Dollar Tree skinny blonde manager

I have been a customer at the Dollar Tree on Ina & Thornydale since it opened. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the skinny blonde manager that works there. However, I can tell you that every time she is there, she is incredibly rude & less than helpful. When I ask for assistance from her, she acts as if I am bothering her.
Her crummy attitude seems to be rubbing off on the other employees as it used to be a pleasure to shop there. Now I've encountered more employees with her shameful attitude!

Dollar Tree I am a employee and i'm complaining about a manager

Hi My name is Shante Johnson I work at store #396 in Louisiana..I've been treated unfair by a manager name Marion Moore..I really love working at Dollar Tree it's the greatest job I ever had..She is so disrespect and doesn't care about customer and employee..Ms.Moore clearly told me she didn't want me working on her shift..I ask her why and it was because of my hours...I have a daughter that's in pk-4 and I have to get her off the bus for 3:45 each day of school..I explain that to the store manager. I also volunteer as a football coach and basketball coach to give back to my community.."Love the kids" Today 9/17/2017 I came into work and said good morning to Ms.Moore she said nothing..She didn't give me a till just let me stand there and look crazy..So I stated to do reship because I was on the clock..an hour pass and Ms..Moore never said anything to me..So the line was backed up she call me to the front sayin oh you need to be up here..She saw me and heard me said good morning..it's alot more to say but this not right and for her to be a Manager is not cool..She handle customer really bad all of them I see with my own eyes..can somebody call me [protected]

Dollar Tree cashiers

Hi I visited dollar tree in groton ct store number 4816 at 706 long hill rd. The cashiers are very rude and lazy. Sitting on chairs at checkout, sitting on the floor complaining about cleaning up after customers. The store is very dirty and unorganized. The older lady who sits in the chair is always yelling at other employees and referred to a new girl as and idiot. These people need to be reprimanded. I live in the military community and I will be telling all my friends to shop at different stores and not have to deal with rude cashiers.

Dollar Tree how rude a dollar store employee was

My dad, my nephew and i went into dollar tree in flippin Arkansas. Wehave been in there several times before amd they were always nice to us. This time was different. One of the employees by the name of Darlene was rude and kept on telling us how long it was until they were closing. We were even standing in line checking out when she got on her speaker and told the store thwy would be closing in 5 minutes. And then she turned to us and said "did you hear that?" my nephew, who is 32 years old, is mentally hadicapped. He is permentaly mentally age 5-7 years old. She was extremely mean and rude to him. She made him feel so bad that he says he never wants to shop there again, and i feel the same way as him. There was no reason for her to be so rude to anyone, and especially not a sweet boy lime my nephew.

Dollar Tree overcharge unresolved

I shopped at Dollar tree Friday, September 8. I was charged for three items that I did not purchase. One was double scanned, the others were not. I could not return on the same day due to stores closing early and hurricane prep. I could not get through immediately after due to stores being closed because of power outage. I went today and was not offered store credit or cash back. This to me is a nasty way of handling a long time customer and a crooked way of doing business. I will not be returning to that location ever again. Thank you for reading.

Dollar Tree customer service

Hire a new cashier/ manager. On 9-15-17, I went into the dollar tree for birthday items for my son. I had no problems shopping until i got to the checkout. The cashier/manager never looked up at me, looked irritated and when i went to pay with a 100 dollar bill, she refused it said not at dollar, get one with a purple strip! I said sorry, i didnt know your policy its not posted, she responded now you do. I asked her to suspend the transaction so I could go out to my car to get my debit card and she said "you can get back in line, the end of the line."Because of the late hour and the area, i do not use an atm when Im alone. Upon my return, Shanice still never looked at me, dismissed me, the security guard directed me to another cashier, who was very kind. He said he needed to wait to sign on but that he was sorry and thst he "didnt want me to stress". My bill went over the balance of my card. I said "Im back to square one, meaning I only had the 100.00 dollar bill. I said just take a few things off. He took the bill, and approached Shanice, not realizing it was the same bill. I could not nelieve what she said next, for all the customers in the store to hear, "No, no bill without the purple strip, I already told her that, you know better, no, I told you that" speaking to me. I got so upset, I asked her why she would talk to her employee or the customer like that. She rolled her eyes, handed me the money and continued with her clean up. The cashier helping me felt so bad he paid the balance of my bill. (Almost 10.00) Brought me to tears. The cashier was sadly intimidated by the "manager" Shanice. I will NEVER shop in this dollar tree again. But tomorrow I will be getting a thank you card and returning the nice cashiers 10.00! In addition, my phone recorded the entire incident. My granddaughter had started recording on my phone an hour before so the phone caught the incident! People have bad days, I get that. This was something else. This manager was arrogant even after I asked her for her name. As if she didnt care that I intended to report my displeasure about her service to corporate. It is my opinion, this manager is representing Dollar Tree in a manner that is unprofessional and most certainly isn't customer friendly.

