Disney Resort / poor customer service

I called Disney resorts to inquire about a postcard that I received stating there was a $500 gift card offer with a 5 night stay. The lady on the phone could not find that offer that was sent to me and rudely commented that the only offer she sees that was sent to me was a 30% off room rates. She could not give me any additional information and said that the only gift card offer she knew of was only for $150. I have the postcard that was sent to me, so is this false advertising? And in any case, the representative should not have been so quick to conclude such an offer was not sent out. Too bad my kids are too young to understand Disney isn't the only "happiest place on earth" yet.

    are you 100 % positive that it wasnt sent by a 3rd party company
