Dollar Tree customer service

I visited the Dollar tree on Fort Campbell Blvd, Hopkinsville Ky Sunday evening approx. 5pm. 1 cashier working, 1 outside smoking. Customers backed upbdown the aisle. I left my FULL shopping cart and walked out. It seems to me the day before Christmas Eve there would be moreemployees. Besides all of this the shelves were half bare but stock was sitting carts with no stickers to put it on shelves Ridiculous.

Dollar Tree unable to return or exchange with receipts 2 days old

To whom it may concern,
I tried to return on dec 10th but was told no returns, so I said, ok no problem I'll take store credit. I was told, by pimply face girl, who said she was the manager, looked like she was 17; "no, I just told you we can't give you your money back." in which I said, "I'm not asking for my money cus I understood what you said, I'm asking for a gift card which means my money does NOT leave the Dollar Tree Corporation." And she proceeded to repeat herself like I was the idiot, "I can't give you your money back but you can contact corporate" I told her that I would wait while she called corporate she said no you need to do that yourself. There was an awkward silence because I was waiting for her to say I'll get that number for you or something... I just left, she was rude and just stood there. I immediately called corporate and got an answers on the 2nd ring. I told her I needed to talk to someone about making returns and reporting an employee. I was sent to a message that said that the voice mail had not been set up. so I called back... all day long, but no one answered. Even weirder was sometime it went to a main voice mail, others to random employees voice message system that asked for a code to get my messages. I have been trying everyday, throughout the day to call. Then it took me so long to find this because every time I clicked on email, it took me to a new browser of the exact same page I was just on. Once it took me to a menu for a restaurant and another to "Under construction! Sorry we're working on this website." it took me almost 3 hours of clicking and waiting and trying and rebooting my computer to see if that would help... AFTER ALL THIS I hope you are going to help me.

I looked up how much my husband I spent in both of our accounts nearly $1000. That's not counting our business. We buy rentals in which all have to have work done. We hire day labors which come unprepared. We buy work gloves, goggles, face mask, paper towels, sandpaper, tools, ect... we spend hundreds each time. I'm not saying if we stop shopping at dollar tree that you'll go belly up but I just want you to work with me. And hire a manager that has a clue.

Dollar Tree employees needs to improve customer service

Store 1646, located at First State Plaza in Newport, De
The store manager/supervisor Kelly working on Dec 18, 2018 around 4 pm was unprofessional. She made me feel embarrassed and discriminated. I was paying with a $50 bill. She examined it (raised the money against the light, rubbed it with paper) then announced loudly that she was not comfortable accepting it, walked away without any explanation. She made it look like I am paying with a fake money! I did not say anything and just payed my items since I am not a confrontational person. I am an honest person and been a customer for years at that location. I feel very discriminated and racially profiled. Staff should be trained more efficiently on customer service and how to tell if money is counterfeit or not. They need to be provided with the right tool to check money!

Dollar Tree silver chargers

I've order 3 cases of silver chargers for a party business party im having next saturday december 29th, my order number is ec23818747. Name: donte fassett phone number is [protected]. I went to the store today to pick up my order and was told that is was not there and that they truck have not been making deliveries as it should have. This is unacceptable. What am im suppose to do now? Where is my order? This will be my last time purchasing anything from dollar tree. Also the store location is horrible... Dirty, triofflin, workers look very unprofessional. I've called customer service immediately when they notify me that they didn't know what was going on with my order and was on hold for 45 minutes after a lady answered she was very very very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. The store location I went to is dollar tree 1000 easton road suite 205 wyncote, pa [protected]

Dollar Tree return policy

I bought some Christmas items on December 3, 2018. On December 17, I was trying to exchange some items but the store manager refused to accept the items. She said that all Christmas items purchased between November 13-December 31 (approximately) are not allowed for returns as it shows on the receipt. I showed her my receipt and she is correct about no returns, but it did not say anything about exchanging, especially when the items were never used or opened. I think they are in violation of my rights as a consumer. Thank you.

I just had the same issue. I agree - no returns but the policy doesn’t say anything about exchanges. I was trying to exchange something I bought THE SAME DAY. Ridiculous.

Dollar Tree poor service - ordered online sent items to bayonne store (misrepresenting online product)

Wow! I have to say this has been the worse service that I've seen yet. I ordered a bulk item online had it shipped to the store and received a similar item in it's place with a lower count. I asked for my original item and was told to just cancel the item when I got home. I called the number from my online receipt which says P.S. — Don't hesitate to call us at [protected]-TREE (8733). We're happy to help! Good luck with that one. I was on the phone for over an hour and noone answers. I also called the corporate number and an employee said it's only a dollar and hung up on me. I should have gotten this guys name...

