“Discover Europe" aka "Fly Europe" told me my reservations were made, but did not actually make them. They admitted making a mistake while saying the reservations agent that made my reservation parted on bad terms, but then added that since I couldn't prove they made a mistake, right then and there on the phone, they would not do anything to make up for that mistake. When the problem first came up, their number was only answered by a recording until after 9am EST. The recording provides no emergency number. They left me stranded at an airport 2000 miles from my home. I did not get to go on my vacation, and it cost me more to get air tickets home where they left me, where I was to depart to Europe, than it had cost for my advanced reservations to fly to Europe... Oh and this company has recently changed its name. It used to be "fly Europe"
