Dollar Tree service

Dear Sir/Ms
I have been in your store a number of times and have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Gloria, one of your salesperson.
She holds herself out to be a manager but acts in an extremely unprofessional manner.
Whenever I approach her with a question she always responds in a loud and rude manner. She also rolls her eyes as though it a hardship for her to answer some simple questions. She is in need of some instruction from a real manager regarding how to deal with the public.
Until such time as her attitude improves, or she is no longer working at the store, neither I nor my friends will be returning to the store .

Dollar Tree service

I was at store Dollar Tree in Youngstown, OH, store #5889. I did not get greeted like I normally do and then as I was in line to check out there was a woman in front of me that was talking to the manager on duty, Keith, and she was just asking him how his day was and if the store has been busy all night, because it was kind of busy at that moment for a few minutes. And all of a sudden all I hear is the manager on duty, Keith saying that he don't know, he don't care, he's not paying any attention to that place, on top of cussing saying the F word. There are other people around Karma there was a lady with children behind him in another checkout lane. I just feel it was very inappropriate to have a bad attitude about the store and to be cussing saying the f word repeatedly. If that is the type of attitude the employees at that store or going to hold, I will not be returning to that store.

I asked "You guys don't like to speak to customers?" He said what do you mean? I said You both just walked by and never spoke and just now u didn't speak. He said "OH." Then I asked what's the store location number and he stated he didnt know. Wondered if he was even an employee since he was wearing a Charter Spectrum jacket

Dollar Tree lack of inventory in store

I have been a customer at the Dollar Tree store located in Millington, Tennessee for many years. For the past several months there has been a dire shortage of inventory, many empty shelves, and very few employees. All indications are that the store is severely short-staffed. We don't want to lose our store due to a drop in sales, when lack of sales is due to severe shortage of products available for sale. It appears that you have a newer manager in charge... maybe you need a new one before there isn't a reason to keep the store open.

The store is only about half filled. Looks like they are going out of business. Employees have commented they have plenty of inventory but no one to stock the shelves. Other stores in the Memphis area don't have this problem. Your response is very cocky. You should have the store checked out instead of making smart aleck comments.

People who shop at Dollar Tree should just be grateful and take what they can get. Better still, move up to a Walmart. Dollar tree, the absolute [censor] tier of places to shop.

Dollar Tree manager

The manager at the Green Valley store on Green Valley Pkwy and Sunset in Henderson, NV is truly the worst human on the planet and you need to secret shop her to get a taste of her wrath. As I shopped one evening I had asked her a question about a product to have her scoff at me and say she is the manager not a fortune teller. As I left the store she was demeaning another customer and when we both exited the other lady was crying. We talked and it was because of this blond lady manager you have and when I called the store to make a complaint the employee saif it's like working for Hitler and she is mean to everyone. You better really look into this lady because you lost the business of myself and the other customer brought to tears.

Dollar Tree no public restroom but no sign posted stating this

A special thanks to Karen the manager of the Northwood, Ohio, Dollar Tree at the Great Eastern Plaza for being so mean, nasty, and deliberately hateful to me; her belligerent attitude is astonishing. Today, February 20, 2018, at approximately 3PM, there was no sign posted anywhere in the store that a public bathroom is not available. The stores in Oregon, Ohio, and Perrysburg, Ohio, each have public bathrooms. I am an ostomy patient and needed to empty my colostomy bag, it was an emergency. Two months earlier, I went into this same Northwood, Ohio, Dollar Tree and used the bathroom, no problem. This time, Karen, whom I had never seen in the store prior, angrily told me there is not a public bathroom and I asked her if I should [censor] in one of the store's aisles. I told her it was an emergency and went to the bathroom, which was appallingly filthy - complete with near overflowing trash can, a broken towel dispenser and no room deodorant spray. Karen made such a racket outside the bathroom throwing shipping boxes of items around, I was afraid she was going to bash in the wall or the bathroom door. She makes Dollar Tree of Northwood Ohio look even trashier than it currently is and she does not deserve a job that has public contact, she doesn't know how to behave or empathize with others. Pathetic. Never again to that Dollar Tree in Northwood Ohio and I hope they are out of business and Karen out of work very soon.

