Disney Princess Dress Up Trunk / Wrong Item

We ordered the Disney Princess Dress Up Trunk and the Disney Princess Shoe Collection for our daughter for Christmas. When we received the shipment, we received two of the Disney Princess Dress Up Trunks. I called to talk to their customer service department to rectify the situation and was treated quite poorly. I have a confirmation e-mail with a picture of both of the items I ordered and I forwarded this to the customer service agent while I was on the phone with her. She said she was unable to view the pictures due to some company protection she was unable to over ride. She insisted we ordered the wrong item and it was not their fault.
We are going to keep the item and take all of our shopping in the future to local vendors. Lesson learned.
FINGERHUT does not care about their customers, they just want our money. Please spread the word. I would not use them because they can ship whatever they want and leave you no option but to accept their atrocious return policy or keep the item. At least if you buy local, you can talk to someone face to face and get the issue resolved.
