Dollar Tree customer service 1620 white bear ave st paul mn

Old white haired associate called Susie I believe was extremely rude when I placed my shopping basket in what was apparently " the very wrong area". Her tone was extremely rude and irritated and customers waiting behind me also commented. When I suggested she could've used a nicer tone, she continued to reprimand and antagonise. I was angry, upset and embarrassed.
I will NEVER be back to this store and will tell EVERYONE I know neveryo shop there.
I would like an apology and this associate written up for her appalling lack of customer service. It's very clear she doesn't want to be there and makesthat attitude loud and clear to everyone there.

Dollar Tree manager, indescribably disgusting person

If this website is a place for customers to be able to post a complaint, why was my post deleted? I complained about a store manager, which now I will add her name, Claudia, calling and texting me during her work hours, that she pursued my husband until they began having an affair. In a snap shot that she send me of their messages it said, " Remember I made you talk to me until you gave me your number". Dollar Tree management if you don't like my complaint and don't feel it's appropriate for you to allow me to post this then maybe you should be more careful about the people you actually have managing your stores. And like I stated in the previous post that you deleted, now she advised me not to go to HER STORE anymore. Not only have I been a customer at that store but so has my entire family. This is a small town and I'm sure I'm not the first one this has happened to. Shame on you for trying to cover up for your low standard employee. I'm sure she only has her pick of giving good customer service to certain customers as you with the complaints you choose to allow on this website.

On December 19, 2017, I received several calls and text messages from the manager at the Dollar Tree located in Alton, Tx on Conway and 5 mile line telling me she was having an affair with my husband. She send me text messages stating where she was telling him " Remember I made you talk to me until you gave me your number" This was during her work hours. The reason she told me was because she got angry when he told her he wasn't going to spend Christmas with her. It's humiliating that I've been going to this store as well as all my family to find out this is where the manager uses it as a [censor] house to meet men. And now, she advised me not to go to HER STORE anymore. And on case you're wondering, no I do not forgive the trash that went along with this home wrecker.

Dollar Tree customer service

my son asked to use the bathroom, one of the cashiers said it was out of service, then I went and asked my child could use the women and she said no, then I bought fast so my son don't make a mass, when I went to pay the cashier clouse, because she was going to use the bathroom, I found out that sometimes they do not let clients use it to not clean it. That's a shame ...

Dollar Tree unsatisfactory behaviour

Good day,

Today (02 Jan 2018) at around 7:15pm I visited one of your store located at the intersection of Warden Ave and Eglinton Ave East. The purpose of the visit to look for Soil/earth for pot, if available.

When I entered into the store I saw a male Sales Associate name Jason (tall person) and asked him about the potential location for the soil for pot. Then he replied, "look around the store". Then I said, " you work here, you may be knowing and that is why I am asking you". Then he said, "When you are in a store, you must walk around for your item".

- Hearing his this comment I became surprised and seems to me like very ignorance to customer, non-supportive, kind of humiliated, not Sales Associate like behaviour and finally non-professional dealings.

Then I went to Cashier name Santiago, to ask for Store Manager. He said that Jason is the Manager. Then he asked me "what is the complain about"? I answered him that this is my part and I asked him about the complaint number. Then Cashier replied me that they do not have any complain number.
- To my view, Cashier's dealing was also not satisfactory at all.

Hope you would investigate and take necessary corrective actions.

Dollar Tree employee robbed me

Hi I am a 34 year old woman, I shop constantly as I'm a Realestate investor and former published author. I was munching on some of my own candy while I shopped as I am severely diabetic, and tend to faint when my sugar drops which is common for me. Dollar tree location: 6904 north island hwy, Nanaimo, bc.
At the cash all my 24 items were rang up when 4 employees surrounded me. Saying I had taken my OWN candy. I showed him the box was old and stained and that the candies inside were also not new. He insisted he didn't want to see and didn't care to hear anything I said. I remembered him from other visits to the store he had made me uncomfortable many times before asking 5 times per visit if I needed help. I'm an extremely polite person and I nicely declined but I've seen him do it to many other women at the store also. Staring much too long in an unprofessional manner. He didn't care to hear my health problem or give an extremely loyal customer out. So I left my 24 items behind and agreed to pay for my OWN candy over again! I allowed them to rob me, because I was a woman shopping alone. I was taken advantage of and disgraced among my fellow community as a theif of a dollar candy place. In my mid 30s and owning multiple homes in the area this is disgraceful and disgusting abuse of a good customer. It is a complete lie and I will be posting a shorter version of this on ALL my social media accounts including my instagram accounts! Which all have over six thousand followers! I really loved dollar tree this is a sad thing. Please contact me about this matter: [protected].