POOR SERVICE & POOR MANAGEMENT! If you're claiming to have things in stock, have the right item on hand. I do not place potluck dollar orders...

Dollar Tree store manager

Annette is the store manager of our store and she has to be the rudest person I have ever seen in retail. She sits there talking on the phone when I ask her if they have something in stock she yells and tells me I will have to wait until she done on the phone. I can see if it was store phone but a personal cell phone. So I wait then she ao rude that I interrupted her phone call that she told me where the item was and then checked me out slamming all my items in the bag because she is the rudest person ever. I now wait until shes gone before I shop because the other 2 managers are very friendly

How do you know it was a personal call. Was you eavesdropping? She could've been talking to a district manager for all you know. Regardless you were rude to interrupt. If you needed help you could've asked one if the "friendly" managers.

Dollar Tree rude employees

I walked into the store carrying my normal purse and a red christmas bag full of items I had purchased from another store in the complex. I was on foot so I didn't have a car to leave my other purchases in. As soon as I walked into the store an announcement was made over the intercom asking security to check sections 2 and 8. I didn't think anything of it as I had no reason to. I went to the back of the store and selected a few bags of chicken nuggets, a bottle of ranch and 2 gatorades to bring home for dinner. Well in the back of the store to employees came back there and started discussing something mundane again I didn't think much of it. Before checking out I decided to look and see if there was anything in the toys that I might want to get my daughter for her christmas stocking. I noticed the same employees close to my vicinity and I also heard another announcement made over the intercom saying security please go to the front of the store. At this point I thought it was kind of weird that the same employees were following me throughout the store and just happened to be calling for security in the sections that I was in but again I had done nothing wrong so I disregarded it. As I was browsing through the christmas section which is near the front door of the store I heard one of the employees that had been following me say to another one who was guarding the door make sure you check her back she's got a big red one and a black one. No one else around me had a red bag and a black one so I knew instantly they were talking about me which angered me. At this point I decided to approach the employees because I felt disrespected and embarrassed. They both kind of stood in front of the doorway and blocking it and I told them that I had heard her comment stating to check both my bags are red one and a black one. They looked at me like they were surprised I had heard what was said but then became hostile so I decided not to purchase those items I put them back on the counter and left to the store. About a minute later I came back into the store to get the names of the two employees who had been following me and talking about checking my bags. A third employee by the name of tina rudely inserted herself into the situation. And the names of the other two employees were candice (she was the one initially blocking the door) and kristie. Kristie was the "ring leader" of it all, the one who had told candice to check my bags, and was the absolute rudest one of them all. After I had asked their names kristie told me I was making a scene. I said excuse me, I clearly heard you tell her to check my bags, a black one and a red one. Kristie replied, youre just making up stories. We cant even check your bags. I said, I know what I heard. Im not deaf or dumb. Then tina pipes up saying actually its store policy that you need to leave your bags at the front of the store. (this policy is not posted anywhere in the store, nor did any employee mention this policy or ask me to leave my bags at the front when I entered or at any point while I was shopping, which I would have done had some one asked me to.) I stated that no one had asked me to leave my bags at the front and theres no sign anywhere, so how was I supposed to know? Then kristie starts yelling exactly no one said nothin to you. So why you making a scene. No one said nothin to you. I was so taken aback by the way I was treated. I was discriminated against and profiled and most likely will not shop at dollar tree again because of this incident. This happened at the dollar tree location on the south east corner of power and main, in mesa, az, 85206. The three employees were kristie, candice, and tina.

Those 3 employees was only doing their job. They could've been talking about someone else. You should've never acted like you was guilty by assuming they was talking about you. They never approached you, you approached them.

Dollar Tree poor customer service

I purchased several items from Dollar Tree in Payette Idaho the other night, there were two bags that were filled with my purchase and were placed on the counter. When I got home there were two Ice teas missing I could not make it back to the store before it closed so I called and told the lady and she said that they were there and to just stop by tomorrow and Bring the receipt and I could get them. But when I went back I was told that they would not give them to me. I spend an average of $200.00 a month in that store and they know it. I have been shopping there since it opened but not any more I will go back to my old store. It's not much money but it's definitely not the way that you treat a regular customer. This was the first time that I have had to return to the store for anything missing or to return anything. Just not the way to treat a good customer.