Dollar Tree customer service

Customer service is very poor. Cashiers are rude, always have an attitude. Store closes 15 mins early occasionally. Today 3 registers were open (1-3) but #1 said #2 was closed. I said, "oh. Why don't you turn the lights off so we know." #3 was so rude & made a smart comment to me while she was with a customer! I simply ignored her to avoid conflict

Dollar Tree unethical behaviour from store manager and cashier

The incident happen on 02.14.2018 at approximately 5:20PM.
I went into the store for a valentine balloon and the cashier said that the store had sold complete sold out of valentine balloon. I then asked the cashier about a star balloon and the cashier nod and shook her head and I commented that I did not understand her answer and I asked the cashier was that a yes or no answer? So since I did not get a reply, I chose another balloon and got the same reply, the cashier nodded her head back and forth and from side to side and I said that I do not understanding your response can you speak to me please by that time the store manager came out of her office with a handful of cash in her right hand and said you are not going to talk to my employee like that, and I replied that I am just asking a question and not getting a verbal response because I was not reading the cashier's body language. The store manager stated that the cashier was just a child and should be treated as one. Then the store manger finally said "can I help you" I told the store manager that she could not because she has misinterpreted the entire situation. I told the store manager that only God knows that I was only asking a general question and the store manager blew it out of content. There were other customers standing by and disagree with the store manager's reaction. I departed from the store because I do not like a scene.

I am a cashier supervisor and I would have never approached my customer's in this manner like the store manager approached me. For starters, I would have locked up my cash in the drawer or vault before I approached a situation and not displaying it in my hand. I would shown customer satisfaction is my priority and I would implement additional training for the cashiers

Dollar Tree service

Nicole, Marybeth, and Ronnie run the worst store. Marybeth is rude and loud and lady. Nicole is on her phone in the office where her conversations echo for most of her shift and Ronnie just turns a blind eye. That is not a good store manager at all! I go in for ms. Barbara and ms. Bryana, and ms. Lisa. Those poor ladies work with very little help and get crapped on by the 1st assistant Nicole who does nothing but the worst part is it doesn't look like there is anything training that goes on there at all. They are thown to the wolves and left to fend for themselves being disrespected and talked down to in front of customers and everything. I have seen one of the girls break down because of the way she was yelled at. She said her parents don't even talk to her like that. I felt so bad. The store is dirty, boxes of stock all over the place at all times and the manager Ronnie doesn't seem to be botherd. That is the worst management team I have ever seen. I am a manager and would never disrespect my staff the way that store does their staff. Disgraceful! I started to drive 40 minutes out of the way to go to a pleasant and friendly store in Goldsboro.

Dollar Tree closing manager extremely rude

The closing manager was extremely rude to myself and my mother. She opened the door very hard and could have potentially hurt us. The staff was also very rude and unprofessional. I hope that something is done about the terrible customer service at the Dollar Tree in Shoppers World at Brampton. Terrible experience. I will never shop at Dollar Tree again.

Dollar Tree the employee working at store. rude, raise voice and even followed me out of store!!

On thursday 2/15/18 I went to the dollar store close to my work. I stop there often to get items for my job. Tonight I was shopping for myself. 1st I wanted to get 2 cards for valentines day and figured they would be marked down, when I asked the associate that was working on cards why were they 1 $ each rather then 2 for 1$ like most cards, or even lower due to the holiday being over. She grabbed the cards from me and said she was putting them away. Ok way to make a sale, I just grabbed 2 more cards in which she now has removed all envelopes and put them in my cart as I did need them. Went back and found envelopes that fit. Not helpful at all but not a big deal no... That came at check out. I was checking out with a cashier named "george" I had over 50 $ in items which is normal for me at the dollar tree. He began bagging and I notice he put lotions and other products in the bag with my food. I went to grab the bag and tell him to stop it was full enough. I did not want to be rude. Like who doesn't know you don't do that! 101 food does not go with cleaners, lotions etc. He told me the bags not full. I said well they are cheap bags and rip easy can you please start another one. He was visibly upset. So he keep throwing anything into bags, so I grab 2 bags from the line next door and start re-bagging not wanting to cause extra work and knowing he is mad for some reason. The he raises his voice and snaps at me "let me do my job" I said you can but if I want 10 bags and I am bagging them its not a problem. He again told me to stop. I did as he was very upset shooting darts at me and mumbling under his breath. I just want bags that wouldn't rip and had food in bags with out lotions and other products. He is tossing my item more like slamming them in bags mumbling and growing agitated. I wait cash out and grabbed my receipt and said your name is george correct, that is all. I walk out he follows me out the store and yells you better bring that cart back. I did respond a little sarcastic but I was also nervous its dark there are not many people around. I have some cashier all angry following me out of a store all over bagging? If he is in the retail he need a training on a - bagging and b-how to speak to people c - do not chase customer out of store-creepy. So now I do not feel comfortable going to the store which is minutes from my work and I do get items do for work and the store is clean and although I live 35 minutes away I went to the store anyway as it is clean and stocked nicely. Now what do I do? He frighten me and made me very uncomfortable. I was nothing but professional I bag items myself to spare him from his anger. Where do I go to shop and why should I even have to put up with rude behavior when I am spending money. I would like an answer to why I would have to endure that and how it will be fixed so I may shop there. My email at home is [protected]@yahoo.com dollar tree store 1163

