Hello your staff member yelled at me and my friend and my fiancé about throwing [censor] around the store and came over and yelled at us and then loudly spoke grow the F**K up and I don't know her name but she has blonde/brown hair with piercings on her lip I think. I would like you to talk to her about her attitude and how she shouldn't of said the extra crap. Thanks

Dollar Tree poor customer service / dirty store

I was in the Chicago Heights Dollar Tree store 3532 on 8/16/17 between 6 & 6:30 and it was horrible. The store was empty, dirty, and under staffed as usual. There was only one cashier she said she was new and not trained. When asked where her help was she replied the manager was in the back having lunch with her family. That is beyond inconsiderate, but it happens often at this location. The associates are OK but the management needs to be replaced, or the entire store needs to be shut down. I don't know who the manager was that was there but that is no way to treat your associates. I am very upset about the situation

Dollar Tree poor management & order shortages

My company participates in the Operation Christmas Child project through Samaritan's Purse. We pack shoeboxes with items to send to needy children. We decided to order our items online this year through Dollar Tree. Long story short, we placed multiple orders & spent nearly $2300 to pack 192 shoeboxes. The merchandise was shipped free of charge to the nearest Dollar Tree Store, which was the store on Hanes Mall Blvd in Winston Salem NC. The manager (Debbie) was less than enthusiastic when we showed up to pick up our cases of merchandise. I believe her exact quote was "Thank goodness you came...I need this stuff out of my way." She then continued to complain about having to bring the boxes from the storage room to the front of the store. She never offered to load the boxes in our vehicle & never uttered a "thank you" for spending that wad of cash at her place of business...she just kept talking about how it was past her lunchtime. Very rude. Not to mention, the store was cluttered & dirty, with trash all over the floor at the front. I was shorted 3 full cases & then had 3 cases that did not have the full quantity of items inside. I also received two cases of socks that were not the sizes I had ordered. Overall, a terrible experience. And I'm still trying to get refunded for the shortages...the manager was ZERO help with that. She told me I'd just have to reorder. When I asked if I could just get the stuff from that store, she said no because it would mess up her inventory. She further argued with me that I wasn't charged for the merchandise not received, until I pulled up my banking app on my phone & showed her the full charge on my credit card. Let's just say we will be searching for another business to spend our $2000+ next year. I know the merchandise is cheap, but you should at least hire some professional people to deal with your customers.

Your store in Brunswick Georgia is in in a state of havoc. I recommend that you contact the Georgia Corporate Office and report this store for immediate inspection! I and a group of people I work with visited your store, which we have frequented for years, and were shocked by what we saw. The whole store is in total disarray with most shelves completely empty. The merchandise we managed to find was piled on top of other merchandise in the wrong aisles. For instance, food in the Auto department, etc. There were one or two products sitting in whole halves of aisles. "Angelina" the Store Manager during our visit (8/22/2017 at 2:30), was sitting on an empty lower shelve where the candy and snacks were supposed to be arranged, eating snacks from your snack shelf and talking on the cell phone. Next to her was another employee, who was opening and eating from Dollar Tree bags of potato chips. Huge boxes of unopened merchandise surrounded their area, and blocked other aisles. They did not move they box carts when we tried to pass to find cleaning products. (Only ONE bottle of cleaning bleach!) - One woman with blond hair ran the cash register with a huge line of customers waiting. She seemed frantic and was trying to do her job without any assistance. It was indescribable. Your usual display tables at the front were even topped with single plastic containers - one or two on a shelf, with nothing else. The food aisle was practically empty and well, the only words I and my fellow workers from our office can use are shocking and disgraceful. Please forward this on to the Corporate office. We will try to do so too, but it is difficult to get through. "Angelina" told me that they "just have most of our stuff in big boxes in the back". We wondered if any other employees were back there too. Besides the blond cashier, no one else was in the store working. Needless to say, we won't be back to your formerly wonderful store until conditions are returned to their normal excellence. Thank you.

