Dollar Tree your managers at new bedford store

I am always at your store and your new bedford stores are awful. Think you need to see how they are being runned. Your management is very rude and unprofessional. I went into your store and one of your cashiers poor lady was being bullied and insulted by a customer and your management was standing right there watching like its a joke. It was not funny. You dont watch someone telling anyone that there fat and they should end there life. Is this how you want your stores to be known for. Please look into your stores. See who being hired and how they should handle things.

Dollar Tree customer service

This morning my mother walked into the Dollar Tree in Montgomery Village, MD.
She noticed that there weren't any carts to shop in the store with. So, she asked an employee "where are all the carts?" because I notice that you all have them with merchandise in them. She said, "ask the supervisor" . My mom went to the supervisor and she asked her "where are all the carts?" My mom once again said "all the employees seem to have them all with merchandise in them" Next, the manager/supervisor said to her "you can either wait for a cart or use the handheld - carts" She then told her "you expect me to carry this blech and other items with a handheld basket" My mother then had to go to another employee who offered up his cart. Poor customer service from a store supervisor/manager

Dollar Tree staff

Went into Dollar Tree inDumas, Texas to purchase a few items. When I went to check out, I waited 5-10 minutes to be checked out. The cashier was in the little office, door opened, and on speaker phone with a male friend of hers talking about his p***s. I was at the furthest register close to the door and could hear this conversation as if I was standing on the same room. The cashier even giggled telling him he was on speaker and he remarked he didn't care who heard. This is uncalled for. They're already lazy, I sure as heck don't want to spend money in a store where the staff is discussing male private parts! Someone needs to manage the staff and store better so this doesn't happen again.

Dollar Tree I am complaining about racial profiling store policy.

Please be advised; Dollar Tree Store located at 16610 Archer Ave., Jamaica, NY 11433, Store number 5118. Has implemented a racial Profiling policy that requires mencustomers to lock their knapsack in Lockers before shopping. I informed manager Nicole that I was uncomfortable leaving my knapsack with personal effects as wallet, MacBook laptop, keys and other personal items in locker. I also pointed out to store manager Nicole that my napsack is equivalent to a woman's pocketbook. Therefore women customers should be required to check their Pocketbooks inside storage lockers. Store manager became very irate disrespectful . She started to me if I didn't like store policy I should shop somewhere else. I'm requesting that this dollar tree location immediately stop this gender racist store policy of only requiring men to check their napsack in store locker before entering store. Dollar Tree corporate complaints

On 7/5/18 i put complaint on behalf of my wife. The incident happened at store#5345 in the bronx a employee by the name of Savannah cursed at my wife i spoke to the store manager and i was told the employee was terminated. On 7/17/18 i got a call from corporate complaints i explained to the man everything that happened on the date in question he told me he was goin to put me on hold so he can explain the situation to his supervisor i said fine I'll hold for your supervisor he thought he put me on hold but he did not so I'm listening to him cursing my wife out again and telling his supervisor how much of a peace of [censored] i sound then he asked his supervisor did he speak to the store manager and he says yes i did and I'm tired of that [censored] that's when i said i hope u guys no i was listening his response was basically so what i felt so sick to my stomach just listening to these two so called CORPORATE COMPLAINTS EMPLOYEES talk like that maybe this is why store employees act like this it starts at da top. Dollar Tree dollar tree employees

On 7/7/2018 l visited Dollar Tree (which is my favorite store) at 15151 Woodward Ave Highland Park, Mich. 48203. When l first walked in l had a bag l was getting ready to the the bag up when the cashier rudely stated, don't leave the bag there take it to the other register! I told her that's what l as going to do. The manager was standing right there and witnessed the cashiers rudeness and said nothing. The manager herself had a twisted up face. When l was getting ready to check out l gave the cashier a 20, my order only came up to 11 dollars and some change. The cashier only gave me 5 dollars and some change back. When l brought this to her attention once again she rudely and loudly stated, your going to have to wait til l open my register again! I stated ok as long as l get my correct change back. The manager then stepped up and said your not going to talk to her like that. The manager then said don't sell him nothing give him his money back. She then stated that we have the right to refuse service to anybody! You checked me but said nothing about the rudeness of your employer let's me know they were in it together. What a shameful display of customer service.

Dollar Tree store is filthy

Every time I go into this store it is a filthy mess. Each isle is so messed up you can't find what you are looking for. I know Dollar Tree has enough money to hire people who only go around the store to clean it up. I hate going into this store and won't ever again. Even my friends have stopped going there. Do something.