Dollar tree store number 3454 these are violent complaints on assistant manager Alvin and cashier lady Latrice cashier lady Latrice has thrown my groceries at me twice she has also called me a half breed b***h twice she has also thrown my receipt at me once and another time refuse to give me my receipt saying that half breed b*****s don't deserve service she has refused to check me out in line about 6 different times of me standing in line for a good 30 minutes each time I stood in line to get checked out by her only to find out when it was time for me to get checked out she would then make me move to the other line and this was when I had already been standing in line for 30 minutes each time this happened to me about 6 times after standing in line for 30 minutes assistant manager Alvin has also refused to check me out in his line twice one time I went to assistant managers Alvin line to get checked out because there was no one there so I put my stuff down on the layaway ready to get checked out at this moment cashier lady Latrice is standing next to him he says to her is that the snitch b***h who snitched on you about moving this girl to another line she says yes that is when assistant manager Alvin told me to move to someone else's line away from him as soon as I move to the other line that is when they called for other people and said we'll take the next customers in line here right after they told me to move to the other line and they both laughed at me forcing me to move again. there was another time the last time I was refused to get checked out by assistant manager Alvin was the last time I came into the store this was the last time cashier lady Latrice left her cashier registry when it was time for her to check me out the last time that she had announced that she wasn't going to check me out hence the last time I came into the store (I had already been standing in HER line for 30 minutes.) assistant manager Alvin he then came up next to Cashier-lady Latrice and asked me to move and I said she has done this to me 5 or 6 times and I have already been standing in line for 30 minutes he said it does not matter I'm the manager you do what we say he said if you do not move I will physically put my hands on you and rough you up myself this is also when I had already been standing in line for 30 minutes and he refused to check me out also even as a manager knowing that she had just refused to check me out as well and I had already been standing in line for 30 minutes long and was forced to move into another cashier's line to wait another 30 minutes again to get checked out by another cashier, again. He and she, both, forced me to stand in line twice, all over again. Also once there was a homeless veteran that was standing in cashier Latrice's line he was about 2 to 3 persons from getting checked out cashier lady Latrice told him that he had to move that is when assistant manager Alvin came up behind her and told the homeless veteran you need to move man after the Homeless Veteran moved they both laughed at him. They both have also tagged teamed on other people calling them "beaners", "bean eaters", and "ching ching Chong" to Chinese people I have made about 50 complaints via the dollar tree website and also as well as via the Dollar tree complaint telephone line and I have yet to receive any response from the district manager of the store I have already discussed all these main issues with the main manager of the store I have yet to receive any type of corporate response from the corporate office of Dollar Tree or the district manager even though he's received my 50 complaints of his district store I have yet to receive any response from him (the district manager) or any response from the main manager of the store I've already talked to two managers of the store with all the complaints reports and accusations. I've spoken to Jerice(another manager)and Alvin twice about it who both informed me they were the "main" manager of the store. also when I told assistant manager Alvin that I was going to take this up to corporate he told me that I will just call the police on you if you decide to call on me and tell corporate about anything about me. since then, I have yet to return to the store, since the threats of his physical violence he vocalized to use on me. assistant manager Alvin also lied to me and told me he was the main manager of the store Jerice another manager of the store also lied to me and told me that she and 'Sherry' were the main manager of the store and that she was going to talk about all these issues with another manager of the store name sherry, but things have always escalated and gotten more worse than before each and every time I've spoken to "the manager". I'm finding out that all of these managers, are not even the real main manager something really secretive is getting swept under the rug here and I'm wondering where the main manager is really hiding. I had to go into another dollar tree store about 2 and a half miles away to find out that the main manager there actually does exist somewhere and her name is Justine and she or somebody is doing a really good job with all her assistant managers hiding her and she or somebody truly makes sure that they do not bring up her name up at all or others have a hard time getting even access to her at all...or maybe it's the assistant managers here intentionally not bringing her up to hide the real true actual manager really there to cover up all their behinds, to cover up their tracks, and their traces. This way that things are being run underground, when there is no accountability and nothing is being accessed, no one needs to be held responsible for anything, there needs to be someone in this store that can at least make some changes. The actions of these managers are extremely dysfunctional in this store. And cashier Lady Latrice and assistant Manager Alvin it seems that they are continually allowed to be extremely violent, use extremely violent behaviour, discriminatory, bias, racist, prejudice, colorist, vulgarity curse words towards other nationality or of-disability-related customers, such as homeless world war veterans (especially most of things coming mostly from Cashier lady Latrice). She seems protected from the management of the store from repercussions or penalties being assessed directly correlating to her employment there. I am inquiring that these two employees (Assistant manager Alvin and Cashier lady Latrice) be scrutinized, investigated, surveillanced, and inspected under the close eyes and supervision under the lawful and gainful right of employment. And their employment be re-assessed, especially that of the lower level workers here, whose only job is to check out the customers through the check out at checkstand (Aka: Cashier-lady Latrice) Who has been refusing service to me for the past few months, until I have been too threatened and too intimated to go into that store anymore from threats violence and intimidation from Assistant manager alvin and cashier lady Latrice. I would like to seek to gain justice for me and all the other (no telling?) people they have discriminated against I want people to be able to feel free and worry free and not fear and no fear to come into their neighborhood store and get their groceries and products in their neighborhood store and not be and not worried about being bullied and harrassed and discriminated against and fear physical violence and physical threats and physical harassment violence and intimidation. Can there please be some changes made in this store so that I can be able to access my neighborhood store and do business in it? I am now doing business at the Everything 99 only store which is 2 and a half miles longer by walk down the road, when I used to tend to this local dollar tree everyday. There's no telling how many others feel this way that no longer go inside that store anymore, being forced to leaving and taken away business from their business.