Dollar Tree mcdowell and hayden. victoria customer abuse

I have shopped at the dollar tree located on mcdowell and hayden for many years. I always have my backpack because I have a lot of medications and emergency inhalers. I am always kind and talk with the staff so they get to know me and what products I buy. Never have I had any issues or been abused until today. (Victoria) a person I dont know comes up to me as I was heading to the cashier with my purchaces. And looks me up and down with disapproval. (I just got out of the hospital after kidney failure and was told I have blood clots in my leg. As well as my several disabilities.) and tells me I have to put my bag up front by the door. She was very rude. Abusive attitude and I could feel my blood pressure go up because she seemed to be predjudice about my looks. I have never been mistreated in this store or asked to leave my backpack or frys bags because I shopp here a lot and dont steal. I told her that I have my medications and cant just leave them for someone to take. She then tells me to leave the store. I was so upset so I put all the items I was going to buy on the nearest shelf and walked out. I told her I was a loyal customer for many years and I was going to complain. She just acted like she did not care. Would not tell me her name so I asked the other cashier that was there for the name. Very abusive and had a predjudice attitude. Please let her know she has no right to abuse customers and just asking politely goes a long way.

Dollar Tree employees

I am complaining about the assistant full time manager that works in store #06283. Her name is JaQuitta Alston, she is not very professional, she always loud when I enter the store. JaQuitta Alston smoking weed on her break right in the parking lot, and some of the employees can verified that even the Store Manager knows but she still do nothing. JaQuitta always using bad words. I really think they should have kept the previous manager. JaQuitta puts how much she makes on social sites, she also be fussing with different female the enter the store. Somebody need to get her out of there a lot of people complaints about this young lady, drug test her or something. The Store Manager knew that she smoked weed and still didn't care, shame on her. I also over heard her tell a employee "drug test me I'll just use my sister pee to pass" bad management roll. Once JaQuitta get out this store this will be a great place to shop. Please look into this.

Dollar Tree customer service

I was in store #445 on Saturday and of course the store was crowded. The cashier, a young guy, was extremely slow. he was chewing gum as he worked. He also wore a shirt that was obviously too small to be worn at work. While the store was full of customers trying to check out, they were shutting down registers. The cashiers acted as if we were on their time. If everything costs a dollar, why would it take 40 minutes to check out! It was ridiculous. The store looked dirty as well. I will never visit a Dollar Tree again!

Dollar Tree workers

How come a Shannon Evans aka Shannon was rehired by Dollar Tree when she was previously fired for making fun of customers on Facebook two years ago and now a slap in the face to the same customer's that frequent the store still have to see her again and bring up the same memories?

She was rehired as assistant manager once again to the same store which she was found guilty of making snide remarks about the people who shopped there the other workers are being looked over but she can be rehired? I know the people personally and I am offended that Jen S. rehired her as the same term she was when she was fired Manager! I am outraged period I will not go back and shop there again.

Second how come there is no drug testing Gina one of the other Assistant Managers was caught there using and abusing drugs and she was not be fired or any action has not been taken is there a double standard? Her and a old woman was over heard talking about getting prescription medicine hydrocodone illegally in the store for pain.

How much can so many people take within the store and watching cars be there way after midnight and it is the manager Jen and Assistant Managers why are they there? If they are not stealing from the store in general they are up to no good period.

I will never go back to the store you have the most rudest new workers there where is the days where they walk around you and say please and thank you or welcome they are now get out of my way excuse me? You don't come into a line where we are standing and say MOVE! Unless you want your teeth punched out of your mouth. And get some workers that can actually check out instead of one item at a time.

I am there to check in and out not wait and wait and watch them go in the office and shut the door and stay in there and not help or run in the back and close the doors and say they are crushing boxes. Ottumwa division is just not the same no more they are rude and if you ask are they hiring you hear NO.

Dollar Tree lack of customer service

Today 8/20/17, I went to store #3447. There was a line from the front of the store to the back. There was only 1 cashier. My husband and others went to knock on the door manager's door to find 2 employees sitting in the office. Manny & Robin. Robin was rude and said she needs to count the draw and would be out shortly. We waited for over 25 minutes in line. The only reason I did not leave without making a purchase was because I am leaving town on an early morning flight and needed the items in my cart.