Store # 703 @ 6812 Reisterstown Rd Balto.Md
I had complained about this filthy store and other things about 3 months ago, I was in there July 17, 2018 and was SURPRISE that the store was CLEAN, items was on the shelf and not the floor NO BOXES was in the isle to be put away, food items was in the freezer and not on the shelf annnnnd they OPENED on TIME which was a BIG PLUS!... now i can go there and get to work on time. I give them 5 STARS...THANK YOU MANAGER OR WHOMEVER.

BTW, I was not the ONLY person who noticed it, we was in line talking about how clean it was...

KEEP THE GOOD WORK UP.

Dollar Tree video that has gone viral

Has anyone viewed the video that has recently been posted with the Dollar Tree store employee that called the police because a man didn't leave his bag at the front door? This same employee then rudely demanded that the customer leave the store and threatened to mace him if he did not stop recording him in a public space.

My question is simply, What is Dollar Tree doing to correct this issue? With the climate as it is, this employee appears to be a liability to to company and needs to be removed immediately.

Dollar Tree management and employees

Good Evening, I do have a complaint as I'm sure you are aware of many so may over look just another but I have to express myself with my experience since I shop Dollar Tree quite often.
I dont know the store # but the location that I always have a bad experience is in the Bloomingdale location( dollar tree) at

Without us, employees do not realize that they would not even have a job! With so many retail closing, they should be happy to still continue to keep doors open. I didn't know that their job was so stressful or difficult to where they are very unpleasant working and have unfriendly attitude toward customer or even themselves. Its not the first time! its every time I'm in there shopping and I have watched it over and over and its always the same. I understand you are not there so your unable to see what really goes on but you should be aware of it because it isn't fare to the customers. I understand you cant change the situation but it should be brought to their attention. The little old cashier lady is the worse, management and all employees. Your afraid to even ask a question! What is wrong with there people . I just believe it will not change because you cannot change who people are and need to take on a new crew because Bloomingdale Dollar Tree is horrible to shop at. Im sorry! but "Thank You " for listening!

Dollar Tree employee named jimmy

I was in the Dollar Tree store #1378 today at approximately 5:30pm was I was being harassed by your employee named Jimmy. He was following me up and down isle after isle and saying something about god is going to get me he seen me knock over the angels and the statues. He kept repeating this over and over. When I left the store he followed me out of the store and told me to never come back there and then took a picture of my car.

This all stems from you manager Gina Shafer who lives behind me. She has been accusing me of knocking over her angles and statues in her make shift cat cemetery and apparently went and told her employees about this. I find this very unprofessional, she was also on duty when this occurred and stood there and watched him follow me.

I would not want to have a manager who acts like this working in my store. I have gone into your store quite a lot over the years and I am appalled by how I was treated. No customer should be subject to this kind of abuse.

This had nothing at all to do with the business; it is a personal matter.

I am hoping for some kind of resolution.

Dollar Tree discrimination and harassment

I worked there till Friday I went to work and the manager on duty (Teresa) this is at the Northgate Mile Branch in Idaho Falls Idaho I'm not sure what their store number is. At any rate I am I legally blind woman in my mid-50s and the store knew it when they hired me in fact the store gets preferential treatment for hiring those with disabilities. Teresa not only is ignorant to the public but she personally harassed and discriminated against me in front of other customers she needs to FIRED!

Dollar Tree store, independence plaza, hamilton nj 08610

I was in the store on July 16, 2018 at approximately 10:15 a.m. The whole time I was in the store, the alarm was going off, which was very annoying. Customers were complaining. I asked the cashier why the alarm was not being shut off. She indicated the code did not work. I asked why the manager didn't call the security office, and supposedly they did not have the phone number. Apparently your security system is ineffective. That has got to be so distracting to your cashier.

This store is understaffed. Boxes are always in the aisles waiting to be stocked. The few employees that are there are always working so it has nothing to do with them.

Also, this story is disgustingly dirty. I'm surprised the Health Department has cited you for the filthy condition of the floors.

While I'm at it, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was waiting on the phone for at least 20 mins. before I hung up.

Dollar Tree I had a accident

I had a bad accodent in the Montebello, Ca Dollar tree atore, a big hard box filled with several coling book fell on me and it was on a shelf about 7-8 feet high and I got injured and was bleeding. The Manager Maria dis nothong but offer a band aid and seem to not care at all I was bleeding bad and sid nit even offer anything like medical attention and did nit offer to fill out a Claim until I called her 20 minutes later. She sid not care at all. I have serius cuts and their getting infected and i might have a scar. I have been asking the manager Maria to have the District Manager call me but I dont think she's relating the Message.

That is their company policy. They are not allowed to to do anything but offer a band aid, and stay quiet. If they do anything else, they will be fired for putting the company at risk of a lawsuit.

