Discount Cigarettes / Taking money and no delivery of product

I have ordered from this company for over a year and everything has been fine and above board. However, the last two orders seem to have gone awry! One order they debited my bank twice for the same amount. The second order the funds were sent from the bank and cashed and I have never received the product! I have emailed them on four occasions and got one reply saying that they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. I have not heard a word since despite my emails. I have also telephone them and at night it just rings and rings and during the day the line is always busy. Even though they claim that someone is there 24/7. I am out almost $200.00 and no product. I am sure that something is going on but don't know what...I have even asked them in my emails if there is a problem and as I said no reply. I feel like I have no recourse. The bank will not reverse the items as they were done through ACH deductions and they do not reverse those. Be Careful with this company!!! Think it has become a ripoff. You will have no recourse at all!!!

    I finally received my cigarettes from this company along with this email:

    Reference number: LTK15602107743X Please use this ticket number in any correspondence with us.
    Subject: Order not recieved

    I do not know if I want to chance ordering from them again since it took so long to get solution to problem.
    Hope some of you are getting answers.

    there are many "scam sites" in the online cigarette biz. I'll stick with the site I've been using for over three years:

    They've never missed a delivery & have always answered my questions promptly and in simple to understand English.
