bay FL

As my husband was going in one of your clerks had went outside to tell the manager that they needed more cashier help. The manager was rude as she was coming back in. She may have thought she was talking to herself but she was not. She said: because her break was interpret that her words not ours. "THIS IS [censor]". We feel this was not becoming of a manager. She had her cigarette break interrupted. Needless to say the lines were long inside. About 8 to 10 people were in one line. This is one of your busiest days and I don't feel this was professional coming from a manager. I would not even expect that from a clerk.

Dollar Tree - Return policy

Good evening, My name is Mariela, and my complaint involves Store # 4995, Assistant Manager Rosa. Your return policy states "We will gladly exchange any unopened item with Original receipt". However that is no the case. I presented myself on 12/21 to return 8 bags of cotton balls that were purchased on 12/17, and one nice store employee said we only do...

Dollar Tree treatment/ unfair practices

Bottom line . My wife is being pointed out cause she cant close as fast as others Even though at the end of the day she drives your money in the dark to your bank Its not about the money either she has told anyone that will listen that she was never properly trained on how to close That's on you not her she stated that she will time out so that your company don't have to pay her cause shoes overweight which show is told daily by the head manager Gary . Someone show this disabled Marine that this country has some heart let her tell you her concerns before this Nazi Gary demotes and takes all of her hours.. P.S. My wife is also a store manager . Since shoes afraid to talk to anyone cause for some reason she wants and loves this job.. I'm goanna tell yea.. The head manager from what I'm aware of inst supposed to gibe the office keys top anyone else right ( except Management) well tell him that he gave some little cashier that he was all in love with a set.. So how is anyone supposed to know what you can and cannot do.. He also harasses my wife . Since I cant legally confront hi, I'm turning to you.. Next step would have to be filing a harassment case. Please help me out . Please.

Dollar Tree my wallet was stolen by employees

Yesterday I shopped in the Dollar Tree store located in 17657 North Dale Mabry Lutz 33548, My wallet was stolen by an employee and covered up by others, I asked for my wallet to be returned and they acted nervous and began to state that the security surveillance cameras were not working and there's no proof of such thing as a cashier or store manager keeping my wallet.
I call the sheriff department and did a report of the incident. Have a report # and this happened between a time frame of 1:45 - 2:00 pm .
Please investigate this store ASAP because the employees working here are real crooks.

Same thing happened to me 3 weeks ago and the manager gave me the run around about the cameras. He was supposed to have called me but didn’t so after a week I went to speak to manager. He tells me he didn’t see anything in the camera period. He had told me before that he would ask corporate permission to review the cameras with me. I was supposed to pay part of my rent that day and had $676 dollars in my wallet. I know that cashier stole it when I left it unattended to get an item after I had paid. These people are vial and I feel disgusted going back there.

So sorry this happened to you; I truly know how you felt; there’s a sour-sweet afterwards; somebody did found the wallet on Kohl’s parking store next to St Joseph Hospital & real nice lady left a note on my house that she found it & all my credit cards, driving license, student ID were there, but all my money was gone over $300 cash; I took it to check for finger prints & try to get a court permission to check surveillance cameras plus a Subpoena but all fail; but I believe in Karma and after all this negative event I got triple blessed ; I just hope the person that spent my money had a blast with it; but I learned my lesson to not come back as a customer to that store.

Dollar Tree rack fell off end cap display and hit me in the head

On Monday I was in the Aberdeen Wa store.
The isles had several freight carts blocking isle. While trying to maneuver around a freight cart my cart barely bumped in to an end hanging display rack. The metal rack which is fairly heaving fell and hit me in the forehead head. It left an egg on my forehead. I was able to re-attach the rack. It hit so hard it took me a few minutes to catch my bearings as it was very painful. I let an employee know this had happened and suggested that he fix it. He barely acknowledged me. His response was, "O sorry about that" I attempted to let him know where it was and he and kept going. His demeanor was ok whatever.

Today is Wednesday and the area still has pain and swelling. I am actually shock that it that it did not bust my head open. I want to report it because it is unsafe and I don't want someone else to be injured.

I have included a photo. The photo does not adequately show the swelling an bruising.