Several people came in the store saw the line and then left. Others left there baskets at the register.

Dollar Tree order #: ec3599954 dollar tree at gateway station shopping center 1387 e, osceola pkwy kissimmee fl 34744

Incident: Friday, August 18th at approximately 6:30pm or so.

Unbelievable! The Worst all the way around. I placed an order online. After I get an email that the order is at the store for pick up, I call the store and they confirm that my order is there. My time is very limited, when I finally have time to go pick up the order I go expecting to just pick up the order and leave. I get there and ask a representative to please retrieve my order. She comes back with not only half of my order missing but an extra case of something I did not order.

I expressed this to her and she states that online messes up orders all the time. I asked her what should I do? She said to take it up with them. I call them in front of her and they state that they will refund me for a certain amount that they did not ship, plus the incorrect item . The rest that I will take. While on speaker they asked her if she understood and if she was the store manager (Carmen), she replied with a yes. I thought great we are all in agreement and hung up.

I than tell the rep that I am going to go get some more stuff to purchase. I come back with a full Cart ready to check out. She even says " I have been fighting a $12 return for online dollar tree for 4 months now and yet have to see the money". I state well than let's just do an exchange for the items that were already charged. She than goes on to state, oh I don't know if I will be able to do this, let me call my manager.

She comes back and states sorry I have bad news I can't do anything until Monday when my boss is back.

At this point, I am very upset as I have been in the store for about an hour now, she told the other dollar tree rep over the phone that I was on to take my one case. After all of this she means to tell me that I basically wasted my time, on the phone and shopping there.

I said okay I am going to call the 1800# and all of you can figure this out together. She comes around me to take everything that I put on the checkout belt off and states " well while you do that I am going to checkout other customers" and takes everything off.

I call the 1800 number on speaker and ask for a manager, they state that that department is closed. Okay I explain the situation and they state that they can not help me at the moment. While on speaker I ask for a full refund as I am not taking anything with me. After being put on hold for approval they stated that I would be refunded. I asked for a confirmation email and was told they do not send anything until after the refund. I stated that I wanted proof of return as the store manger (that she claimed to be via speaker phone to the first dollar tree online representative) stated that she was still fighting a refund of $12 from 4 months ago.

For what was that, the lady at the location got so mad (Carmen she said her name was, who knows if that is even her name as she stated that she could not believe I would say that to them). Said, that I was not nice etc. The online department called the physical location to ask if I was leaving everything( which I did) and that I as that. No worries from your employee for not revealing that sh would not be able to assist from the very beginning and instead made my family and I waste our time there.

What's the worst part of it all is that I really did want the $100 worth of items that I took my time to order online for my sons birthday and yet your company and location had no compassion for the sake of customer service. So disappointed 😔!

Dollar Tree manager

Dollar Tree recently opened in Jonesboro, LA 71251. We see that as a good thing.
Today was our 1st visit. However, we are not impressed with the mgr., Kevin. Dana was the only ckr there. She was doing the best she could with customers with MANY items. The line was down an aisle...many in front of us & 20 behind. When mgr came in the door she told him register wasn't printing receipts. He proceeded to open a register. Instead of pulling from people who had been lined up waiting a LONG time, he allowed 2 customers to just walk up. They were not in line! When my husband brought to his attention he said w/attitude "sir I just clocked in" & repeated that sev times. He was very combative! Good luck if that attitude continues! Dollar Tree is NOT the only dollar store in town.

Dollar Tree store manager

I asked an employee if their store carries black mesh back rests. The employee looked at me with disgust and used a disrespectful tone stating, "I don't know what you're talking about". I repeated myself and he stated again in a disrespectful tone, "we don't carry anything like that". Not satisfied that he understood what I was asking for, I asked an employee in the next isle. Apparently she had been listening. Before I could get the question out of my mouth, she snapped at me, "he's the manager, if he say we don't got it we don't got it". She refused to listen to me. I became angry and began verbally attacking them both. The woman spoke back to me and an argument ensued. As I was walking away I could hear "the manager" say to the woman, "I just ignore people like that". I immediately began searching for a way to file a complaint via phone. The back rest I did find at the .99 cents store. The treatment I received from your store is unacceptable. I would like a call back to discuss this incident.

