Dollar Tree store manager

I have witnessed first hand the way the store manager of the dollar tree in Kanawha city has treated some of his customers and his employee's I work in retail myself and never in all my years have I seen a store manager treat the public like there stupid as well as talk and bad mouth his employee's to other employees not management employees and I know first hand that's a big no no he is talking about them like there stupid and theaves I've watched one girl cry daily because he bad mouths about her to other employee's this has to be handled it's non sense and he needs to learn how to be a real manger I'm sick and tired of the situation he's putting these girls and the customers in.

Dollar Tree bad customer service / disrespect

I visit store #5337 on 03/14/18 bought a pair of headphones for my kids ; which they turned up to be defective. It was more convenient for me to return to store #6608 . I wanted to exchange my defective items but cashier "Janette" responded depot when asking her about an exchange, she was really rude and unprofessional to me. When ask to speak with supervisor in order to receive a better service associate keep on saying talk to her it doesn't matter ; gave an attitude an was rude. Store manager : Diana was no better ; a manager should seek for resolution both employees were providing me with a bad service. Company should take a look of its own employees complaining about their bad disrespectful customer service.

Dollar Tree unethical behavior

My wife and I were shopping at the dollar tree at 8808 Albemarle Road Charlotte NC. It was about 9pm and the store closes at 10pm. We had a shopping cart full of merchandise and we left it for a minute or two to look at something on a different isle. When we went to take more items to the cart it was gone.
After searching the store my wife Denise asked the Manager if she had seen a cart full of items, the manager "Tasha" said, "I put everything back (with an attitude), I am trying to clean up around here and I asked to see whose cart it was. (The store did not close for an hour)
Tasha was very rude and indignant and I was very careful to be as nice as possible but told her we were shopping close by and never heard her say anything. Tasha continued to be rude and exhibit a total lack of manners or anything resembling customer service. There was no apology, there was nothing but snide remarks, so I said well I guess maybe if the Corporate office told you to be more polite maybe you would be. Then Tasha got really mad and I told my wife (who was getting more things trying to replace what we had selected for quite a while), if a manager of this store is going to act like this to me I'm not going to spend a cent in here, and we left without buying anything.
Good employees may be difficult to find but in my opinion you need to keep looking, because you do not have a good employee in this manager Tasha.

Dollar Tree customer service

Hi... I need to contact the highest person at dollar tree if possible. Im writing about complaints I have had to make against the local store that I go to off and on in east windsor. I love shopping there but the manager there is.. Well... For lack of more colorful and deserving words, rude as heck and just creepy. A woman named april runs the store currently and I think someone needs to have her written up or suspended, or fired if need be. Few weeks ago I was shopping there and she started following me around from aisle to aisle, arms folded, etc... Staring at me like I was some nuisance or just like some [censor] ahead of her that wouldnt move. I was feeling very violated and creeped out so I asked her to stop, she said "no sorry cant do that boss gave permission to follow u.. Blah blah" not exact words but what I can remember. I know the district manager darren, would not allow this, and if he did, that is really really wrong and bad judgement. I was so upset I had to call and have a cop come over cuz thought she was harassing me. I am sorry I did, but it was necessary at the time. No manager or employee should be allowed to follow or stalk someone down each aisle like a predator so they cant shop in peace. The next time ti happened and I had to speak to a cop, they said she said... Not her words mind u.. So I cant say I believe anyone... That "she thinks you have a history of shoplifting there." excuse me?! I was so upset again I was crying my eyes out in the freezing cold trying to talk someone that was attempting to get me to relax, just standing there, and then on my way home alone. Now I am just really angry. She wanted to try and ban me from her store cuz she thinks I have a history of shoplifting. I dont. Never have been accused of anything there by anyone.. Never been arrested or anything either. Im not perfect but just being honest. This has to stop. I want to go back to that store and shop in peace. She doenst like me so I know this is just some personal vendetta of hers and it has to stop now. Please.,... Could someone call me so we can speak about this an maybe someone would be on my side? No one at the dt facebook page will even respond.. Very rude and lazy. Cell is [protected]. Pls dont give it out or just call an not leave a number. If I dont answer pls leave a proper number for me to call back. Thank you. Im sorry to bother about this but I deserve to go back an shop in peace and not be harassed. I always go there, browse, if I see something I like, I pay for it and go. If I dont, I leave with nothing and just go home or elsewhere. Pls.. Someone take my side. Tyvm

Dollar Tree store at - 4215 university dr, ste a1, durham, nc 27707

The store is always messy and not stocked, but there are boxes of stock everywhere! There are seldom enough registers open, and the employees can be heard complaining about the manager! I have stopped shopping at your store at this location because the store is not operated properly. It would appear to me that the upper management needs to find a new manager for this store of get the problems resolved before you loose even more customers.

