DiscountAnimeUSA.com NEVER RECEIVED ORDER

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE. THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT OUT VIA MY DEBIT CARD. THEY SENT A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER. SENT A VERIFICATION & SAID THEY WOULD SEND ADDITIONAL NOTICES WHEN THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED. I NEVER RECEIVED ADDITIONAL NOTICES OR MY ITEMS. ALL OF THEIR LINKS TO TALK TO SOMEONE, E-MAIL, PHONE, SHIPPING ETC ARE NOT VALID AND PRODUCE NO RESULTS. I COMPLAINED TO THE BBB TO PUT IT OUT THERE THAT THEY WERE FRADULENT AND I WARN YOU NOT TO PURCHASE THROUGH THEM. I ATTACHED HALF OF MY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL THEY SENT...THE LYING CHEATS

DiscountAnimeUSA.com Non-Receipt of goods

Placed an order 2/24/2017. As of 3/10/2017 they had not responded to any of my emails requesting update/status of my order. They had already charged my credit card on 2/24/2017.
I had to file a report with my credit card company to try to get my money back. I have still not heard anything from this company and there is no phone number available, only the same email address that they do not respond to.
Another poster thinks this company may be related to FoxAnime. I have also had trouble with FoxAnime. I would not order from either website

I placed an order with discountanimeusa.com for the following merchandise January 6th 2017.
It is now September 14th 2017 and I still have not received anything. I tried contacting them, and no one replies. My money was never refunded to me.

They have an "F" rating with the BBB. Hope your cc company gets your money back. They also go as buyanimeusa.com so don't order from them either.

From BBB:

The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within seven days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle.

If only half of the swindled people would have made a complaint with the FTC! Start a trend.

DiscountAnimeUSA.com Everything

This site is bogus; namely, it was related to another e-shopping Anime site, foxanime.com, which has sent become defunct...because it was a scam. Foxanime.com not only has a similar layout to DiscountAnimeUSA.com, but is, in effect, a part of the same scam; they offer tantalizing, great offers of several Anime series and related merchandise, then they take your hard-earned money, and then don't deliver the desired product(s). In fact, when I checked my account, the payment went not to foxanime (as I made the grievous error of purchasing from them, and now am in the process of getting my money back...), but to this DiscountAnimeUSA.com. In conclusion, don't buy from them, if you're looking for Anime, and other Anime-related merchandise; rightstuf, BestBuy, Frys, are just some of the (few) legitimate, reliable vendors you can use to secure your purchase. I don't know how many people will read this complaint, heed its warning, but if anyone does, I hope by then it is not too late.

Again:

DiscountAnimeUSA.com and Foxanime.com (now defunct), are e-shopping sites which SCAM people out of their money. DO NOT USE EITHER SITE...

I ordered a 4-box set of the anime movie "BLEACH"4-over 1 month ago-I immediately got their confirmation by e-mail-total was 29.86--They immed.charged my bank card-I havent heard from them since and have tried to contact them with their e-mail address-my e-mail omes back-I have the order number, confirmation and it cost me 8.00 to send the box set ups.I cant even get to their site now-ripoff big time-my lawyer looking into this matter but I encourage all not to order from this company

I went through the same problem. Another site that has the format as these is BestBuyAnime.com. I mistakenly ordered from them but I received my money back from my card company. I wish I had done research like I am now about certain sites. Thank you for the warning. I was just about to purchase my order too.

I've never had any problems from them, ever. I'd don't understand why everyone's having so much trouble. I've even ordered from fox anime and even then I got what I bought exactly as it was described. Just because you have a bad experience doesn't mean that The company is a bunch of Hitler loving, puppy kicking baby eaters. If there's anything I've learned working with the mass consumer is this, they are paranoid they're gonna get screwed out of their money and if the slightest little thing goes wrong they call fraud, without giving to much of a chance to reason that yes, mistakes do happen.

People don't realize the BBB has no power. They are mediators only, and give ratings based on how the company handles the complaint. Most people don't bother checking the rating of a store before ordering. Also, anybody who has their own company (with a business license) knows that the BBB will call you to pay for a membership. Useless.

The report lists discountanimeusa under the report of the now defunct buyanimeusa website.

I had carelessly placed an order with buyanimeusa without at least checking up on them via google.

When they ignored my emails, I disputed the charge and got my money back. The lesson remains to thoroughly check out a business you are not familiar with before placing that order.

It is still a scam. I got taken but I will be getting a refund from my credit card company. No phone number is posted on his website even though the site proclaims that one may telephone 24 hours a day from Monday morning to Friday evening to inquire about your order. My credit card company gave me this telephone number, "[protected]" to see if I could get satisfaction from the merchant. . I looked at a reverse telephone lookup and found it was listed to Sung H. Won at 471 Lambert Street, #107 in Brea, CA. The telephone rings but no one answers. No response to my e-mail inquiries either. I am going to see if I can get a State or Federal Prosecutor to file fraud charges against him. This is my first experience with a fraudulent internet vendor.

I was duped by the same company, I have allerted my charge card for the money to be returned ASAP. I am very upset that companies can do this at all. I even had a friend check out this co. He assured me it was safe. I wont ask him ever again.

I recently went to my bank to request a charge back to my account for my unfortunately already placed order with DiscountAnimeUSA.com. They have not informed me of a shipping confirmation, nor have I received the order since the day of purchase on February 17, 2010. My bank (Banco Popular); thankfully, issued me an immediate credit; although, I unfortunately had to deal with a rather unprofessional individual who has a low level of education for their position as a bank representative, in order to receive it. Regardless, it is imperative that the persons responsible for running these scam websites be indicted and impounded. Yeah, you heard me, impounded! >_< Of course, If the internet police did exist, these ### should be one of their top arrests.

I too just got scammed by this so called "company". Thankfully I called my bank and they hot carded me before the charge could go through. More people have to be alerted about this site before they also get scammed, there has to be a way to report this to the internet police!
