I was very pleased by the fact that 1st perfume.com had the product that i needed that is no longer available in stores. I order 3 davidoff cool water deodorant sticks for men. The shipping was fast enough. I opened the box only to find the wrong product. . Cool water "extremely mild" deodorant stick. Also there was not an invoice in the box. I payed for 3 cool water by david off (Original) . Wrong product sent. I have sent 2 e - mails, no reply and when calling the company, i was placed on hold for several minutes and nobody came back to the phone. I have no idea (Without an invoice) how i can make an exchange or return. Now i am stuck with $40. 00 worth of worthless products. What can i do? It seems like the is apparently no customer service at all. Wont trust this company ever again. All i want is the products i ordered, not an alternative. They have my money and i have an incorrect product. Stinks
They sent me fake perfume. The bottle is fake and the scent is different from the actual perfume. I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from them!

I get my order wrong again, I did not get the Arden Beauty perfume Women by Elizabeth Arden 3.3 oz Eau de Perfume Spray 100 ml for which I paid $ 17.20, also paid for the purchase of two perfumes Hugo Element Men by Hugo 3 Oz Eau De Toilette Spray 90 Ml New which I paid $ 37.07 each. I only get one and I paid two and finally on the Light Blue perfume by Dolce & Gabbana Women 3.4 oz Eau De Parfum Spray 100 ml original scent paid for it $ 65.45 and sent me a tester.
So please do not know what's going on with you because you were a very reliable company, but lately have been sending boxes of perfumes wrong or incomplete.
please send me back on money the difference of this products that you have not send and you have send wrong.
