I ordered 3 dolls from Kmart on line. I received an order confirmation and credit card was charged. 3 days later I received an email form Imran Joom Senior Vice-president that stated: " We invited you to contact us at [protected] so we can assist you in placing your order". The customer servcie line disconnected me twice, then connected me to agent Kelly who stated the order was cancelled and there were no more dolls to order. Also she stated I had no course of action as she had no supervisor and there was no complaint address or phone number for Kmart. I am beginning to think it was a complete scam. A legitamate company, the "new improved" Kmart, would not falsely advertise a children toy in high demand to get business. Right? Wrong. My girls are expecting those dolls for Christmas. What do I tell them?
