my girlfriend took her car there with a dead motor on oct 4th, danny the technician said he would buy a motor from a patner and install it, one month later it was not done, after several calls went unanswerd we went there and he said it should be done in three days, three days later it wasnt done a week before dec 4th he promised it will be done if not, he will provide a rental car untill its done, that never happened, as i sit today the 17th of dec. danny from dml automotive westchester pa still has the car not done

    I guess this person failed to mention that they did not have the money to fix this vehicle and it took a few weeks of making payments to come up with the money for the engine. After we installed the used motor, the motor was making noise and we had to replace it at our expense. We installed 2 used motor for this vehicle that were no good. I offered a loaner car and she did not want it. After further discussion we agreed to offer her a refund for all the money she paid and she would sell me the car. I'm dissapointed in the outcome of this job, one of the main reasons we dont like to install used motor. No warranty on the labor! I think this is more than reasonable. I own a nissan now that needs a motor and will never recover what we have in it. So the three months is inaccurate. Waiting for engine money deposit and then waiting for two engines and then installing two engines!