I have been shopping at the Central Ave Dollar Store in Pawtucket since it open 3 years ago very small store it is never stocked completely the med section is always messed up so I just started shopping at the one in North Attleboro Mass. Because the one in Pawtucket does not carry everything plus the Pawtucket store is always a mess well before I switch shopping at the Attleboro Mass .Well I bought 10 Halloween solar lights put them outside to charge they never did I even checked to see if I had to pull anything on them and left them out for a week still never charged plus I bought 6 black ones that swivel on top they died out in two week. I had all the slips to return them well I was greeted by a very anger manager I think he was thinking I was returning Halloween things because I need money but I toll the manager I would take store credit I know it is to late to get my money back but I was trying to tell him that they do not work at all but some started working my daughter and I figured out why some of them worked is because of the lighting in the store is very bright because of the fluorescent lighting. Well going back forth what to do so I had 16 lights he told me he would give me credit for 9 of them I wish I was offered a gift card instead because I just shop there so I did not even need anything so I threw in snack thing my daughter was up front of the store and hear both women saying how petty that I was returning dollars things I guest there is another rule when you return things you are not to buy snack thing I found that out when I brought the things to the other women manager because the male one was in a hurry to leave and left her in charge of everything well she put my things in a bag I told I really did not think they handle the lights very well I have realized she gave me back all the lights back I did not no until I got home plus she owes me 6 dollars 39 cent she for got to give me the change she own me on the black lights to I do have all the recites. Thank you for handle some that was so simple to do I wish.

She only put two bags on the counter and I payed her and she handed me the receipt, She must have left another bag on the counter below the cash register where she was putting things in the bags, I could not see that area, So yes it was her fault!

Dollar Tree sexual harassment

I would like to report a sexual harassment incident following a termination of my job! Very disappointed and unhappy. A customer saw the incident and gave me her name and number for further investigation. After the incident happened I proceeded to have to call in because of my son being sick and in the hospital. The manager then proceeded to fire me for a no call no show when I in fact called and spoke with another manager on duty . No I can't seem to get ahold of him to speak with him about the situation.

I actually have a confession to make. I was not really sexually harassed. I just made it up because I was fired. I did not know that this would appear in public. Now I am afraid my manager who fired me will sue me. Please forgive me. I have a son and I don't want to be sued for money. I have a son to feed. I am sorry for what I did.

Dollar Tree rude cashier

On 12/16/2018 around 7pm I visited Dollar tree one Apple Valley, MN. I went in found what I was looking for (even though the store is a mess!, from frozen Products on the shelfs to Clorox wipes in the refrigerated sections). I proceed to check out and there were no lanes open (not even a light) I saw a employee stocking the sodas near the cashier area I asked her if she was open. She told me lane 3 was open. The whole time nobody came to check me out. This lady goes and opens up lane 2 and says "I can help the next person in line" speaking to the women behind me! She completely ignored me . I grabbed my stuff and place them on her lane, she then tells me lane 3 is open.. I told her there isn't someone there obviously. And all she said was obviously! With a stupid smirk on her face. I'm disgusted by such service!

Dollar Tree the manager is rude and disrespectful

I had a bad experience with the manager of the store she is very rude and dont kno how to treat customers
I went to exchange 3 plastic table cover i bought in the one in hollywood and I couldn't go to Hollywood to exchange them so i went there and she told me that she cannot exchange it because they were open and gave me attitude and told me that she owns that and she was not gonna exchange it
Im a manager myself and customers come first always and the way she treated me I didn't like it
She needs to be fired for being so rude thats why i never come to the store in hialeah because of their attitude and the employees not friendly at all they all had a mean face not even say hi to no one

Dollar Tree service

Past few times I've been in dollar tree in Shirley New York on William Floyd parkway there's these two new African American girls that are cashiers that always ring one product numerous times and when you catch them and confront them they say oh no I didn't and you ask them to double check they say it's only rang up once then when you get your receipt it's on there two and three times so have to go back in with three kids mind you. Then when you pay cash they also try and short change your change back. I try not to go to there lines when I am in there but it seems either one or both of them are there a good amount of the time. Then I also witnessed them calling over the loud speakers for a manager three times in the matter of 15 seconds first one girl did it then the other then the other girl again and they were laughing thinking it was a joke not even giving them a chance to reply that was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm not shopping at this location anymore for this unprofessional environment.