Regards

Dollar Tree management at store on 63rd in oklahoma city

My husband was delivering freight which does not allow anyone but him in the trailer. The manager not only insisted on helping inside the trailer, after he made it clear that she wasn't allowed in there. She wouldn't leave the trailer despite him telling her that she is not allowed inside of it. She then proceeded to talk very rudely to him about me. Him wanting to keep his job, he kept it professional & ignored her. She then proceeded to tell her employees that she'll get his # rather I was there or not & continued to talk badly about me.
The woman was very rude, unprofessional & does not value her job as a manager.

Jessica at the dollar tree located in Oviedo store #6513 was SUPER BAD EDUCATED AND RUDE. People should treat people with decency not like maybe the way she is trsted at her house. I tslked to the store managers dshewss very decent and polite. People like JESSICA make me wonder if I should spend my money at your store. I will also make a public comment about that horrific experience we had. Unacceptable behavior. If she was working at my store she would be automatically fired.

Dollar Tree store has no a/c

I was recently in Store# 1509 which is located in Shallotte, NC they had no A/C. I went back to the same store a week later (9/13/17) and still no A/C. This is the south, we have more hot days then cold. I asked the store employee when they would have the air fixed and they said they were told it could be up to 3 months. Come on people, if you want us to shop in your stores; the least you can do is provide a comfortable atmosphere.

Dollar Tree district manager knows I was wrongfully terminated

I have been trying to get my job back for the last 9 months but nobody cares enough to make this situation right. Our district manager dropped this girl off on our door step, said she was the new manager, turned and walked away. She didn't know how to run a store or how to handle anything. Her solution to any problem was to fire you and the funny part is she was the stores biggest problem. I spoke to Jessica Friedman and was told store money and my personal money could not be together. I needed twenty one dollar bills and the manager who's name is also Jessica, brought me the money but didn't take the twenty to put back in the safe. Instead she tells me to hang onto it because she was on a conference call. She forgot and so did I, about the twenty. I went home which is two minutes away. The twenty was in my back pocket and my money was in my phone case. This manager was fired for stealing, no call, no show, sexual misconduct in the store, allowing her friends to smoke heroine in our breakroom and a few other things. My friends work here and all of them would have been arrested until they could prove they weren't involved and I wasn't going to let that happen so I texted the district manager and told him what was going on in his store. The manager was fired the next day. I was hoping he would step up and try to fix at least one of the things this so called manager did wrong . The employees, mainly our merchandise manager, is doing the work of three or four people and has gotten sick from exhaustion. I could help them stock or do recovery or go backs or what ever but the district manager won't even talk to me or corporate about this situation. I do know this though. The next time something goes seriously wrong in this store, I'm not going to say anything. He wouldn't have known anything if I hadn't told him. So now I will be going to the legal team to let them know and ask if I can have my job back. By the way, your store is 100-% better in sales and appearance without a manager and I have to take some credit for that.

I worked for Dollar Tree for four years. 3 of those in management. For the first year and a half as a manager I was working full time hours getting part time cashier wages and no benefits this I was told was a" glitch in the system ". I ran the store for about 3 months without an SM along with a freight manager working around the clock hours. When the new SM came it sent our store into a tailspin because quite honestly she had no clue what she was doing. I saw managers come and go, no one could tolerate the working conditions. I stayed still not getting what I should have been getting as a manager, working hours on and off the clock. I was cheated out of my PTO that I had earned during her time there. She was eventually terminated for a cluster of reasons. New and third SM comes with hopes of change, not the case. Her words "I'm not a working manager " which meant everyone else had to pick up the slack. Again managers coming and going due to the stressful and unfair working conditions and expectations. Year 4 I took over as merch manager, given years of an unorganized and out of control stockroom. I was also on my third District Manager at this time. I was told that I had an unrealistic amount of time to get that stockroom down and completely changed from the way it was or it WAS MY JOB, exact words. There was also a young manager there at this time who was allow to not do anything. Friends in the store, hanging out in the office, customer complaints none of the associates liked working with her and all complained but nothing was done. My stockteam and I worked double shifts stocking hundreds of cases of freight a day. Many of those hours were off the clock overnight shifts to which both DM and SM knew about. After months of exhaustion, stress and the threat of losing my job, doing 3 people's jobs, getting called in on my days off... I was at my breaking point. I was sick constantly. I had 80 hours of sicktime I hadn't used so I told my SM I needed a few days to recuperate and decide what I was going to do as far as looking for a new job or come back under different conditions. My shifts were covered which was only 2 days. Not quitting or putting in my notice, when I came in on Saturday to get my schedule for the following week I was told that I had been terminated due to "no call no show". Which was complete nonsense. That was a month ago, I was not paid any of my 80 sick hours or my 40 hours of PTO for the second time. After all the hours I had put in off the the clock not to be paid for. I recently found out that I am pregnant, to which explains the constant sickness on top of all the stress and lack of sleep. I don't want my job back, trust me I'm much better off. I just would like to have the wages that I earned and for the people I was forced to leave behind to not be abused as I was.

