I am a subscriber of Dishtv under VC no [protected] I purchased two Itz cash value at Rs 125 each and sent the Itz a/c numbers and passwords through SMS but only one of them is acknowledged by Dishtv (57575). I try to log in throuh www.dishtv.in but failed. Some of the site in the website are expired.

I am a.k.singh. My v.c. no. is -[protected] . I recharged my dish tv in 2nd week of oct 09 by rs.190& rs 2000 . My tv screen is showing recharge amount rs 00 & validity date 00 . please cnf my dish tv recharged or not . if recharged then date of validity ?

I am agree that dishtv people are not sincere towards grievances of customers. They are not acknowledging the payments. Their software is faulty. It always shows error.

How you can say dish TV is better when one can not find which programme is running on a channel? Information bar always show either not avaiable, loading or programmes which are already finished. Why it can not be one which is running and which would fillow. Also we are not able to monitor the channels while finding a particular channel which one want to watch!

All this is well priovided with Tata Sky T.V. I suggest dishtv to copy from method from Tata Sky.

Another problem is that mainly during start up, advice flashes to contact customer care, a number which always remain busy. After few trials of off and on or, waiting for 5-10 minutes problem gets automatically solved. Can there be no permanent solution.

I wonder if I get a response from dishtv about these two important points which keep troubled as must be probematic to others as well.

What Package have you subscribed for,
Might be you are not getting colors channels because this channel is not available in any of the base pack its available on ala-carte or on add on pack.

I recive an error message from sun networks only.(err msg: No accses) I would like to know reason.

In the same, last time i paid 6months, the period has not lapsed.I paid the payment through internet from creit card, when i tried to pay this time, its indicate vc number blocked on renuwal form.so i unable to pay.please give clear and allow me to pay.

In the mean time i want upgrade my package.

my dishtv vc no [protected]. i have paid amount to the vendor. it is still not activated. please take this in to consideration.

I have paid Rs.4990 to my dish TV vendor on 16apr.08. The vendor activated the connection on the same day.I had filled the form and gave it to my vendor which is having VC No.[protected].After 7 days my TV Screen shows the message Call dish TV customer care no.But when I contacted customer care I came to know that I have been not registered yet and my vendor is telling he has already completed the whole procedure.Please guide me what I can do now?

i was not getting the pay channels only the channels free in air and when i called the helo desk there was no respond all the time the it was busy as if to neglect me

A few days ago we bought a dish tv, but now we don't know the dish face should be on what degree or to south? east? west? or north?

I also had the same problem. I made payment through my credit card. But the transaction failed. I tried couple of times on different days. Each time I ended up with the same thing. Finally I made the payment by going to the dealer.

When I got my credit card statement I was for a surprise. All the transactions showed up there. When I called up the bank they asked me to contact the vendor. So I talked to the DishTv. I got the amount credited back to my account in couple of days. All ends well!

I think the problem was because of the ICICI Payseal website that processed my credit card transaction.
Next time I am not taking chances I will make payment through the dealer.
