DoctorAutoParts / Bad service
Received broken new, but badly damaged taillight for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Emailed Doctor Auto Part -recieved no response over 2 day wait. Called their 1-800 number twice only to be told to leave a message - no returned calls.
Their website says all packages received damaged have to have claims filed with the carrier - FedEx says that the shipper must file a "waiver" in order for them to file a claim for the recipient. So without contact with Doctor Auto Parts yer screwed.
This was the worst online business I have experienced in years of online business.