So after being forced multiple times to stand in line for at least a half an hour each time and being physically threatened, you finally decided to go elsewhere? And exactly why did you let all the other customers continuously go ahead of you, which would have to have happened in order for you to have stood in line for even close to a half an hour.

Dollar Tree inside store

I was shopping at the Dollar Tree in Hialeah Miami on 801 Hialeah Dr Hialeah FL 33010

The was Decmber 24 2017 with I got very sick and I was getting a shortness of breath, I turned around and I see a lady with her dog, and she had her in the Dollar Tree shopping. the dog was white and hairy and the dog was shedding hair all over the store, I have allergies to dogs and cats. So I had to leave the store and I was not able to buy any of the items that I need to buy for a Christmas party. it was lost of people in the store and the line was very long. and this lady had her dog in the store and sheddling dog hair everywhere.

This is not right and it is not fair for customers like me who have a illness.

I wish you can do something about this

Is it possible the dog was a service dog that just wasn't wearing its harness? Legally they have to let the animal in if that is the situation.

Dollar Tree employee

2850 Gulf freeway League city store . just get out of the store I am a forty five years old man and grab a ball to my son the ball felt frim my hands and a lady wearing glasses screem from the next row and said " don't bounce the balls" seriously!... she even saw what happened . what kind of employee is that lady. I left my caet with all my stuff because one angry person made me feel uncomfortable.

This is a public complaints forum and is not affiliated with Dollar Tree, so you will need to contact them directly. That being said, her warning makes sense. While she could have been more polite, there isn't much of an issue here. It was also very rude to abandon your cart without putting the items back. What sort of resolution are you looking for?

