Hi I am submitting a complaint as I've been trying to get this situation resolved I purchased a ring and was sent earrings. I emailed them to tell them of the mistake and was asked to send a photo of what I received which I did, and still have got no reply back I payed for a ring and I expect it will be sent to me free of charge as this was a mistake on your end not mine. I have been trying to contact you for 2 weeks now. I am starting to feel like this whole thing is nothing but a fraud just to get money from the customers. I would appreciate something done and a response or I will contact police. Thanks Amanda