If you have additional questions to resolve this issue. I can be contacted at [protected]

Thank you, Patience Jones

Dollar Tree I am complaining about a very disrespectful assistant manager

I am complaining about an assistant manager named Paul Patrick at the location in Fairfield township. Paul Patrick has displayed terrible attitudes with both employees and customers. I've heard that he consistently gets written up and nothing has changed. While I was in the store, I have also heard that he called a black employee, "A good slave". Paul Patrick speaks to his employees like they are his slaves and treats them as though they are lower than him. There are also two pregnant women at this location and he has shown nothing but disrespect with them, arguing in front of customers and displaying absolutely terrible behavior.

Dollar Tree management

Hi I worked at dollar tree in pataskala Ohio I started back at in June or July I breast feed my daughter and needed to pump at work the manager Tami told me that I was allowed to pump. Well the manager Judith harrassed me about it by asking all the customers and the managers about it and had an attitude with me about it when I asked her for a break to pump. I told tamey our head manager Everytime Judith would make smart remarks to me or my other Co workers tamey did not say anything to Judith and Judith did not stop I asked tamey if I could say something to her in the office and Judith had attitude to with me so we got into an argument. My friend started working with me at dollar tree a couple of days ago and Judith started to harass my friend about me and tell her things about my work ethic so again I went to tami and asked her to speak with her and Judith. Tamey told me yes and that Judith should not be discussing my work with other Co workers. Tamey, Judith and I went into the office and told Judith to please come to me or tamey if she has a problem with my work or if I'm doing something wrong. Judith starts yelling this is why I can't talk to you and waving her hands again tami does not say anything to her and nothing is resolved. Tami leaves I'm upset and judy asked me to come to the office she asks me what's wrong and again I try to explain why I'm upset. She than again yells this is why I can't talk to you and waves her hands around we get into an argument she grabs my wrist and I tap her forehead with one figure just to tell her hey do not touch me. I told her to take my draw down and she keeps shushing me and telling me to quit yelling when I wasn't yelling and I kept telling her I was not yelling. So the next day I hear that tamey wants to talk to me about the incident which upsets me because I've done nothing but try to work it out with just. Feeling harrassed and picked on because I defended myself I put my two weeks in. Judith has made me and my friend feel harrassed and uncomfortable. My friend was a witness to me and Judith's argument and she will also send her complaints in. Ever since December started tamey has told me i could wear different colors for Christmas she did not say it had to be a Christmas shirt and has let me wear different colored shirts that are not exactly Christmas but after i put my two weeks in I walked into work today with a different colored shirt I was sent home, I went ahead and quit because like I said I feel picked on and harrased. If this issue is not taking care I will complain on social media and dollar tree website so people know before they work their they may be harrassed. Also I will file something on Judy for grabbing my wrist.

Dollar Tree manager richard in store #4499

My five-year-old son and I were shopping as we always do.are usually bring my son to the dollar store to get a reward for his good behavior. The new manager Richard approaches me and tells me that my son is not allowed to play with the bouncy ball in case it injures someone. My son was not behaving inappropriately and he was not bouncing the ball or playing ir radically. I told my son to continue that he was not doing anything wrong. The manager continued to harass me and told me to leave the store. I told him I was not leaving, I have every right to shop there and my son was not doing anything and if anything happens I will address it myself. He told somebody to call the police and I continued shopping and ignored him. By than my son was Completely horrified and scared and asking for his daddy he stopped doing what he was doing with the ball and told me he will only hold it in his hand. As I get to the register and proceeded to check out, the manager told the cashier not to ring me up and to cancel my transaction. I said if you cancel my transaction we are going to have a major issue I told him he was discriminating against my son and then my son didn't do anything wrong and he was harassing me I checked out and left the store. I would like someone to please contact me in regards to this matter I was harassed and I would like a letter of apology from the manager and the letter of apology to my son.
Thank you in advanced!
Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays!

