I have been buying cigarettes from this company for several months now but on my last order 10 / 15 / 2011, confirmation of shipment by harald goodman 10 / 17 / 2011 that it has shipped. I have never seen my order & i have sent several emails to that company with no response. Needless to say they have not refunded my money or sent me any proof of anyone signing for them. I believe they have changed their website to discount - cigarettes - store.com. I went on their website and put in my login but said not valid.
All i want is what i ordered or a refund of $344. 40 order #2135. I suggest that no one shop on those 2 sites unless you want to be ripped off.
Same thing that happened to everyone else! Ordered on 10/1/2008. Been a good customer for 3 years. Now double billed and no smokes. Still no resolution with bank or them. Ordered from another dealer. Did get the phone to ring today but no one there on Sunday
Plan to start again tomorrow with Keystone and any one else I can reach.

The cigarettes are good. Only once the package did not arrive.. I was promply
refunded.
Those ciggies would have been confiscated. No such thing as ciggies through the mail or other carriers anymore.
My account was deducted 3 times and no product was sent. I just got my statement from the bank and didn't realize this was happening. How do I resolve this? If anybody knows, please write in comments. Thank you. I finally did receive one shipment several weeks later.
They only charged me once, but still no prodict a month later...
Noticed they moved back to NY from NM.
Ditto, no one answering the phone, and no response to multiple emails..
Looks like they have several web businesses..