Dollar Tree cashier accuse us of stealing her phone

*My husband and I stopped by the Dollar tree located on 5930 Earle Brown Drive Suite # 100 Brooklyn Center, MN 55430 around 5pm something. We purchase $30 worth of stuff. We got in line, pay for our stuff and left the store. We had put our stuff at the back seat. As we drove off for a couple of minutes we hear a song playing behind us, we thought it was really weird because neither of us recognize the song. It ring again.

I reached over and got one of our bag since we only have 1 bag on the left side of the back seat. I saw a strange looking rectangle and pulled out it was a phone we turn on the screen and notice it was the cashier who has scan our items for us. It ring for the 3rd time. My husband picked up and kindly asked "Hello?" She then respond back saying: "Bring my phone back." My husband then, told her that "you probably accidentally dropped it off in our bag but we will drive back and drop it off."

As we approach the store. Got out of the car. Walked towards the store not even half way there, the cashier came out and my husband hand her phone back to her, she did not even say "thank you." She just walked away. I then said : "at least say thank you." The cashier turn around and said "for what? You guys took my phone?" Both of us was confuse and shocked. It lead into a argument. She accuse us of stealing her phone. We tell her that we did not steal her phone. We have no idea how it got into our bag. She kept accusing us. Another lady came out, now this lady we did not know that she was the manager until My husband asked to speak to the manager and she said it was her.

Now What really upset my husabnd and I was that, the manager did not do anything to cool down the situation. She let her employee verbally harass us and use profanity towards us and lastly accusing us of something we didn't do. I then told the manager you need to view your camera and tell us if we really took your employee phone or not? Because we did not.

According to the cashier story: she said she always place her phone at the same place every time it never went missing. I am not sure how close her phone was to the shopping bags. She then proceed to say, she saw my wife paying for the stuff and I was standing near the section where the cashier would bag our stuff and put it there for the customers to grab. What she meant is that since I'm the closest to the shopping bag I must of took her phone. There's no way I can reach for her phone without her seeing me, or my wife or the lady behind us seeing me.

When my wife question her did she see one of our hand reached over and grab her phone. There was no clear answer but she kept telling my wife to STFU. And just kept saying she knew we stole her phone because if we didn't why would it be in our bag.

We told her if our intention was to steal your phone, we would not return back to its owner.

I was really shock and disappointed because my family and I has always been shopping at this dollar tree for years. I told my husband that I will no longer shop at this location due to this incident.

You have an employee named Brittany Noble whom harasses me everytime she sees me. Because her and my son share a child together. And because I have more to do with my oldest granddaughter and the 2 youngest twins she will hunt me down in a store and yell at me saying that I am a bad grandmother cause I don't do for hers.. She also knows that I do dialysis 3 times a week and say I deserve to die. I or my family will shop any of your stores as long as you employ Ms.Brittany Noble. Thanks for your time.

Dollar Tree hateful employees

Went to the store at 8:30, they closed at 9. There was an employee standing directly in front if the store blowing her cigarette smoke right in everyone coming into the store and said "we close at 9 so hurry up". Every time we go into this store the line is ridiculously long with only one line open and several employees just walking around. The staff is just hateful. The management is no help and acts like its a problem that you're in their store bothering them.

Dollar Tree manager

The manager of the Chillicothe, Mo. Dollar Tree could not be more rude or hateful! & some of the things that came out of his mouth with women & children surrounding him in the store were just appalling. The name on his tag I believe said Jay, & I don't know exactly who selects the managers or the qualifications you must meet to run one of your stores but I personally would think he has all of the qualities to not be a manager or even work with the public! You should seriously consider finding someone more polite & considerate! Didn't seem to treat his employees very well either almost seemed to downgrade them or like he was abusing his power over them. This store is very convenient & needed in a small community like ours but have heard several people talk about the rudeness of the new manager & didn't necessarily believe it until I experienced it first hand!

Dollar Tree customer service

I called the store located in Saraland AL only for the phone to be place off the hook and left. I could not understand the person who answered the phone because they were studdering so bad. I do not live close to the store, didn't feel like dealing with Walmart, and do like coming to your store which I do often. Had a situation and because gas prices have skyrocketed since the storms didn't want to run all over town.