Dollar Tree rude manager/very unprofessional

On February 24, 2018 my cousin and I were shopping at Hamilton place mall in Chattanooga TN. She wanted to get some things from Dollar tree so we went across the street to the Dollar Tree (store #851 on Gunbarrel rd Chattanooga TN) We walked in, were down at end of and isle and the manager, Daniel Douglas, came to the front end of the isle (note we were at rear of the store, he was at front end) then he proceeds tos yell at me and ask why o came in his store. Very rudely and with several customers in the store. I calmly answered saying that I was across the street at the mall and this was the closest dollar tree. He continued to yell and then left the store. As I was paying for my items, I over heard someone say that he left in the middle of his shift. A few customers said it was unprofessional of him to yell across the store. As long as he is employed by Dollar tree, I will never shop at dollar tree again. I'm telling everyone I know and even ones I don't know, not to shop at Dollar tree as long as that very rude, unprofessional person is employed.

Dollar Tree rude manager

went to the new dollar tree and the manager was very rude didnt help just caught an attitude and kept ignoring me while i was trying to ask questions. for someone to be a store manager and not help costumers is very rude i will not be shopping there again i believe her name was christine. another thing is how she talks to her employees i heard her coming out of back stock room looking at her freight manager and saying i [censor] hate you.

Dollar Tree very rude cashier

My 1 year old son and I had went to the dollar tree in Truman corners of Grandview, MO yesterday, 3-7-18 between 3-4 pm and there was an associate there fighting with a customer screaming out " Ill lose my job today, I don't care" and I don't know what the altercation was about but there were MANY customers in the store and not even any other associate try to calm the situation down. The cashier "Nita" claimed she was going to call the police and got on the phone with them, a few of us headed for the door because these days you never know whats going to happen. She was very unproffesional and acted more like she was in a gang then in a place of business. I hope you guys can train your employees better at customer service. I used to go there all the time but I can't trust it now. Not with those kid of employees working there. Very disappointed in this customer service.Hopefully you will correct it so other customers can have a pleasant experience and not fear for their lives because of an unruly associate. thank you for your time. I don't know how you can resolve this for me (maybe a gift card would be nice) but I will not be shopping in that store again.

Dollar Tree i'm complaining about the store manager

On March 7, 2018 around 5pm I went to dollar tree with my 4 daughters . I was at the end of my shopping just an aisle away from being done getting ready to check out. The older lady that was the only one checking out at the time came up to me with an attitude and her eyes wide open to ask if I'm purchasing the brush in my 4 year old hand. I knew by her tone and expression that she was bother so I responded yes is there a problem and she continue and responded that she was just making sure because she saw my daughter put the brush in her hair and that is dirty. So at this point I'm offended because my i have my 1 year old in my arms and my 3 and 4 year old next to terrified and my 12 year old on the next to me. I told her you don't need to be rude and that she can get back to work since she had customers waiting to get checked out. She continued on saying that's dirty as she is entering her register causing a scene and at the same time she is targeting a 4 year old. So I told her I guess you think your last name is dollar tree and she just continued yelling out nonsense as a walked away to me my 12 year old. When I seen my oldest face in tears i decided I'm leaving. It was a horrible experience for me and my kids I left her the cart said nothing and walk out the lady ran out to catch me and threw that brush and said have this dirty brush. I told her she was a b outside she created another scene by doing this because she had a customer waiting on her while she came outside. She is so unprofessional I've never complained about her because I never personally experienced anything with her until yesterday. I come here regularly and see she is always getting on to Hispanic families and normally the women allow her to get away with her offensive comments however I feel she took my situation overboard because she didn't expect me to speak up. I'm guessing that must be why there is a big turn over in staff.

Dollar Tree customer service

Every single time I visit this location (eisenhower parkway in macon, ga), the lines are backed up, managers look towarfs line but dont help, employees standing around talking and shelved neefing to be stockef. As an event panner, I spend far too much hete for this. The last time I stood in line for 20 minutes!
Then, the workers seem to get upset when asked for help. This store is falling apart.

Dollar Tree wrongfully being fired

Good night I am complaining because I was wrongfully fired and transferred from a dollar tree corporation. I am putting in this complaint because I feel something needs to get done about this I was transferred before my 90 day term and end up only getting two days and then never put on the schedule after that. I reported it to the distract manager and still nothing has gotten done. It would be nice if someone can contact me at [protected]

Dollar Tree stolen wallet

I went to Dollar Tree today (3/4/2018) with my son at around 3:00 pm. We're new to the neighborhood. We were shopping for about an hour when I realized I dropped my large red wallet which me and my son both agreed we didn't hear due to the noise from others. It had 1, 200+ dollars in it. I don't like to carry cash around. I was mainly only there to load money onto my prepaid card (paypal). I was just taken away by how much variety and nice things they had. Me and my son check for about 40 minutes looking from all areas of the store except their office. I will be making a police report but a policeman weren't seeming to helpful over the phone just asking what could be done. I'll make a police report in case for specific reasons. Also already canceled and reported all my debit cards stolen. I had alot of personal information in there. If the person who stole it is reading this complaint. I can live without the money. I just want my personal information please return it to the District Manager please or call [protected].