Dollar Tree treatment of employees

Store # 4735 the geneva store in daly city ca.
I can't believe that a store manager (Marian) actually did nothing about a employee being sexually harassed! She was informed about the situation over a month ago and has done nothing about it! That is so unacceptable of a manager! A employee trying to make a living getting treated like every time she goes to work is totally ridiculous! Then because the employee dosent show up for work she gets fired? I wouldn't go to work either if someone was making obscene comments about my personal parts and it was aloud to go on! I seriously hope the lady sues that store and marian and the males involved! And yes marian and the males parties involved should all be fired! This store needs to be under new management!

Dollar Tree management

Please do something about extremely unprofessional & very poor management.
The current manager of our dollar tree store is an embarrassment to our community. Not only is he lazy but when he DOES decide to be at the store he spends a lot of time outside smoking
several times when it is busy he stays in his office, never helping staff. It is the holiday season, the isles blocked with merchandise that arrived and 3 days later when I went back they were still there. He made no attempt to unpack or help anyone. It was near impossible to see some of the shelves let alone the high risk of liability to your company. An elderly gentleman in clear view of manager was trying to reach behind the very high stack of boxes. I told him to be careful & ask for help. He very bluntly stated "That S.O.B. doesn't care about his job or about people. "
I & several friends have decided to boycott this store. Would rather spend extra money elsewhere.
We have been to other stores of your company that are clean, organized & friendly. This store is filthy & always a mess. He is sloppy, dirty & no-one understands why he is still there, or how it is going unrecognized. The whole situation is an embarrassment in our community & has been ongoing for a very long time.

Dollar Tree the condition of the store

Not only is the store located in Whiteville NC disgusting and unorganized and not to mention rude but the bathrooms made me feel like I needed to get a tetanus shot. It is an absolute disgrace and the store is faltering. I have included the photos I took inside it today. As a former employee of the dollar tree company, I am completely appalled that this has not been handled sooner.

Dollar Tree customer was charge for 2 packs of polish sausages 1 cover up 1 stain lifter out of 91 items that was not included in my purchase.

On December 15, 2017, the customer ( Ms. Bushell) enters the Dollar Tree Store at 266 N. Telegraph Rd. Pontiac MI. location, and purchase some household items and some food items. Once approaching the cashier to check-out the Sales Associate Jessica did assist customers with placing items into white plastic bags, customer reach for bags that were sitting on top of the counter and did not see a box or any other items on top of the counter.

The customer came back to the store on 12/15/17 after checking to noticing that customer did not have "Halls Lemon" and other items that were not present with the customer after purchase. from the "Dollar Tree Store". (Store#667).
Customer spoke with Sale associate two with blind long curly hair who appears to be about 5"1 & petite. Who assisted me with some of my items and stated that the colds items were put back into the freezer and she had together the other items up and that the cashier that assisted me left a bag up front. But, when the Sales associate went to check a bag was not present! it appears that cashier Jessica, place all remaining items the was left behind back onto shelves and cold items back into the refrigerator.

Cashier Jessica did not bother informing management of this in case customer came back to store to pick-up items that were left behind.
Therefore, the customer (Ms. Bushell) only received 6 items back out of 30 items that were not included into on 12/15/2017 before the store closed.

Custom contact manager the next morning between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 am. A store associate answer and put (Ms. Bushell) on hold to speak with the store manager. The store manager listens to my concerns and her comment was, I can only give you the items that we have in the bag and box, that is available. The manager did not care about, what was on the receipt then stated that (I don't have proof that you don't have these items because customers purchased items and sales them to another store) Customer inform the Store Manager that it was the cashier responsible to make sure customers have their bags before they leave the store. Th Store manager became very aggressive, argumental, and would not allow the customer to get a word in over the phone then hang the phone up on customer's ear.

Customer enter building on 12/16/2017 after 12:00 noon to pick-up remaining 19 items that the Store manager stated to the customer over the phone. Since customer did not receive it with the 6 items, that customer pick-up on 12/15/17 that was not included in the customer purchase. Still, the customer was not able to receive the missing items the was not included on in the bag after being informed in such a rude way by Store Manager in front of other customers that were in the store during that time.

Store manager informs the customer(Ms. Bushell) that she will not provide any other items to the customer, that is not in the bag or box and inform Ms. Bushell (customer), that she has other customers to assist and rudely walk away.

