They called on my work phone and harrassed me until i was finally able to get them off the phone. I have no idea what was said. A week later, charges start appearing on my checking account every other day from different "savings clubs". I call each one separately but have no idea how many are going to show up or how they got my bank account information.

I spoke to a lady today about money being charged to my account. She said it was a payment that was turned over to the collection dept because I didn't cancel on time. So, there would be no more charges because I cancelled. Now, I was told that I would receive my $100 dollar gift card online and to check my email...I told her to let me know what the name would be because I can't find it under their family savings name. She told me to look for the NO REPLY @EGIFTCARDS.COM. I did.nothing so far. so, I will call my bank and let them know that the company was cancelled and if they can't stop them from withdrawing money, I will change my card. Oh well, that is how the cookie crumble

How can you get refunded they have charged my account two months in a row and last month I disputed it and the dispute was denied I was charged again this month. This is b.s. I have not been sent anything in the mail or email nothing the only thing I can think of is from doing the online surveys.

I actually fell for it. They said the right things in my ear. They said they would send me a one hundred dollar gift card. I was only in it for that. They got $19.90 from me. They told me that I would be getting an email from them. I looked them up in my inbox and never got an email. I could never find them. I asked them what was the subject of the email they sent me. She claimed they the name of it was Noreply@egiftcards or something. I can't remember. About a week later, I called my bank, and they told me that I would get my refund from them asap. I did too. They knew they were a scam. I find it funny how they sent me a letter in the mail when I unsubscribed from them, but they couldn't send me my gift card in the mail. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

I received the call in the most inconvenient time and agreed to try the program just to get the person off the phone, should have just hung up next time... sigh! They charged me an activation fee of $3.89 for a $100 discount saving program, whatever! The program is pretty much empty discount values, offer you $25 free voucher for a link that the minimum item costs $30 ( while the true value of the item costs

Same here, I received a call that stated they would send me a $200 Walmart gift card for having filled out a survey online. They said all I would have to pay is $4.95 shipping and I wouldn't be charged any further. When I asked who the company was and where were they located she "couldn't give me any information except it was from Family Savings Club". While on the phone with her I searched the BBB for the name, Nothing. So then she gave me her phone number [protected] so I searched it with the BBB and it pulled up Discount Savings Club with a rating of D+ ! Yeah Right! I'm going to give you my info! NOT! She kept ignoring what I was saying and going back to her script. Finally I just said, "A legitimate company wouldn't be secretive about who they really are, where they are located, etc. I pass on this so called opportunity". Opportunity to be ripped off!
