Dollar Rent A Car / no car available after booking

ON 3-1-2017, I booked a premium car, upon arrival I was told that the car was not available. The rep proceeded to ignore me as I stood at the counter for almost 30 min. Finally she decided to downgrade my rental for more money. I asked for a Manager or Supervisor, but was told there wasn't one available. your service at Memphis Int. Airport is ridiculous and very unprofessional.