Dollar Tree customer service/ management

I was in the Dollar Tree in Travelers Rest, SC 29690 on March 2, 2018. One older cashier was yelling across the store at other workers. She yelled at one very nice younger cashier to shut off her light and take a break. There were several people in line. When another customer walked up the older lady yelled "What are you doing? Her light is out." The younger cashier looked embarrassed. The customer apologized and moved lines. Then two of the older workers were yelling about who was staying to unload the truck. This was all going on with quite a few customers in line. It made me very uncomfortable and I felt very sorry for the younger worker. I'm sure she dreads coming to work everyday and she shouldn't have to put up with that treatment. Management at this store must be horrendous.

Dollar Tree rude employees, filthy store and refusal to refund my money with receipt for out of date and melted orange creme bars.

I visit this store a lot because it is close to my house but it is by far the most dirty store I have ever seen. The floor is sticky food and products are scattered all over floor and not organized.
I was there on 2/28/2018 and purchased 52.00 on frozen food, can goods Easter items for granddads and music. When I got home some of the candy was melted and turned white with holes and the frozen orange bars was half melted and looked to be refrozen. I returned today with receipt and products and the cashier told me she would not refund anything because I most likely left it in the car. That is NOT the case I went straight home 5 minute's away. I have never been treated like that. I believe the health department needs to inspect the food there and the cleanest of the store. Thank you

Dollar Tree store is never open on time

Good morning,

I a submitting this complaint on my behalf as well as other consumer's who may have access to may a complaint. I want to first start out by saying the store located at (2480 Briarcliff Rd NE Atlanta, GA [protected]) is horrible. They are never open on time. There are always a line of people at the door or waiting in their car for the store to open. This is totally a waste of time to drive to this store and no one is there to service us. This is not the first time and I'm sure not the last, but this is poor customer service. Not only are we being inconvenienced, but you as a company are losing money and the respect of your company. I hope I am bringing awareness to this problem. I'm sure this isn't the first of many complaint's at this store. It's in a convenient location, but I can go elsewhere than keep wasting my gas going somewhere where I can't be serviced.

Dollar Tree cleanliness of store

First off I want to say I love dollar tree. always my go to for my craft supplies. our town has 2 stores. 1 is fairly new and decent. the other one is A MESS...its like they just throw stuff anywhere and not attempt to clean or straighten things up. it's got to where I don't even want to shop that store anymore. employees have a I don't care attitude. I took pictures of some of the areas. there is way more disarray than these pics. It's like this all the time!

Dollar Tree pamela-dollar tree employee

I was with my 93 year old Grandmother who has mobility issues. "Pamela" waited on the person in front of my Grandmother. The person saw some hand sanitizer keychain and wanted some. She stood at the end of the checkout line as "Pamela" was checking my Granmother out. I had already placed my items for purchase on the conveyer. Instead of waiting on me, OR HAVING THE [censor] GET IN LINE AGAIN, " Pamela" waited on the [censor] instead of me! All while my 93 year old Grandmother was standing, waiting without assistance.! This was outrageous and out of line. " Pamela" should be fired. I am furious and would like an apology to my Grandmother and myself. I called the store and asked the district manager to call me- I never received a call.

Dollar Tree shopping

For going on one year my children and I shop at Dollar Tree..we live in walking distance after about three months. My children have been racial profiled we bring lots of dollars to this location.. I'm fed up for the managers, and cashier's.. They never speak or greet the children when shopping, there is a community behind this location so lots of Children and Families shop here daily.. There very rude with there customers if it wasn't for us customers how would they get payed..

Dollar Tree customer service

I went to my local Dollar Tree at 5pm, today, 2/25/18. There were two people ahead of me and when it was my turn, the cashier told me to go to the other register that was opened. I asked why, she took people ahead of me. She said she was closed (her light was on). I told her forget it, left my stuff on the register and was walking out when another employee walked up to her register and the cashier (young girl w/glasses) started laughing about me getting mad. I walked up to the other employee and said, she had people ahead of me, her light was on and she won't take me. The other employee said, no she was waiting for the manager. I said, then why is her light on? Why did she wait on other people? When I went to her register, she could have told me she was closed. She should also have shut her light off. I then left the store. I can't believe treatment I received at this store. Vwey disappointed in your customer service, maybe your company should think about doing some training on your employees. I doubt I'll be going back to this store again.

Dollar Tree greenville al

The new management in this store is RUDE. Since the store manager Miss Rhonda left, that store has went to a big mess. Empty shelves, boxes on floor, can't get down aisles to shop. I have never experienced such rudeness from a manager. Dallas is very disrespectful to the customers. I will no longer shop in this store. Bring back Rhonda. She maintained a clean, stocked store with a great kind attitude.
