I purchased 2 dolls online and I wanted to return one because it didn't look like what was pictured and their pictures online are too small to really tell what they actually look like. When I called customer service they said I had to return it within 5 days and they charge a restocking fee and deduct shipping. The latter 2 is fine but from Hawaii there is slim chance that I can get it back to them in time. Real bad customer service and return policy. Do not buy from, you have been warned.
