Dollar Tree safety

Store: 6323 SW 3rd st

I go into the store in okc near Reno and MacArthur all the time and I have been trying to find these lavender pots and I went each week for 3 weeks and they didn't have them. They kept telling me that they are probably just not unboxed and on the shelf yet. Well, 3 weeks is a long time to not do your job. These boxes are above my head now and it looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. I just want to bring this to someone's attention before this company gets sued. These boxes could fall on someone at any moment. This is absolutely ridiculous and not only that but the shelves are getting empty. I ended up going to another store to get the flowers but I would like some kind of confirmation that this issue will be resolved and please look at pictures. This is a serious safety issue

Dollar Tree customer service

I was at my local dollar tree today at about 12:30p.m. The cashier's name was Shirleen. I WAS AT THE DOLLAR TREE ON 21ST AND GRANT IN GARY INDIANA. I HAD TWO SEPARATE PURCHASES. When I handed the cashier the money... She didn't give me my change back! She handed to another customer because that customers hand was out... As my self my mother and my aunt proceeded to the front door I told my mom that the cashier was being very rude by not handing me back my change... The cashier over heard what I said to my mother and chose to stop me from exiting the store to tell me... And her exact words were "Look here she had her hand out too... My response to her was it's very rude to hand someone else my change when they didn't hand you the money... The cashier's attitude is very unacceptable.. after a few minutes of loud talk in the store the manager came from the office stood by the office door and chose NOT TO SAY ANYTHING to the cashier... I have never been treated to rudely and poorly before by a customer service rep or a cashier... I am not to happy as a customer about the way I was treated at that dollar tree

Dollar Tree the manager at dollar tree in hillsboro texas

Every time I go into Dollar Tree in Hillsboro Texas the manager Brenda is rude to customers when she first came to Dollar Tree the lines will be long she will not cashier she informs everyone she's the manager and she doesn't have to she tells the staff to put the boxes on the floor and then she yells at the Angie for doing so a few weeks back I was in the store she told an employee to leave Freight on the floor and Angie could do it when she gets back from vacation I frequent this store 3-4 days a week I'm really disappointed in the way Brenda handles herself and the employees she is rude and very disrespectful it's Brenda is always talking bad about Angie to an employee name Nono it seems the manager is trying to get Angie fired I've seen Angie she works so hard she is so sweet polite and helpful she's always smiling upbeat and has a great attitude along with Crystal Kathy these girls work are always helpful and polite to the customers this is what Dollar Tree should be

Dollar Tree employees call complaint

I enjoy your Warsaw Missouri Follar tree but have had it difficult dealing with an employee "Cassie " who is lacking the ability to be friendly and to go the extra mile. I have come twice to the store recently when she was working and first time I was looking for "plushed " stuffed animals for my nursing no home ministry. I told Cassie and she instructed me to go check toy isle. I did go and could not see them. I went back and asked if she could show me and she said no I have to do my stocking as she was looking at her cell

Dollar Tree manager

This is about the manager at the Dollar Tree in Hackettstown NJ her name is miss Q. I do not know her personally but been at her store a lot and do my shopping every time I go there I see her on her personal cell phone gaping away with whom ever who knows who. To tell you the truth I thought a few times she was speaking to me but I looked again and she was on her cell phone very unprofessional if you ask me. I do not think she has any business on her personal phone during work hour's. I have also been there when she has had her other half with her that I heard is a big not to do having your man in the store and it has happened on more then one occasion. I was there on Monday and the store didn't open till 948 am when the store is supposed to be at 9am sharp this also has happened on many occasions as well and need's to stop. The store is always a mess like a cyclone hit it it's terrible. the worker's are ok what I hate about that dollar Tree is they always only have 1 cashier it's not right that store should always have 2 at all times not just one that store even though it's always a mess it is always busy day or night. That's why they should stop being cheap and have 2 cashier's on at all time so the other people can do other thing's what they need is people out on that floor cleaning up the place and organizing the Shelfs and Vacuming the place it's a total mess.
The costumer bathroom in that place is a joke they can't even find the key half the time it's either in the door or totally gone all together. It is also dirty a lot of the time I get scared to use it I rather wait till I get home. So I hope this will help other's know how this store is ran just terrible management need's to be FIRED or moved to different store location. End of rant from a local costumer Jane Doe.