The customer is requesting a refund for the above products that Ms. Bushell (customer) did not receive from (Store #667)after entering this location twice on the 15 & 16, of December 2017. Dollar Tree Inc. deducted $91.16 from my checking account and customer did not receive all 91 items that customer purchase.

Dollar Tree customer service

I was in line to purchase two bottles of water, the cashier looked at me and said she was closed, mean while she's still ringing up customers and all I had was those two bottles of water. I asked if it was possible she can ring me up it's just two items and I'm on my lunch break. So said no, that she has to go to her break and to get in another line. The lines were extremely long, all registers were in use. Each register had at least 10+ people waiting. So I just put the water back in the fridge and left. That was a huge inconvenience to me. No one wants to go stand in another line for 35mins to buy two bottles of water.

I really dont want to defend the store but when we're told to go take our break we have to go take our break no excuses. I've been in retail for awhile and they're strict about it.

Dollar Tree I am complaining about one of my managers. her name is ruth.

Today is Saturday the 16th of December 2017. Today is my 3rd day working for dollar tree. I love my job but im very disappointed. When Ruth was training me she said it doesnt really matter how many boxes i record at the end of the day. She told me that she just makes hers up and i should to and that she doesnt care. I remember specifically in my training to always record the accurate amount of boxes i unload per day. Ruth is constantly complaining about the job and having mood swings the entire shift, and swearing non stop. She told me when im stocking the isles that it doesnt matter where i put things or how i put it out, but to just get it out there as fast as i can. Basically every thing i learned in training she has been telling me to do the opposite and telling me to be careless just like everyone else here in the store? I have been making sure to do my job properly and as best as i can according to the training. Yesterday morning i helped unload the truck. I was trying to keep the boxes from falling off of the belt as the truck driver was sending them down the assembly, because things were falling and getting damaged! Ruth stopped me and told me dont worry about the boxes falling, and to just keep working. So i did as i was told, but their were so many damaged boxes and items she ended up throwing away?
Im not sure how sceduling works but noone has informed me of anything or given me a scedule. Maria and Ruth tell me what time to come in as they go. Ive come in at 5, 4:45, and today 4am. When i got hired Maria told me that im only working part time, 5 to 5 1/2 hours a day. I have been doing just that. Yesterday before i left Maria, Ruth and i were in the back sorting boxes and i asked Maria what time should i come in today? Maria said she doesnt know and then looked ay Ruth and and said "Um do you want her to work tomorrow? Then Ruth said i guess?
Then Maria said well what time do you want her to come in? Then Ruth says "Well im here by 4am so she can come at 4am". Then they both looked at me quiet which made me uncomfortable, and i just said ok sure. Then it was time for me to clock out. They never said what time i should leave. Today i came in at 4am. The day was even more weirder than it has been! Ruth, Aaron and i were all restocking isles. At times we were all in the same isle getting the job done. Their was specifically a black customer that asked Ruth could he have one small box to take home hes moving? She told the customer that shes not dealing with boxes and to ask me or Aaron. I hate for even mention anything about race or discrimination but this really seems like that kind of case! Aaron is black and im mixed, and Ruth is white. She literally did not attend to that customer and lied to him saying she wasnt working in that department concerning the boxes, but she was! And she literally directed the black man to the other black employees!?
I have specifically seen Ruth give customer service to other races but when it comes to black people she directs them to us and completely doesnt deal with them? I was in the middle of breaking some boxes around 7:50am Ruth comes up to me and says "Its time for you to go". I said "its not even 8 yet? Im supposed to work 5 to 5 1/2 hours? Then Ruth says "Well thats not what Maria said, so you need to clock out. I said well Ruth i dont live an unpredictable life? Can i please talk to Maria on the phone to find out whats going on and when i should come in next? So then we went into the office and she called Maria her self. I wanted to make the call and leave a message myself. She would not let me? When she left a message she made it seem as if i refused to leave and as if i was upset? She literally left Maria a voicemail stating that im upset, and really painting the wrong picture. After she got off the phone i said "Ruth, im not upset"? I dont appreciate how you handled the situation? Clocking out is not an issue? She made it seem as if i was refusing to leave? I also said, Please dont make somthing seem like what its not? I not upset and i havnt said any thing that even seems upset and im not raising my voice? I just wanted to talk to Maria myself? Then she scolds me and cuts me off as im explaining, and says well what ever i need to say i should take it up with someone else and i need to leave. Ruth was being very pushy, and aggressive with me? But made it seem as if i wasnt being cooperative? I got so many compliments on my work ethic by other employees, customers and even her, her self!? Im very disappointed at all of this, i just started working here, this is really sad. Ruth was very rude with me and honestly ive never had such a careless, unprofessional manager before? She wouldn't even left me get a word out and then opened the office door and tried to make a scene? She told me that i was being disrespectful and told me i needed to leave the premises, and spoke to me as if im some kind of criminal? No liberty, no freedom of speech, nothing! I wasnt even treated like a person? I dont want this to continue and its not fair for have to work under this type of pressure and professionalism. Please give me a call at [protected]. I dont know how things like this get resolved but pls help me resolve it. Im so hurt, and i cant believe this.

