Disney's 100 Years Of Magic DVD Chest / Horrible

After being conveniently double charged for the same order, I received the dvd's 10 days later. First I'd like to complain about the customer service...there is none! Don't expect an email, a phone call...nothing. Not to mention I've left 2 bad reviews on the website which they refuse to post because "all reviews must be approved by the company" so don't expect to see anything negative on their site.

Second, its clear that these are not authentic movies but some of them are down right generic. Some of the characters are not recognizable. Most of the dvd's have english and asian characters on them, but some of them don't even have english menu's and you have to guess which writing is the play button.

My major concern with these movies is that most of them skip within the first few minutes of play. None of the movies had scratches on them but they still skipped. 15mins into Pocahontas, the audio and video were out of sync. From one minute to the next its like we were watching Kung Fu Pocahontas (ridiculous). 101 & 102 Dalmatians has the artwork with Glenn Close as Cruela Deville but don't count on it because it's the old school cartoon and not the movie. A Bugs Life wasn’t even playable. It was not a region 0 or 1 dvd (meaning it was only playable in China).

For the most part, you get what you pay for and I am still happy with the collection since a simple chapter skip seems to continue the movies with no problem but it would have been nice to get actual substance and not have to worry whether the movies would work.
