Discount Travel Leisure charging my acoount

I was told if you cancceled within 30 days you would not be charged for these services. Upon looking them over I founf out the services were CRAP!. I cancelled the very next day in March for the last 2 months I have been charged a fee of 29.95 and did'nt understand WHY when I CANCELLED the memberdhip. I had to go through my bank to get the right number and when I finally spoke to someone he told me yes you cancelled your memebership but not the other I asked what other I was told that you only needed to call 1 number within those 30 days he said no thats not treu. I told him you don't even provide a number or documents abo about this other order in fact I havent recvieved anything about the product you are charging me for. He told me thats is correct you havent and we don't know why. Thet won't refund me my money I would be happy for the one in this month I am putting them on [redacted] if you don't have the main number that I have its [protected] and they pick up on the first ring.

Discount Travel Leisure Unauthorized debit charges

I received a membership package in the mail that I never ordered, would not have ordered and have absolutely no use for ever. I called the [protected] number and was told that the office was closed and was given a website: www.leisuretimesavings.com for 24 hour service. When I entered that web address I got this site. If I cannot cancel this fraudulent membership, my account will be charged $29.33 per month that I can ill afford and have not interest in. I did not order this junk.

I was involved with a telemarketer from Family Hopping Club (who I also have a complaint with). I finally agreed to try FamilyShopping Club's product, allowing my debit card to be charged $4.95 for their product. I felt uneasy about the whole thing because there were many "noises" being made (not human) on phone line and toward the end of an extremely long phone conversation, I heard the telemarketer say something about agreeing to another service and told her I was NOT ok with it and she took that one off my card. Well, I still felt uneasy, wondering if maybe I was charged for something else too. Yep! I checked the charges on my checking acct and had been charged with this TravelDiscountLeisure Club thing for $4.95. I called there "800" number and was told I had to call the number above about cancelling it. I called and had to wait a long time and I have limited minutes ph plan so I left a message (which was also an option if I didnt want to wait) that I didnt authorize the charge and wanted it taken off my debit card. No one ever called me back, and sure enough about 2 weeks later, this envelope of "junk" showed up and I had already said I didnt want it and to refund me my $4.95. Didnt happen and I am also having trouble finding them on the internet. This option actually came up on the search engine, so I gladly clicked on this one first to submit my 1 of 2 complaints; the other will be to the FamilyShopping Club because of false advertisisng. I am uncertain whether I will find this website above to cancel the membership because they will charge my car automatically $29.85/mo. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE, DIDNT ASK FOR IT, AND AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH BOTH THEM AND THE FAMILYSHOPPINGCLUB! M Jennings

An unknown Name and unkwon number call came in to my home phone someone spoke to a minor and said that i was going to receive $120.00 in gas. That there was nothing that I needed to do because I was already using "The Card" ? Than I saw an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. i would like to see that my account is reembersed as soon as possible

Discount Travel Leisure and Family Shopping Club are both big time Scams. I don't know how those people sleep at night. I am going to call my credit card company and stop any past and future charges. I just received the packages and sent them an email to cancel. When they can't charge any more to my account I guess they will get the message. Mary P

I have the problem that my card was charged. I had called and thought it was all canceled on the 8th of June only to find out that my problems were just starting. Thankful my card called to tell me that it was charged and I even sent a letter to cancel it and now this. Why is this happening to people who can not afford and don't want it.

You can call credit card companies and let them know this is FRAUD. I did yesterday with my Capital One and they reversed the amount and put a freeze on any more charges from this company for 15 months. Don't be afraid to call your CC Company and let them know what has happened. let them know there is no such web page and the phone gives a closed message.

If someone could help us, this has also happened to me, except it was on my VISA account and I hadn't paid attention to my statement the last few months. They have charged me 29.33 for the last four months. I need to know how to get these charges removed!