Dollar Tree fruit smoothies

I visited the Dollar Tree located at 3100 Broad River Road, Columbia, SC 29210 and the smoothies were being placed in the refrigerator with expired expiration dates. I notified the employee of this and he continued to put the expired products in the fridge! I also notified the cashier and assured me the issue would be addressed. I returned on yesterday 2/14/18 in hopes that the products would have been removed and replaced with up to date items with current expiration dates and THE SAME SMOOTHIES FROM THE PERVIOUS WEEK WERE THERE! Expiration dates going back to 2/1/18 where in the fridge. There is no excuse for this from any store! I will escalating my complaint further if no response is granted within the next 72 hours!

Dollar Tree filthy store

I am filing a complaint on store #3867. It is so filthy all the time with extremely stained carpet, stacked boxes all over and trash all over the aisles. This has been going on for several months and nothing is ever done
to take care of this situation. The store is a disgrace and takes down the value of the neighborhood. Store #2580 tiled their store and it looks great!
Maybe our store could get rid of that ruined carpet and get tile, but there is
still the matter of the condition of the store. The manager does not seem to care what condition her store is in. We saw four people up front this weekend and no one was doing any cleaning.
If you need a picture I can stop by the store and take pictures.

Dollar Tree cashier audrey cartwright 111 wagaraw rd hawthorne nj

Hello my name is noelia, I was at your store locate it i. 111 wagaraw rd hawthorne nj 07506 @ 8:52 pm. I bought some school supply for my son and daughter's project.in those items I had 2 white poster board which I rolled them to make sure they don't get dirty or wrinkle. When I went to the register to check out this lady with the name of audrey cartwright was there and I asked her very nicely to please be careful with the poster boards since she unrolled them to scan them at the register her responded was very rude and nasty she said : "well if it gets dirty you come back and buy another one simple as that" I then decided to asked why is she being so disrespectful and specially in front of my son (5th grader). She told me "if you don't like it your problem this all happened in front of another person which I found out she was the manager and never at any point said anything to her or asked her to calm down. I asked her if she was the manager she told me she was and laughed. When I asked for her name she told me I write it down for you old lady and laughed.
I never felt so disrespectful worse have someone do that and the person in charge of your store did absolutely nothing. I am at your store once or twice a week for school supplies for my kids but I rather use another store pay extra and get treated with respect. This is the first time someone ever reacted this way to me. I am not sure whether this is going to be read or not but I thought I will give it a try.

Dollar Tree product: eyeglasses with blue frame

Purchased reading glasses from dollar tree and had a terrible, still do, reaction to the frames being of the color blue and the dye in them. Must have ppd dye in the glasses, as for I am allergic to this but never had problems purchasing glasses anywhere else - I since have not been able to dye my hair due to the break out behind my ears from these glasses along with break out near face where the glasses hit. I can't dye my hair because I have actual blisters and puss from this. I have had to invest money in getting medicine for this reaction and endure pain with the break out. This needs to be informed to the public that should you be allergic to dye, these glasses will have you in pain! From one dollar purchase, this has cost me money along with my appearance looking horrible with the break out and much pain. I will move forward with this situation as for this is not acceptable. The store did nothing for this for me in return of my complaint. I do have pictures of the break out as well as my hair stylist not being able to work on me due to the rash and opening sores/blisters.

Dollar Tree the young woman employee at dollar tree, 329 benner pike, state college pa 16801

February 11, 2018, (receipt was not giving so) so approximately at 10:10 AM.
Good Morning,

Please let me start by saying this Dollar Tree at 329 Benner Pike, State College, PA 16801 is exceptional well stocked and very well maintained. But sadly, we may not be shopping at the store again. We will go to the Super Walmart which is in the same shopping center.

My complaint and/or criticism is with the young woman who was making the " Sunday Morning Announcements" and then "Checked Us Out" at the register. The young woman was rude and curt with us with the tone of her voice and with rude way she answered my husband's question if the store carried the Sunday newspaper... We very much felt that she found us to be an inconvenience to her, as she checked us out. Everyone has an off day, but we were informed by other people whom "use" to frequent the store, that they have been treated this exact way by the same young woman.

I felt you at the corporate office should be aware of this young woman way of taking care of customers. Again I would like state that my complaint/criticism is not with your Dollar Tree Store but with this particular young woman. Perhaps extra training as to how to treat customers, especially as 'She" them checking out, because the cashier is the last impression the customer has of your Dollar Tree Store.

Thank You for taking time to read our responds to visiting your Dollar Tree Store at 329 Benner Pike, State College, PA 16801. If you would like to contact us you may do so at [protected]@gmail.com... Thank You, Cheryl Deger...
