Discount Cigarettes Mall / No Delivery, no information, no phone number
Does anyone have a phone number to use to call these people? I have been waiting a month for my delivery and they do respond eventually to my tickets, but I stll don't have my order and the usps says that no tracking number like the one they gave me has even arrived in the u.s. yet. I NEED my order now or a refund. The last correspondence said that my shipment would arrive by the end of the week. It's Wednesday now and nothing so far. And, if it hasn't even arrived in the U.S., there's no way. I want to actually speak to a representative via the telephone. If anyone has any information, please let me know. I'm livid. This was my first time. And, seeing how things are going, probably my last.