Dollar Tree management

The store in Warsaw Missouri 06324 store number has illegal activity going on. The managers Dusty Braun, and Cassandra Mundy have a huge list of problems. Dusty Braun lets her husband stock and do truck, (he isn't a employee). Dusty is letting Ericka Dowell a cashier to eat and drink anything without paying. Dusty Braun is discriminatory towar, d people. Dusty and Cassandra is letting Rebecca Bates sleep in the stock room and live in the parking lot, Dusty will also damage food out so Rebecca can eat. Rebecca was at the premises in her uniform intoxicated and had the local police called on her. Dusty has made inappropriate phone calls while on the clock and at work.
My name is Emma Thomas and I have made several phone calls to corporate and nothing seems to get done about this issue.

Dollar Tree store condition

I walked into the dollar tree on 7/8/18 and was shocked at the condition of the store. The floor was filthy, most items were laying in aisles. It looked like a tornado whipped through. I refused to shop there. As I left, the one visible employee was just standing by the register. He didn't have a customer. I wish I took pictures of the mess. It was disgusting.

Dollar Tree manager

There's a manager at the location on Riverdale rd that's been bring home items well boxes full of items such as chargers lights bulbs shirts all types of cleaning supplies tissue bathroom supplies kitchen supplies hats cases of things that he is taking and I'm sure it isn't authorized and against the law and is terms for termination well that's for any job. Thank You

Dollar Tree it is about the store manager

I was at the Glenville dollar tree on route 50! So as I was coming through an isle and there was hardly and room to get by. I asked him as I seen his name plate ("Mykal" store manager) this happened last week. Sorry I am old and the comment after was very rude. He said "move the uboat your self and can you hurry up need to get this [censored] done. He said to me. How rude. I was going to go to the news channel 6 I have a friend there. I'm 52 years old.

Dollar Tree email and phone

I just cannot and do not believe that a United States company would INSIST and DEMAND that I press 1 for English. WTF is wrong with you people?
Trying to talk with the order service and none of your phones will work unless --we in the United States press 1 for English. You pos phone system hangs up on you if you do not press a #. Very Un-American.

I would like to get a call from your ceo to discuss this stupidity with him/her please. When I answer I will Not ask them to press 1 for English.

Dollar Tree managers and wrongful termination

So Dollar Tree Store #1109 has been working with my college classes and I usually have Monday and Wednesday for sure. So my manager calls me and says that I am working the 5th 6th and 7th, nothing about the 4th of July. I thought that I finally had a holiday off. So when the tech at the hospital asked if I could come down on the 4th to the hospital I said yes and we agreed on a time (3pm). When I went in I saw that she had me scheduled from 1-6. I told her about my meeting with the tech at 3, and asked if I could work days, I was only on for stock. I told her that I really didn't want to work days because by the time I punch out is 1:45 and I needed time to go home and shower, and get to my appt which was an hour away. I heard her say that she would take me off if I din't care about the hours. I said go ahead and take me off, not realizing that it was wednesday and that was supposed to be my regular day off. I was under the impression that she was taking me off, so I went home and was off the next 2 day, and my manager never called to say I was working, last she said was that if I didn't care about the hours then i could be off. When I arrived Thursday to work the close shift I was surprised to see another employee there working with me, it rarely happens that 2 people work the same shift. Anyways I punched in ando my nightly proceeded to duties. I emptied the garbages and got rid of it then started putting away freight. Lorinda Hill (STORE MANAGER) yells "Put that box down and get in the office now" I was thinking that what did I do wrong? I am able to get out 30-50 boxes of freight, while working the register, it depends on how busy we are. I go into the office, and it was me, Lorinda Hill (STORE MANAGER 1109), Gayle Weiss (ASST MANAGER) First she started screaming at me, and you can hear everything from the office so I know that the customers heard. She was grabbing her name tag and yelling "I AM THE MANAGER, NOT YOU! DO YOU SEE MY NAME TAG IT SAYS MANAGER ON IT. AND YOU DO'T MAKE THE DAYS THAT YOU WORK"! She was refering to the 4th of July which was on a Wednesday and I had not only had to meet the tech, and do homework for my online college class. All the while she was screaming I remained calm and didnt say anything. Then she says I have your write up and Termination paper. I was so mad because in 13 months I had never been written up, and I get my first one and they fire me. I opened the door and walked out, punched out and left. I have more complaints about the managers, they need to be fired and get new ones.