Dollar Tree customer service from an assistant manager

I came In dollar tree and there was no carts with long lines of course. I left the store and called and Bri picked up. I asked Her if she was a manager she said one of them. I told Her about the carts and the long lines. She got smart with me with a very sarcastic attitude and said yeah cause that's the number one thing on my list. I'll get on it and rushed me off the phone. She could have pretended to care. Thats all I'm asking. I came in and walked around dollar tree holding a 30 pound baby and holding my items in my hand to waiting in line which seemed like forever; to call and be treated nasty on the phone by an employee. That's NOT OK.

Dollar Tree enraged employee family member attacking employees

I was shopping at the dollar tree on S. fl ave and frontage rd last night when I was startled by the yelling of what appeared to be an employees father. He threatened the ladies in charge both verbally and physically. It got so bad people were hiding in the back of the store. Several people called the police. Upon leaving the employee in question was outside bragging about the occurrence and was saying they were going to wait for the employees on duty outside. This was very wrong. That girl should not be employed there any longer.

Dollar Tree an associate

I went to store #1645 at 2301 Route 130 South Cinnaminson, NJ 08077 last night and it was the worst customer care, shopping experience of my life. First, the store was a complete MESS, so uncomfortable to shop and if it wasn't because I really needed things, I would have ran out the store. I couldn't tell who worked there or not because no one was approachable and seem miserable. A lady got called up to check out because there was a long line and she sounded miserable about it. Unluckily, I ended up on her line. I had a big purchase and glassware. She first asked if me and my sisters were purchasing together, if not there she can go to other line. (in which there was a line there too and there were more people in back of us in line). We said no. She was miserable and huffing. She said, "I don't have anything to wrap the glassware with and was starting to put them in bags. I asked, "So there's absolutely, nothing in this store." She, said no. I looked right next to me and saw newspaper on plain site on counter. I grabbed it and handed it to her. She was huffing and yelled for another associate to come help her wrap. I asked her why was she so upset? She answered, she had things to do. I thought to myself, well it couldn't be cleaning up the place or organizing because the place was a mess. But I stay shut. Then I said listen we all have bad days and busy life but at work we need to put that aside to assist customers. She proceeded to throw her hands up and just stopped what she was doing and said, "I'm not doing this, I'm leaving, I need a break." And she called the manager and left outside. I was in shock. Manager came and just said sorry, non-chalantly and finished ringing me up. I'm thinking, like that's it. So we just going to ignore the fact that this lady left me here and just walked out. But ok, whatever. Now if this store and associates are a reflection of corporate than I must say they are doing a horrible job and really need to step up their game. I will NEVER go to this store again. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I did not deserve this being that I totally kept my cool.

you're not going there shopping for happy people ..you are going there to save money. I have heard before that the manager is not a good manager and his employees are always miserable...( I had no such problem with the lady that checks me out.)

Dollar Tree long line

I was in the Woodstock, Va. store on 12/10/18 at around 11:00 am. There was only one cashier and 6 people in line. I asked the cashier is someone could open another register and she looked around and said "no not now." She said she would work faster. I saw the manager stocking and she saw the long line and did nothing.

I used to go in this store all the time and stopped going because of never having any help in there and the long wait.

I love your Christmas selection and decided to try again. Well, it was the same thing. A long wait.

And one more thing, It was freezing in there! Not going back!

Dollar Tree rude employee behavior

I was at your store on 12-10-18 at 1641 hrs. I had placed my items on the conveyor belt and then placed the divider on the belt, as there was another customer behind me. The cashier - "Nicole" - very rudely ordered me to "give me that!", referring to the divider.
This is the 2ND TIME that I've had to complain about this particular employee - she has a nasty habit of giving orders to customers! She is the rudest DT employee I've ever encountered.
Apparently, my complaints are not taken seriously.

Dollar Tree incompetent management

My wife spent almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to check out her merchandise. Only one checkout person and she was lolly gagging around not paying attention to business. I don't no where the manager, but she was no where around to witness the long line of customers waiting to check out.
This is totally uncalled for, good management would recognize these situations and immediately handle the problem.
As it was, this caused an argument between my wife and I that was totally un called for. 30 minutes waiting for someone to man a checkout out register is pure bs and shows total incompetence.
You need to teach your manager better or else close your business.

Dollar Tree disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior

December 7th 2018 at the Brookhaven Dollar Tree the manager Victoria Quay was very nasty and disrespectful to me. Saying I was "f'ing" cocky for someone who doesn't do anything. Said I had a "f'ing" bad attitude and I need to watch wtf I say to people pointing her fingers in my face. But I've never shown her that I had a nasty attitude. I barely talk to my coworkers unless it's about work so I truly don't understand where the nastiness came from.
