Diya Online Delivery

Hi. I made an order on Thursday before 12pm and paid for Saturday delivery. I still have not received my order which I needed for Sunday. My order number is: #[protected].

It did not stipulate any delays on your website due to bank holiday yet I paid for Saturday delivery.

Please refund the delivery charge as I have not received my order in the required time.

Diya Online Still haven’t received my refund

I returned 3 items of clothing to Diya to the value of £89.97.
The tracking information shows they received the items on 03/08/2021.
To this day (25/08/2021) I have still not received any message from Diya confirming they received this. I have not received a refund.
I have emailed and sent them messages on Instagram about 9-10 times with no reply.
Disgusting awful customer service, diya should be ashamed of themselves

Diya Online Salvar Kammez

I returned my order of one outfit and although you received it ages ago, and despite sending you several messages for a refund back you have failed to do that! You have caused me frustration and stress as I needed the money to purchase a replacement from another website! If you do not refund me immediately I will file a court claim against your company and claim interest per day until you refund me back my money including the postage cost. I am a qualified solicitor and you owe me the refund for my postage costs due to the length of time within which it is reasonable for me to have had my refund. It works similarly to your method of requesting items to be returned within a set period of days. I will look to being reimbursed by you for the costs of postage as a direct result of your delay in refunding my monies, plus the inconvenience caused to me as a direct result of your failure to refund me back immediately on receipt of my order, failure to reply back to my several emails, telephone system not working!

Diya Online Order issue and lack of communication

I placed an order and paid extra for it to arrive by midday on a specific date, it did not arrive.
I had to leave that address and move which was why i had placed it by special service and paid the extra fee.
After this i made numerous attempts to inform Diya of my situation, they do not answer their phones and do not acknowledge my change of address issue via email.
Despite me requesting to change the address they still sent out the parcel to the old address wjich is 3 hours away from where i am.
I have spent alot of money on a product and feel so disappointed at there lack of communication.

Diya Online poor customer service

13/09/2018 at 10:54am ... I came to one you branches in Luton regarding about one of the jewellery I saw online, I showed it to one of the ladies near the counter, and they said they don't have it, this is not good customer service, when I use to come here before, the lady would say let me check upstairs for you but this time she said no to my face, this is bad customer service, this is why I have to make an complaint online, I want you give me any discounts and the jewelleries that I want to buy in your store, because this bad customer service can ruin your reputation for this franchise, and I also have notice that every store has catalogue on the side of the counter and this has shown diya does not do this type of thing anymore which shows that when customers come into the customer they don't know what they are looking for because the ladies that work their are not paying any attention and concentrate on another customer from their religions

Diya Online I have not review my item yet

I was told that I will get my item in 1-3 days time but I still have not received it when I had ordered it and it said payment has been successful and then later on the next day when I clicked on it it said we couldn't accept your payment due to some problems and when I clicked on my orders it said that it has been ordered so I'm in a dilemma wether it has been ordered or not and if it has accepted the payment I ordered the kurta's on my email address: [protected]@hotmail.co.uk can you plz found out for me cause I need them before 3rd August thank you

Diya Online refund

I returned 2 dresses to them in their store. As of yet i still have not recieved my refund. They said they have an easy 14 day refund. Its been 15 days and im still waiting on a refund. Ive sent them countless amount of emails and they didnt bother returning my emails until a week later stating they are processing my refund and i need to be patient. Ive been patient. They have it on their website that they will refund the money into the account within 15 days of getin the item. Im so annoyed that im waiting on the money and without the money i cant buy my kids more clothes and they are just not bothered about it. Im absolutely livid with them. I would advice no one to buy anything from them again as they have no customer service skills and are very rude to there customers.

Diya Online poor quality clothing

I highly advise that noone orders from diya. It is overpriced, poor quality clothing that simply isnt worth the delivery charge! Heres the background story. My mum ordered a very expensive suit from diyaonline and was shocked at the poor quality material and colour, which did not match the photo online. Some time later she ordered a different suit from diya hoping that her first experience was a one off incident. No such luck.. The sizing of the suits is completely off for a start. Apparently a size large fits a size 12 woman in her mid 20s.. yes thats me, the less than amused daughter. And to top it off when I decided to wear the suit for a special occasion, the stitching on both sides of the trouser came undone. Very poor! So to reiterate, please dont order from diyaonline. They are 100% useless

Diya Online not happy about the service

I ordered some clothes on Sunday from Diya which was worth about £159 . On Wednesday my clothes were delivered to me. When I opened the parcel I was shocked at the quality and the way the suits looked. They look very different to the ones I had purchased online. I ordered about 15 suits and I only kept 4 which I was very disappointed about. On Thursday I went to the post office to return the parcel which weighed 3kg which coasted me £17.56 to return to you. I have learnt my lesson and have come to the conclusion to not purchase from you again due to the poor service

I had ordered a size which was still in stock on 5th September 2022, i had ordered 3 items and placed order the same day. The delivery states 1 to 3 working days and now had been 5 days and no parcel has arrived and no ticket for complaints had been resolved. Even the ticket link online does not work.
