LAST WEEK I HAVE RECHARGED MY DISHTV NEW(INDIA) V/C # [protected] & STILL NOW I CANT VIEW ANY CHANNELS.DO I HAVE TO REGESTER TO GET MY CHANNELS? PLEASE ADVISE.

I am using dish tv connection which is a multi connection now I want to convert it into an individual connection my VC No.[protected] kindly do the same at the earliest my phone no.[protected]

Recently I wanted to recharge my account N0 [protected] with the south hd pack costing Rs 75 for 225 channels+25 Hd Channels. But when I checked the total no of channels they were offering I found it was only 147 SD Channels+25 Hd Channels. Please reconcile the differences in the offerings.

I recharged for 1 monthon 15 aug 09 contineuing silver pack but they converted it into gold pack without my concent and closed all chanels on my TV within 10 days.it is fraud with costomer.i demand conversion and refund of money by adjusting in subscription. K R.VC No [protected].

This happened to me as well. Over thirty charges from Dish TV India to my account. My bank informed me that somebody stole my credit card number and made these charges. There were also charges from World Connect and Austin Dog Alliance org.
Speak with your bank and see if you can file a dispute.
