Dollar Tree review: Dollar tree store manager attacks my 3 year old son 144

This is regarding the dollar tree located on Arnold dr. In martinez, CA.
This is regarding health and safety. If I do not receive a call within 24 hours I will be filing a formal complaint.

I bought a package of frozen pork riblets, and when I opened it up to grill it, it was almost all bone. My family and I will never buy that product again. Complete rip off. I do like most of their other products though.

This store is a big mess ever day. You can't walk through the aisle, since they have unpacked boxes blocking the aisle. It's s big A Safety issue, since they have boxes pile high on top of each other which can fall on top of a customer. This store really needs a lot of help and a whole new management team ASAP. I

I recently went into a dollar tree and purchased the little ninja looking masks in the Halloween section of the store. I purchased 3. As soon as they were put on by my 3 boys..their faces got scratched up! These needs to come off the shelves immediately! I had to put medical grade tape where the nose and forehead go to prevent further injury.

The hand held shopping baskets in your stores are filthy and are full of germs they need cleaning bad.Every time I go in to the store in Garden City the baskets are never washed out .I would suggest that during your inspections you should check the baskets and carts for Tomsk sure they are clean.

I was in the store several times and each time I was in there the cashiers are on their cell phones and talking to each other about non work related topics instead of being productive. I believe this is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed !

I frequent the store routinely. With hesitation, I'm writing about the unpleasant condition of the store. It is not clean and shopping carts are almost never available. When complaints are voiced at the store, no one shows an interest in caring.

Can these issues be resolved? I would appreciate a call.

The store in West Broadway is absolutely filthy filthy. Please tell me why? When I spoke you manager he blamed the customers. He got mad and told me ge could refuse to service me. Why? Why can't you clean it up? I am posting pictures next time I go there.

The "manager" at the Dollar Tree #1295 at 1420 University Ave. West, was using profanity in front of the customers. I guess he was mad because people kept coming and he had to keep stopping what he was doing. He also answered the phone in an aggressive tone, then said hello really hard.

I recently shopped at your location on 3668 W Anthem Way in AZ Store #5564. The customer service has always been good and the store well-stocked and neat. I used the restroom yesterday and once months ago. Both times there was no hand soap and less than 1/4 roll of toilet tissue. The restroom was also dirty but soap and tissue are necessities. . .

I hope i don't think this video is good customer service cause it's not. Your employees need to be trained on good customer service and what it is. The video explains everything u need to know

On 9/6/2017 Norwalk Ct the mgr. There would not take my coupons that are printed by coupons.com. he is a nasty mgr. I will never shop there again. he took so long to come up and help the cashier only had one lane open. The store is filthy he has loaded boxes on boats that need to be processed the store is dirty too by the way!

Location: Brooklyn, NY on McDonald Avenue. It is atrocious. I do not prefer this location, however EVERY single time I have visited this location, there has never been a time when I had to walk out. Unbelievably in dissaray, Corporate needs to get off thier BEHINDS and step in! Clean house, train or hire more people. DO SOMETHING! Bad business.

I was working there was on time work there for 2 weeks get to work then get called to the office to be fired because of some hear say. mean while a older man comes to work drunk and I get fired I want something done about this and I will fight and fight about it til them managers get removed.

I went to get balloons for my sons birthday and everytime she was about to blow my ballons up she told me "sorry you'll have to wait" and then goes and checks out other customers... and had be wait 20 minutes I'm beyond pissed. Also, she was just completely rude to me! She should've blew up my ballons right away instead of keeping me wait

I love the Dollar Tree and go at least 3 times a week, sometimes more. The manager at the Sedalia, Mo location is rude and doesn't know how to do her job. She is young and is trying to have employees fired because they are friendly and helpful. Patty has been there for 6 yrs and the manager is trying to get rid of her. NO, Patty needs to stay!

This is how this store looks everyday all day how is anyone supposed to shop in here with it looking like this shelves are empty crap all over the floor it is a hazard and the store manager and workers should be ashamed

On the packaging of the product, it is stated that two AA batteries are required (can be seen in pictures attached.) Upon opening the packaging and disassembling the battery cover, it was seen that two AAA batteries are required instead (can be seen in pictures attached.)

When i go into the Bastrop La Store it is ALWAYS a horriable mess
Where is the store pride and why is this allowed? Does the Corp Office Care? I see posts of this happening at other locations too what is being done for follow up?i have seen garage sales have better organisation and cleaner

This store use to be so much better but the new manager the company has running it is terrible. Her attitude is unpleasant and she does some seriously lazy stuff. Everything is super sloppy! I use to come to this location because it was clean and organized and now ita just as messed up as any other location! I cannot imagine her leading people!

I asked for a discount on a product that was broken, associate called for the mngr approval when she arrived she said" what do you want" after explaining my request she responded with no it takes 24 hours so you can come back tomorrow. I said ok thank you, paid and proceeded to leave. Additional added value to complaint but not enough room to add.

today 12/02/2017 at 1230pm i went to the dollar tree in bayville nj i went to buy alot of frozen food the cashier peggy did not double bag my order when walking to my car the bags starter breaking this has happend to me more then once they need to start double bagging peoples orders

I was shopping at the dollar tree store at 9539 Fields Ertel rd. While looking at merchandise to purchase the manger of the store was acting unprofessional towards me asking me to move out of the way since she was restocking Christmas merchandise. I also want to state that Doller tree has lost business and I will not shop here in the future.

This is my favorite store of all San Antonio, TX but poor management long lines items not on shefts lots of stolen items and open items just want my store back thank you my name israel.

The cashier was really rude and not attentive at all. He would not put my card number in for me or help me to get my card to swipe. How are you gonna run a business if your cashier is to lazy to punch in a card number? Now I know he can even though he lied and said he couldn't any business can punch in a card!

Went to dollar in Sylacauga Alabama 541 one day this week. It was around 10 am and the parking lot was full of customers and packages all in front of the door from UPS. Employees waiting on who ever to get there to unlock the doors. I thought dollar tree opened at 9am.

Dollar Tree at Truman Corners. Were closed 10 minutes early. When asked why they were closed I got flipped and and told to "F*** off" by Ronickia. Disgusting attitudes. Horrible people. Employee Jamie at dollar tree on 94th and Sheridan Blvd in Westminster, Co very rude and didn't let me take boxes that were empty, said she had to recycle them. I explained I was moving and had got boxes 2 weeks ago and they told me I could take boxes anytime. She said no.

March 22, 2018, My husband and his emotional support K-9 were refused entry at the Dollar Tree located at 504 Bud Dr., Chesapeake, VA 23322 at approximately 1 p.m. by the store manager Linda. She was extremely rude, yelling at him, as if he was a child.

Why does the cashier who has a long line have to get off the register and blow up balloons for other customers? I find it to be very unprofessional and it makes for a long wait in line.