Dollar Tree cashier

I just encountered a very rude Cashier at your store. No customer service courtesy whatsoever. She was very snippy and impolite towards me. She held up the line to blow up some balloons. Then I grabbed something that I believed to be a divider for the groceries and she rudely told me to give it back. Interesting to me that I was the only black person I. Line and I was the only one she was being rude to. She seemed to be nice to everyone else. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely no need for her rudeness, unprofessionlism or to speak to me in that way.

Dollar Tree opening hours

It's 12:26 pm, and the sign on the door says the store should have BEEN open by now. I've sat here and watched 7 different people try to go in and shop, but have to turn around because no one is there. Cars are still pulling up left and right and there are no employees around. One employee pulled up, realized the door was locked, and left. This "business" is ridiculous. There are eight cars now waiting for the doors to be unlocked.

Dollar Tree store manager/towing

I would like to start off by saying that I visit you store about 2-3 times a week and I never want to enter Dollar Tree ever again.

Today 07/07/2018 I went to my regular run to Dollar Tree located at 2641 E Tremont Ave Bronx, NY 10461 Westchester Square. Not even 5 mins in the store I hear over the intercom, owner of a silver focus please come to the front of the store. Of course I immediately go to the front of the store and the towing company that was there told me that my car had be towed. I ask why and immediately was told that the manager requested my car to be towed because I was blocking someone in. First of all I was not blocking anyone in then he tells me that I was parked in a fire zone. The towing company requested $200 dollars to get my car back. I immediately go to the Manager on duty and asked why did he tell them to tow my car when he could had just called on the intercom and told me to move my car or it will be towed instead of calling me on it when it was already towed. Now his story was different from the tow guy. He stated that he told them to tow it because people are always getting side swiped and they want to sue the story. I explained I've been coming there for years and there are always cars parked there with not issue. I go back outside the tow company is now telling me if I don't come up with the money within the next 20mins my car is going to be taken to a storage yard in Queens and I would have to go pick it up, mind you the store is in the bronx why would they tell me they going to take my car to Queens. They stated that they only take cash not credit cards, by this time i'm having a anxiety attack, I had to call someone to bring me $200.00 to get my car back and they refused to give me a receipt telling me that it will come in the mail. I just feel that the Store Manager and the Towing Company are getting innocent people for there money. One employee saw me so upset she told me that the towing company gives him a percentage of the money they get for towing cars its a scam they got going on in that Store an I hope that you will investigate and see if there was a Ford Focus Towed on 0707/2018 around 4:30-5:30 p.m. and the reason cause I have to work alot of hours to make $200.00 and it seems very unfair that it would cost someone that much to get a car towed from a Dollar Tree parking lot

