There support really *****. The guaranteed the program would work if the preview is fine. This is not true and now they don't want to refund and just closed my case. I now bought a program to recover a Excel file but still have a damaged file and no money.

Don't buy there !!!

    I bought their software last year. I also had the EXACT same situation!!! Their software did not recover everything, although I could see it in the initial scan and when I tried talking to them about it, eventually they just closed the case without another word!