Dollar Tree manager

I was in this store 5200 fl-100 #101, palm coast, fl 32164 shopping with my niece n 2 grandkids when I heard a employee come out of her mouth saying...
I had me some black d$%# last night. Please note I am african american. As I walked around the store it was a total mess

No carts n the ones their was damange shelves that did have stuff on it was in wrong aisle

Nothing like the one on cypress point in palm coast. I later seen the employee outside on her cell phone smoking a cigarette I got to read her name tag which sadly to say shes the store manager it said her name was alexis. Shes a white women that walks with a limp... While getting my grands n the car I seen her go inside a car and a coca cola vender guy was waiting for her needless to say I thought they was going to have sex in the car. My grands seen this and heard her remark about black d#$% I am sorry but I will never ever shop there again... I posted this on yelp and I will spread this dissatisfaction to my fellow friends and employees. This is a business and this employee makes it a place for her filthy mouth and bedroom. Just no class at all.

Dollar Tree I was going to buy bleach

I have a complain about the dollar tree on university and the manager veronica was so rude . they left the light for register 3 on and no one was there to charge . I only had 2 item's and she didn't want to charge me only cause there was a couple waiting in line on register 3 and no one was there to charge them . it is very rude forthem to keep the light on and don't help the . you need to hire more people for the registers. Never will I go to shop at dollar tree anymore cause of the rude people you all hire as store managers

Dollar Tree manager

On December December23 we went in to dollar tree in mount Vernon.Washington. a manger named Alex became very angry and started shouting at my husband after he accident accidenlty bumped into him twice. My husband apologized but he said yea whatever.He was on floor stocking. Alex started yelling and challenged him to a fight outside his work at 3pm when he was off. All this in front of our 3 children and the whole store. I would like to speak to his district manager so that we can explain more detail what happenes. Dollar Tree service

On December 22, 2017 around 2:30 I entered Family Dollar there was no carts. So I begin shopping. I entered the store with a black recyclable bag. So as I was shopping I just put the items inside the bag. I continue to shop, looking for what I was looking for. The store manager (Elaine) walks up to me and she says :do you have something in the bag? I then looked down at the bag and replied"yes" she then proceeded to take the items out the bag and walk to the counter in front of the store. As she was walking to the front of the store, she was yelling open up a register and got on the phone and called security. I never seen security come. I'm just standing there wondering what's going on... She then said"Come pay for those items" I then replied
To her"That I'm not finished shopping"she then said"Get a cart. I replied" there's no carts"this lady out the line is she gave me her cart. I asked her" can I get my stuff"she said yes. I got my stuff and proceeded to shopping like I was doing. When I'm finished shopping and headed to the line her and the employee was making jokes and laughing and smirking and pointing. so I pay for my items. Which I had a pouch inside me coat. I then remove my $ and paid for my things. I then walked towards the door. To wait for my mental illness sister. so as I stood there she dangled the little teddy bear that I have forgot to put in the bag. I walked over to her and said thanks. She than ask me"Was I waiting on someone "I replied" yes"she then point to a customer and said"Her"I said no. Im really in a rush because I only came in to get 5 Christmas bag with stuffers, for my sons after school teacher. So I was pressed for time because my sons getting out at 2:45pm. I took it and put it in my bag and I was waiting for my sister she was coming up next in line. so I just stood back out the way in front of the register. Then she was standing next to me... but she looked at me! she kept looking at me! And she said to me." Let me tell you something "she put her arms around my back and she patted a little bit. she said what's in there as she touched my breast... and I looked at her like"what "and I then replied"TITTIES". she then replied" Are you sure "and I say"yes, I'm sure"she told me something like" you need to wear a bra"I replied"I don't have to wear no bra, I just running out trying to explain to her.. she than stated"How my tities are sagging"but when she said that (oh my God) so she did it in front of the store.in front of the employees, customers. mean while after that her and her employee was making jokes in of me, customers, wth the employees. One of her employees stated "She was crazy and you just mean" she replied "yeap". I stood there in is believe like (really) with anger and tears in my eyes then waited for my sister and left the store. I left the store in disbelief. As I sat in the parking in my van. I was angry and in tears. I needed to call somebody... so I called one of my friends. she just told me to come on home. I don't know what to do. so I put in a complaint with dollar tree corporate office. I waited nothing ever happened! Here's the 2nd complaint. following this I will be making a police report"non-emergency police" "sexually assaulted" report so I'm just trying to see what's going on. could someone please give me some type of indication that you did receive this information. Dollar Tree service