Dollar Tree green dot card

On 7/7/18 at 12:48 pm my minor son attempted to purchase a Green Dot Card. The Store informed him that he had to be 18 years old to purchase the card. With the manager awareness he let an unknown unrelated in store customer purchase the card still for a minor child. The unknown female shopper gave my son the card and receipt of his purchased and the amount loaded on the card. Once my son arrived at home we realized that the last 4 digits of the card and the receipt was different. We immediately reached out to store manager Charlie. He was so rude and very unprofessional. I told him that it was unacceptable and that I was going to report him. I believe because my child was a minor he purposely input the numbers wrong so he could steal the $20 from him. The store manager called the authorities out. I showed the officer proof of what I was saying he stated it's a civil matter. Gave me a hotline number and stated to report the manager! I'm reaching out for the district manager of Store # 5242 at the location 2034 Metropolitan Pkwy. Atlanta, Georgia 30315.

Dollar Tree employee

On Saturday, July 7th at approximately 8:30am I was at the checkout waiting to be helped at the Dollar Tree on Balboa . There was a female employee against the far wall stocking while on her cell phone. After waiting for a few minutes O got her attention where she finally started to the register still on the phone. She scanned my purchases and completed my transactions while still talking on the phone about how hot it was to go to a Dodger game etc. At the end of my transactions before I walked out O made a comment that it wasn't right for her to help customer's while on her cell phone. She said that it was business which it sure didn't sound as the her conversation was not quite or sounded professional? I worked as a retail manager for years and believe in respect and customer service. I hope this type of behavior is addressed unless thus is a recommended practice for Dollar Tree?

Dollar Tree piss poor management

My daughter has had the same recurring payroll issue with this company and the management and GM for their Las Vegas location store number 06244 do not do anything to correct the issue. They spend more time on their cell phones texting other non-management employees that are inside the same store. There is no confidentiality between supervisor and cohorts. This is highly illegal. I have also witnessed an employee being assaulted by 2 customers while the manager did nothing to help. A male customer stopped the incident while the manager stood there recording it on her cell phone and not calling the police to help him. These customers went as far as getting a hacksaw out the aisle to attempt cut the employee. There needs to be a representative from Corporate to come and investigate this store and really ask the customers and employees what is going on. I just find it really sad that the CEO would go on undercover boss and act like there were going to be some changes in this corporation and I see nothing but locations that are filthy, cash registers don't work, managers who lack managerial skills and the lack of employee safety. I guess it will take a employee being murdered for you to worry about employee safety. As far as the payroll issue goes. There needs to be a better way to fix your payroll issues locally or a phone number where someone can actually be reached. Lastly, I don't understand why they feel the need to harrass the younger workers when they question why they haven't gotten paid.

Dollar Tree asst. manager

Hi I'm making a complaint today as a potential employee for your Newport, TN branch of Dollar Tree. I was asked to come into an interview with the Assistant Manager on July the 6th, 2018. While conducting the interview she made many remarks about hating hiring men and they "Weren't worth a damn" to hire in the first place. The topic of the distribution center came up and she said many times that the D.C. was a hell hole jam packed of "Mexicans" and that they would "Eat freight that was to be shipped" causing her issues. She used profanity through the entire interviewing process and would constantly bad mouth the store manager. I no longer wish to seek employment from your company and will warn family and friends who wish to shop there not to until you can prove otherwise that your management crew isn't full of SEXIST and RACIST BIGOTS.

Dollar Tree woodyard dollar tree

I went in there a few days ago and was horrified by the trash, garbage and dirt in the aisles. Food on the floor. A true disgrace. Items were knocked off the shelves and just laying on the floor. The manager fail to hear the customers concern regarding the poor service of her store in our community. Something needs to be done, Call health department for inspection or Corporate needs to visit store, close it, or chande management.

On 07/05/18 i put a complaint on a dollar tree employee from store# 5345 the employees name is Savannah. Today is july 7 2018 and i still have not got any response from dollar tree. It seems like dollar tree doesn't have any means of solving my issue maybe you guys are short staffed at your corporate headquarters the same way your short staffed at all the stores.