Dollar Tree service

The sign says extended store hours from Monday to Saturday 8am to 10pm. The store is not open and it 8:27. At least 8 cars have left and no one is viable in the the store and more people have come and gone since those left.

Is this store suppose to open at 8am or is this a mistake?

If I go to another location will they be open or will I be wasting my time?

Dollar Tree employees

To whom this may concern,
Our school had a field trip to one of your dollar tree stores here in Lawton Ok. The address is 273 NW 2nd St. Lawton Ok. 73507
The classes that went were Special needs kids and the field trip to your store was a life skills trip plus they got to shop for family members for Christmas. We were there a little after 10 today
You had employees that had made rude comments about us being there and about our kids.
It was very rude and unprofessional, and discriminating for them to do that, especially if they didn't know what the situation was that we were there, but that shouldn't have mattered . It wasn't like our kids were running crazy around the store alone or anything, we had about 15-20 kids with us and they all had an adult with them.
Please feel free to call me at.
[protected].
Thank you for your time
Barb Holcomb

Dollar Tree customer service

Hi! I was at the Dollar Tree off of Washington in Palm Desert today around 12pm. I have been shopping there since the store opened and never had a problem until today. I was checking out and the cashier forgot to give me my change back so I nicely reminded him. No big deal honest mistake. Then I noticed he overcharged me so I mentioned that. He called a manager I believe and she came over and told me I can only get an in store credit for my dollar he overcharged me. So I argued and told her it's not an exchange the cashier made a mistake so I would like to get my dollar back. I did raise my voice but never cussed or was rude. She had an attitude and said "Fine I'll give you your money back so you can get out of the store". I was completely shocked she was so rude. Then I was telling the cashier I was not mad at him people make mistakes I was mad about the store policy she was saying. She turned to the cashier and told him not to listen to me. I was shocked again! I was apologizing to this young man. Then another cashier got involved making rude remarks to me with attitutde telling me basically to be quiet because I got my money back. I told the manager she should know how to talk to people since she is in customer service and she told me I should know how to talk to people. I normally don't write complaints but today was very surprising to me. A lot of attitude just because I insisted on getting my money back and not receiving a store credit. I felt very disrespected and I honestly might not ever shop there again. The cashier's name was Devon and I believe the manager's name was Brittany. I hope this matter will be corrected. Every manager or employee at that should take customer service very seriously and leave the attitude at home! Thank you for your time.

Dollar Tree employees-at the culver city, ca location

Yikes, the employees and possible manager talk like they are in a beauty shop. They really do give the store a bad reputation, and being loud doesn't really help either. The store is located on Slasson Ave. in Culver City next to Orchard Supply . Only one very nice cashier was working by herself helping customers (young, long black hair). The other cashiers were laughing/talking and taking thier time opening up another register. Then one makes an announcement about it being Christmas time and long lines were to be expected, yet she was talking loud also and not assisting customers until her conversation was over.

The line wasnt terribly long, it was really just very distracting listening to employees talking so much instead of doing their jobs.
