They wanted to get payment for the services, which I didn't get
The line was unstable and I contacted Diversified Consultants Inc. I explained that I couldn’t complete the transaction. After numerous phone calls, the rep said that someone would arrive and check the line. I would say that no one showed up and they didn’t provide any help and support. But they didn’t forget to send the bill, which stated that I owed $180 for the services, which I didn’t get.
Collection calls to wrong number
We have gotten robo-calls for two years from these jokers. They are apparently looking for the person who had this phone number before it was issued to our business over two years ago. We have told them four times that no one here is the person they want or knows them and there is no connection other than that they appear to have had a Verizon cell phone at some point and so do we. But they call from a series of cell phone numbers in Portsmouth, filling our voicemail so we cannot get calls meant for our non-profit organization. It is really frustrating.
Now reporting all calls to Do-Not-Call as calls from robo-callers who have been told not to call. Also sending a cease call letter to the Florida address and another collection agency with a similar name in Chicago. But telling them that we have no connection to the person they are seeking does not seem to have been enough and it should be enough. When the number was disconnected and re-issued to a third party randomly, there is no way they should expect us to find their debtor for them. Their actions are illegal and unethical and should be stopped.

I PREVIOUSLY HELD AN ACCOUNT WITH SPRINT. I WANTED TO CLEAR MY DEBT AND HAD BEEN INFORMED MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY I WILLING CALLED THE COMPANY IN EFFORTS TO SETTLE AT THAT TIME I WAS EMPLOYED. I SET UP FOR 3 DATES TO PAY MY SETTLEMENT. APP. 2 AND A HALF WEEKS LATER I WASN'T ABLE TO MEET THESE AGREEMENTS SO I CALLED TO CHANGE MY SETTLEMENT. A MS. CATHERINE HOUSTON HARRASSINGLY QUESTIONED MY REASON FOR NOT HAVING MONEY TO PAY WHEN I DIDNT WANT TO SURE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SHE THEN PROCEEDED BY HANGING THE TELEPHONE UP AND WHEN I CALLED BACK 3 TIMES SHE SENT ME TO VOICE MAIL IN WHICH I STATED I WANTED TO COMPLAIN I THEN CALLED A WAS DIRECTED TO A MR. EDWARD WRIGHT WHOM I LEFT A VOICEMAIL EXPLAINING CATHERINES UNPROFESSIONALISM . I RECIEVED A RETURNING PHONE CALL 3 HOURS LATER IN WHICH HE WAS NASTY. HE ASKED WHO WAS PAYING MY CURRENT PHONE BILL AND STATED " SOMEONE OR YOU YOURSELF IS OBVIOUSLY PAYING THE PHONE YOUR ON" I TOLD HIM I WASN'T IN CHARGE OF THIS PHONE BILL AND HE BECOME IRATE YELLING THAT A LAWYER WOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH ME AND HUNG UP WITH OUT ALLOWING ME TO RESPOND!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