Dollar Tree delivery truck

The delivery truck for the Redford Michigan store on Six mile road, when leaving from the alley from behind the store and turning wide right and heading south on Norborne st drove over the curb on the side of my building leaving a 35 foot long and a very deep, deep, deep trench in our well maintained grass area between the sidewalk and curb. Do you have dash cameras that you can verify it. I just missed the incident as when I pulled up before 11:00 am today Friday July 13th, 2018. In talking to one of the store workers the truck had left around 9:00 am. I have photos but you system says the file size is to big and can send you them at a later time.

Dollar Tree offensive and demeaning remark made by an employee to customer

July 13, 2018

When I was checking out at Dollar Tree today, I paid with my debit card and I hit the yes button for cash back instead of the no button. I told the cashier that I was sorry and she said it was ok and that she would fix it. An employee was standing by my check-out line when she made a negative, offensive and demeaning remark to the cashier about me as if I was invisible standing there next to her. The employee said, "They never read" and left. I said to the cashier that what the employee said about me should not have been said to a customer. I also said to the cashier that I work with the public also and I would never make any remark as was made to me. I asked for the employee's name and to my surprise, it was the Manager at Dollar Tree. The Manager's name is Janice Roger. Store #3501

Dollar Tree manager

I'm a regular customer that goes to the Dollar Tree on East Michigan an Orange Ave In Orlando Fl where their are managers that are very rude to customers start arguments with customer it's a Manager there she goes by Nikki she really is nasty towards people she became manager after 4days of being cashier at the store I'm pretty sure you suppose to go through training for the position I felt like she need to be fired for insubordination, I mean I went to the store on the 4th of July and the store was closed at 9:30 pm I think something needs to be done about this matter immediately.

Dollar Tree i'm not complaining about the product is the employees

When i went in to the store everything was fine but when i got to the register the lady who was there gave me attitude and was disrespectful. MY friend ask her for a bag after he said she didn't need one and was like that's why i ask you did you need one you said no, and then i responded and said no he actually change his mind. Long story short about the situation she was going back and forth arguing over something she was wrong about and then got rude with it while there were a bunch of other customers also in the lobby. She was rushing me from the register telling me to calm down and just basically not showering customers service at all. Her name is Lauren. Then i called the store for management and the manager was sarcastic with me. I ask was it the manager i was speaking with and she said rudely isn't that who you asked for? This was around 8pm on July 12, 2018 if I'm not mistaken she said her name was sharlene. But the manager on duty is whoever was there around 8pm that night. The employee and the manager really need to get fired or some well talking to because that was just terrible service last night.

Dollar Tree I am complaining about a store and having workers work in a store with no ac

A couple weeks ago I walked into the store on Thousand Oaks and it was so hot in that store it look like the workers are going to pass out and I started feeling dizzy just being in there 2 minutes so I called y'all made a complaint still nothing has happened I called back today to see if y'all got the complaint the lady when she answers the phone says that's none of her and my business all she does is answer phone calls and then hangs up the phone on me what kind of people do you have working for you answering the phones and she cannot talk to a person right she shouldn't be answering your phones about people complaining about something that was so rude and you know what my brother works for OSHA so I will be calling him and telling him to go to that damn store so hopefully you fix it and have a good f****** day. Dollar Tree massive product in isles

I moved back to North Platte Nebraska from Wisconsin in April. I went to the Dollar Tree to buy my cleaning products needless to say I was shocked by the number of boxes lining the isles. I went back three times to get foam plates, plastic storage bags and the shelves were 90% empty. Today I went back to get toilet bowel cleaner and I took a box off the cart and opened it myself to get two containers out. This store is a disgrace to North Platte Nebraska it is dirty and not stocked at all. I think a surprise visit is in order and foe gosh sake hire some people. I see the manager in the office all the time she should be stocking. You could move a lot of product if the product was on the shelf.

Dollar Tree employee of dollar tree

I went into work today as it was on the schedule for me to work today 7/12/18. My unprofessional tells me to clock out, that im fired because I was a no call no show yesterday. I was not scheduled for yesterday 7/11/18. As im trying to explain to her that im wasn't scheduled for yesterday she starts yelling and me and says " IF YOU WOULD SHUT THE F**K UP AND LISTEN!" Like how unprofessional is that. Im trying my best to have something done about this. Its wrong and very unprofessional, and I have proof that I was not on the schedule for the day before. Below I have a picture of the schedule for this week, and as you go down to my name Chasity Daye, im only on the schedule for one day, today 7/12/2018. There is no time for me on Wednesday the 11th.