Dollar Tree exchange

The Rio Rancho, New Mexico Dollar Tree manager at the Jager Dr location is very RUDE. I shop here all the time but she treated me like a thief when I tried to exchange an item without a receipt. Seriously, lady..it cost a dollar. Chill. She literally came up to me while I was looking for the correct item I needed and said for me to not "swap" anything out. I was so offended. I wasn't planning on secretly "swapping". So impolite. How does she work in customer service?!

Dollar Tree customer service/interaction

I walked into the dollar tree #1335 just before 9pm tonight 8/15/2017
I was trying to shop for paper supplies for my daughters baby shower and allow my three children to get candy. They are rather respectful and I felt comfortable allowing them to go pick out a candy. While in the paper isle being we were the only ones except for one other woman, I could hear bonnie the cashier say, "you better not be running" immediately and when I walked over to investigate in an extremely rude tone leo the manager said, "are they making a mess". I then said, "excuse me, my children are rather respectful and I don't appreciate you speaking to them or about that way". I then had them pick out their candy and I went and picked out my paper supplies and went to the checkout. The manager leo said to bonnie, "oh I walked by her at the drink cooler and she was just being a little [censor]". Right in front of my three children 11, 9, and 9 he walked by me at the cooler and I said nothing to him, I was in fact asking my children not to talk to avoid another confrontation. However then bonnie the cashier immediately said it wasn't about my children and to be quiet. I said don't tell me that and she rudely replied, "well I just did" and I said how rude don't and she repeated herself. I was so appalled that as she was ringing my order I walked out. She yelled at me from the store and continued and said more terrible things
The manager and cashier were extremely rude, unprofessional and just not cut out for customer service. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will never visit there again

Dollar Tree false information and rude customer service.

False information and rude customer service.
On Monday, July 14, 2017 I was at the dollar tree located at 3001 Nicolet Ave. Felt store number 7071. I purchased $38.80 worth of items. The person that was ringing me up had mentioned that some of these items were at a lower cost at Kmart and target. I then proceeded to ask her to cancel my order and she said that it was OK that I could come back and return the item if I were to find them cheaper. So I did find the items cheaper somewhere else . So I went back to the dollar tree with my family to return some of the items that I was able to find it cheaper somewhere else. The cashier started the process of the return and a manager told her that I have to go grab 24 other items to exchange. I proceeded to explain to her that the previous person had said that I can return them she then explained about the policy of no break no refunds. I now understand that once I started reading my receipt. But my issue with the situation is that your dollar tree employee clearly let me to believe there was no reason to cancel my purchase and that I could come back to return my items. I was led to believe I would get a full refund for my items that I would return. The manager there proceeded to raise her voice at me in front of my children and handed me her personal phone were another person re-explain the policy and then I read explained that his employee told me not to cancel my purchase and I was able to return my items if I were to find them cheaper. I'm sorry but I work really hard for my money and someone telling me that I cannot return something after your employee told me that I could makes me upset. I asked for the corporate office number and I got an 800 survey number. I asked the manager to give me the actual corporate number and her name and instead she called the police. I am very upset that my children had to see me in tears explaining to the police officer that your employee clearly told me not to cancel my purchase and I won't be able to return the item. The police officer then went to go speak to your manager and then asked me to leave the store.

Dollar Tree employees at dollar tree store # 1695

I purchased 2 newspapers yesterday at store # 1695 in Essex Maryland. When I went home to read the newspaper and clip the coupons, I realized there was no coupons at all in one of the papers I had just purchased. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this store so that is the reason why I am making a complaint. They have a 3 newspaper limit now so when there are coupons missing, I get discouraged. So I call the store and told the employee about this issue and she literally started laughing at me and telling the other employees while I was on the phone! And she basically told me that In was a liar n she couldn't do anything about it. So I decided to contact the company. I tried to call and was on hold for 12 minutes so I hung up and did it this way. Please call me regarding this issue at [removed]. My name is [removed]. Thank you.

