The breeder, Debbie Kuster told me whatever I wanted to hear about this breed, The King Charles Cavalier to get a deposit on pay pal from me as fast as possible. I wanted a dog similar in size to my 6 pound pomeranian - she said this dog would be. I therefore paid a $500.00 deposit which she waiting anxiously for. The next day..I looked at her site and saw a papillon next to the Cavalier and realized this dog is MUCH bigger than I was lead to believe. I asked for my deposit back and she refused..saying this is business. I tried to find a solution and asked about her papillons..she also refused for me to get a different dog instead. Then the following day she called and said she had a papillon but it is not AKC registered and would cost $1, 000.- that seemed to be very expensive for a dog that is not AKC registered and a pedigree. I asked if she could send a photo so I could think about it..she e-mailed one and then changed her price to $1, 200. ..I knew she was trying to just make some more money off of me. I looked on-line at other papillons that were AKC registered on Next Day Pet and saw they are priced from $350.-$800. her dog was also going to only be 3 pounds full grown which is smaller than I wanted..so I asked if I just could have my deposit back she said NO and to go hang myself.

I was stupid and believed whatever the breeder told me..I am also not sure what pedigree means..if it means a purebred then all of the dogs are that..The main problem for me was I wanted a smaller breed similiar to my pomeranian and I only saw the puppy picture of The King Charles and took the breeder's word that this dog was going to be "Tiny" as she advertised it as such and would be small like my pomeranian. She was so anxious to get my deposit and was pushy on how she was going to get her payment...and waited for it anxiously...she sent me 3 e-mails saying she did not think it went through..as soon as it did go through she knew the exact minute. She took advantage of my not knowing anything of the breed and being emotionally distraught over just losing my cat of 17 years. I am just a fool for trusting her.

PS..It was less than a day later that I realized this dog was larger than I was lead to believe by the breeder. It is not like she lost much time on it not being available for sale! She grabbed my deposit like a rat taking a piece of cheese!

The crazy breeder, Debbie Kuster just sent me this message- she does not stop harassing me.. (It isn't enough that she mislead me and took my $500.00 and won't return it! wish she would melt like the wicked witch...This is from her- Heather, here is congratulating you on your so thought out report to that fraud sight that is by legal lawyers….I spoke with them today, and anyone using them will be billed $2500.00….and here’s what is going to be funny for you….he said that when you put your complaint on their site, they don’t have to tell you about the hidden charges until they notify you by mail…if you get into this scam deeper, they said that they can sue you for the amount and it will be on your record for life if not paid…lies never pay Heather….Congratulations….he said he knew you were mentally impaired when you contacted them….

yeah I am stupid to trust peoples word...I thought...without knowing this was an ethical business and learned after she ripped me off that she is just after money however she can get it! but, you sound like you may be the breeder?...she keeps writing me nasty messages and has no remorse at all!...and this was my response to her:
Dear Missy,
Next time don't rip off someone who is "mentally challenged" as you say. I don't know where your from but, where I am from..you just don't rip people off without any repercussions...and sorry but, I SHOULD be bothered about being ripped off for $500.00 especially because I even confided in you that it was tough times for me and just wanted a puppy since my cat of 17 years died even though money was and is an issue. You mislead me and said everything I wanted to hear about the puppy and grabbed money as fast you could...and after you took my money when you refused to return it on just the following day..your reply was for me to "hang myself" that only shows where you are at...But, now it is you who "hung" herself! What comes around goes around...and ones reputation IS important..especially in your business when you are charging the amount of money you are trying to charge people at your fly by night operation where anything goes...(as a reputable breeder told me about your kennel). Enjoy your miserable Christmas...and I hope you finally melt like the Wicked Witch you are..but, first I want my $500.00 back that you took like a rat taking cheese. And just remember this is what you did to yourself...and this is just the beginning...You miserable, unethical Wench! Your poor husband...he is smart he doesn't get involved with your unethical business practices!
Yours,
Heather Rockwell

Personally Heather, after reading what you wrote.. I had to respond. I mean seriously, did you not even do research on the breed you sent your deposit for? That wasn't the breeder's fault. She did nothing wrong. There are standards for each breed, what they should weigh, height. It sounded like a true case of "Buyer's Remorse". Was it her fault that you decided you didn't want the puppy you picked out? That is part of the contract you signed with your agreement when you sent your deposit. That was for the dog you wanted. I am not a dog breeder and I don't know either party. Kinda like buying a car... you put money down on it, the dealership pulls it off the lot, takes down the ads posted for it, and then the only reason you don't want that van because the color is wrong or decided that you want to get a different one instead a true valid reason. My guess is, that you went online, found one for cheaper and wanted her to send your money back and came up with your own personal reasons that are invalid to why. Should she have worked with you? Possibly, but based on what I read, you demanded your money back immediately instead of working toward a solution if there was a "real" problem about size. Even your credit card company probably told you the same thing... that the seller had not done anything wrong which is why you blasted her name all over the place. ( I was looking at a different breed which is why and how I came across this and your obsession) Does your pity party on the internet do anything hurt her? No... and If I was her.. after your behavior, I wouldn't have even offered you another puppy since you clearly.. you can't make an informed decision AND you blame someone else for YOUR mistake. You would probably find something wrong with the next one.. maybe two ear hairs are too long for your taste and end up in the pound. Buyers Remorse... Enough Said. Maybe jumping on the internet to replace a long loved friend of 17 years when "times are tough" wasn't such a good idea. These are babies.. only unlike humans... no one gives free health insurance and free food and pays part of your rent. ... You could have gone to the pound and rescued a death row small terrier or toy breed that a county would pay for it the neutering or spaying and only charge you 20 dollars for! Instead... you went crazy on the internet! BAWWHAHAHAHA BTW.. Thank you for leaving your full name... this way it will warn others that rescue or sell puppies if they do a check on the buyers... that your name is all over the place FOREVER! The internet never sleeps.

Poster; Did you not realize to know exactly what you want before paying? You do not just send money and then hope for a dog that fits your preference. Dog Breeders do not remove their ads and tell people a dog is sold unless they have "sold" that dog which requires a down payment.