The cashier was an African American woman at the only register open on December 26, 2017 at exactly 5:52 pm. I had my sick child in the car so I was trying to be fast. I placed my basket on the belt. When I reached the front of the line the cashier said "you need to take you items out of the basket". I complied but it really aggravated me. Her tone was condescending and she just stood there and watched me take my items out to place on the belt. Which really didn't make sense since she still need to pick up every item to scan. Her attitude was poor and I will not be returning to Dollar Tree.

Some cashiers don't mind the basket being placed on the belt, others find it rude for customers do that. Btw: how old is the child you left in the car? A young child should not be left alone in a car, unattended.

Dollar Tree store manager 502

I was in dollar tree located in Chesapeake, VA; store 502. I was in there trying to find some last minute items when I approached a young lady and she kindly pointed me in the right direction of the items I was searching for. I walked away and soon after she approached me and asked me if I found the item I was as looking for which at that time I had not, but she quickly found the items for me. As she walked away she greeted another customer and they stopped her and I assume that customer needed help as well. Shortly after I heard them paging a worker to the front which I assumed to be the young last that just helped me. A few moments passed and the worker was paged again. To my horror I go into check out to find the same young lady being fussed at by whom I assume to be a manager. I heard the him talking very rudely to her and she apologized and tried explaining she was helping a customer and he just about got in her face and continued talking aggressively and the young lady told him again she was sorry and that every customer mattered and he moved her out from in front of the register and told her to go home. Someone needs to retrain this man how to treat his employee. I can't not believe what I along with numerous customers witnessed and I feel very embarrassed for the young lady. They've lost my business for life due to this incident.

Dollar Tree unethical behavior

I had gotten a call on Christmas eve about a complaint on Samantha. she had yelled at two younger girls for holding up her line. They went out crying to their grandpa. so I told him I would let Missy know of the incident. I had texted Missy in the meantime and she advised me to tell her to go home if she did anything else. I proceeded to clean up the seasonal area. so the lines started to get long so I called her up. After they got caught up she went back to doing what she was doing. so in about 15-20 minutes later I had to call her up again. she at that time yelled at me because she needed her second 10 minute break because she was working 9 hours. so I told her if it was too much for her she was to go home. I also informed her that I didn't have a till so I couldn't run. So she told me I could switch my numbers over. So I went in the office and switch numbers and told her to go home because Missy told me to tell her. Then I told her that the customers nor do I need her attitude all because she doesn't want to run register. Then she told me that she was not going home. In the mean time there were several customers that told me they try to avoid going through her line because she is rude to them. So for the remainder of my time, I avoided her as much as I could to avoid another incident. Then as I was leaving a couple of employees told me they are going to be quitting, because they can't stand the way she is rude with everyone.

Dollar Tree employee relations

I know alot not big corporations does not allow employee relations. All the ones I have worked for does not allow it at all. Due to the fact if the relationship goes wrong there could be a sexual harassment case filed. So i'm here today to bring to you all's attention that in the nacogdoches texas location two of your managers kandiace zager and howard thomas are definitely having sexual intercourse. I really hate to be this way but I thought it should be known about the 2. Also if you guys do random drug test then I highly advice you all to also make them do one also. I'm not here to ruin anyone lives because I know everyone has a family to feed but I also know that with most big corporations this is a big no no. Thanks for taking time out to hear me out. And in closing I want to tell you guys I love shopping in this stores. I am going to say they will i'm trying to be a bitter soon to be ex. I'm not. As you will see in the text it states I am not mad at anyone. Any job should know what's going on in there facility

Dollar Tree "anna yvette, or evette", and cashier name is "rachel" both were rude

Dear dollar tree headquarters and complaint department,

I have lived in the community of allston/brighton for more than 11 years. My husband purchased for me, in error, two bottles of "nestea lemon 1 ltr on 12/21/2017 at 19:07 hours. I tried to exchange, with the original receipt in my hand, the 2 bottles of unopened nestea lemon 1 ltr on 12/23/2017 at 14:30 hours. The cashier went and got the store manger and they both proceeded to talk-down-at-me, while behind me, were a long line of people waiting to check out. I told them that I had never had a problem with making an even exchange in the past. I reminded them both that the dollar tree store receipt states that"we will gladly exchange any unopened item with original receipt." they both kept telling me that I could not return food. I told them both that I wanted to exchange 2 glass bottles of nestea juice, and not food. I am asking that the store manager and cashier be fired immediately!