Dollar Tree a rude employee

We went to the Dollar tree on 5502 Fry Rd, Katy, Tx 77449 today Saturday, August 12, 2017 at approximately 9:57pm. I knew store was almost closing but i really needed 3 items from there so we ran in the store quickly grabbed 2 of the items and got in line to checkout couldnt grabbed my 3rd item because i heard an employee talking mess all rude that we had gone in there and what not. There was no reason for her to talk all that nonsense looking at us ugly talking mess about us going in there to another employee if we just went in and out they still had customers checking out alot of merchandise while she was there rushing us and we still had to wait to be checked out anyhow. I believe her name was Danielle a chunky white girl with redish hair that wears glasses she was very rude and looking at us crazy which i was about to go off on her but didnt want to be rude infront of other customers so i just kept quite. I guess she thought we didnt speak english and wouldnt understand what she was saying but i did understand with her rude self. Hopefully this message gets sent to that store manager so they can know. Customer service should be #1 priority regardless if it was almost time to close the store or not there was no reason to get ugly like that making a big deal about it outloud very very rude!

Dollar Tree store manager 3808

I am an associate at the methuen mass Store 3808. There's a lot of issue's that are on going in this store with the store manager Heather. we have a great assistant manager team and all three of them are great. they are great assets to the company and they have all express leaving the company and finding new jobs and im hoping before this happens someone will step up and get things fixed. I would like to start by informing you that most of us are held accountable if we dont follow procedures and policies but i dont understand how we are suppose to follow them if we are not the ones doing our own ilearns heather sits in the office and does everyones ilearns for us. she has her favorites that arent held accountable for anything and i feel that we all should be held accountable. Also heather schedules herself at times for 7am sometimes 5am but is never in store until 8:30 am and always leaves by her scheduled time or before. This is considered stealing time from the company considering she is salary and doesnt have to punch in or out. She should be setting an example for all of us and should be doing the right thing. If we have to be held accountable then so should she. Also if we call her on a day off because we are having problems she either doesn't answer her phone and if she does answer she is never weilling to come down to the store and help fix the problems for example if we have no call no shows she doesn't come down and cover if we cant find coverage instead she will leave our assistant managers in store by their selfs. The assistant managers always end up calling candice and she always answers and if she needs to come down to the store she does and helps fix the problem. Heather has expressed to some of us her dislike for candice and how she wishes candice would quit or transfer and i feel this is not right. Candice was threatened by another associate and heather told all witness that they werent allowed to write in their statement that the associate threatened candice. There was another situation where the same associate and another associate were calling candice names and threatening candice in front of heather and heather didnt do anything to correct either associate so candice felt ganged up on and bullied and punched out for the rest of her shift and heather wrote her up but never took any corrective actions when it came to the other associates. Heather retaliates against candice all the time by cutting her hours and piling extra work on her and someone needs to put a stop to it. Candice is very dedicated to her job and is a very good asset to the company and very easy to work with and it would be a shame to loose her due to heather and heathers personal feelings towards candice. Heather also terminated to associates that shouldnt of been terminated. One associate was out on medical leave her name was irene she had eye surgery she was out for a good length of time heather never checked up on her or anything she just turned around and ended up terminating her. The other Associate Gwen was in an ambulance on her way to the hospital and called heather and heather told her if you dont come in your terminated. Heather has been talking with everyone in the store about how she thinks this associate and that associate are stealing and she should keep that stuff to herself. There are times when all of us associates will buy a drink or snack and it isnt rang out under our numbers but the manager on duty signs off on the receipt and it gets taped to the item. Heather is doing everything she can to get candice terminated and is going the extra mile to do so and someone needs to look into this and put an end to it.