This is an incredible overreaction and a ridiculous request. They are simply following company policy. You want two individuals terminated during the holidays just for this? What if that happened to you? How would you feel?

Dollar Tree I am complaining about store #4574 for wrong change due back and unethical behavior on 122417.

Todayl I purposely went to the atm to withdraw $40 but needed to break a $20 bill because I needed a $10bill from it. I decided to go this store to buy a christmas bow so I can purposely break my $20 bill. My total was 1.08. I gave sale associate patricia my 20 that I purposely came to break and told to her wait because I thought I had.08cent but only had 7 pennies so I game her a dime, which is a total of $20.10. At the time of getting my change back I realized she didn't give me my.02 cents back but it was just 2 pennies so I wasn't to worried. The thing I did wrong was trusting that the sales associate patricia gave me the correct change back. I did not realize that till I got home that patricia only gave me $9 back and I didn't even have the 10 that I needed which was the whole purpose to going to the store! When I realized this I rushed back to store #4574 to confront the lady. When they were finally able to make time for me. The sales associate tired to tell her manager that I gave her a 10 dollar bill. (Which was a complete lie) I told her I gave her 10cents. They ended up counting her drawer and saying she wasn't off buy that much money she owed me. I was still not pleased because I was standing her with just 9 dollars in my wallet. The manger and associate ended up leaving me outside and going to her office to do whatever they were doing to come back out and tell me that her drawer isn't off buy that much. I know that I gave this women a 20 dollar bill which is says on my receipt! The sales associate patricia ended up coming over again and making up a whole new story about how I was her a 20 to break at first then gave her a 10 and then gave her a 20 and then a 10 again saying I couldn't make up my mind. Which really upset me that she made up this lieeeeee! I am beyond upset, and extremely disappointed in how this was all handled. This sale associate patrica completely lied to save her own butt. If her drawer was not off buy that much she obviously isn't doing a good job at getting change back to people and I understand that can happen at times but to make up a complete lie is just crazy. The only thing this manger did to help was give me corporate number. The sales associate patricia was better off telling me she gave me all my change back and I miss placed or lost the 10 and I could have felt with that but she knew she was wrong because she made up this complete lie of a story because she was wrong. So thank you dollar tree store #4574 for the 11.10 cent bow I bought today when I paid you a 20 like my receipt says and the bow as only suppose to cost me 1.

Dollar Tree store not opened at posted time with handwritten note.

On December 24 2017 the dollar tree has a sign up that says Christmas Eve Sunday December 24 store opens at 9am-10p. At 9:04 am the store is not open with a hand written sign that says the store closing 9am -10:30 am no further info. Therrs customers pulling in and off left and right! Very inconvenient. Retailer should at least explain why store has posted time but not opened.

Dollar Tree very rude manager named donelle soles

I went to go shopping at the store today for some much needed last minute Christmas items that I forgot to grab while shopping at the nearby Walmart and as I was walking up to the store the manager out of no where came walking out the store up to me saying I wasn't allowed in the store and I've never seen this woman before she must have confused me with someone else or something but she had attitude the whole time threatened to call the cops on me, I said I'm sorry I don't know you and I'm allowed to shop at any public place that I choose so I proceeded into the store once in the store she kept watching me and after looking for my items I decided to go elsewhere as she was making me feel very uncomfortable and not to mention the 2 register that were open the lines were backed down the isles so she proceeded to get on the phone with someone I believe the cops saying we were harassing her and followed my mother and I out the store saying we just left the store, I think this was observed behavior and to make accusations not knowing who we were as a manager she should not have acted the way she did! I hope some type of action is made out of this!
