Customer service at DirectDial.com is terrible. They will not get back to you and really provide no helpful service. So if you run into any problems with your purchase, good luck! You are pretty much left to fix things on your own. DirectDial.com has no return policy, they would not let me exchange an item I had not used yet! If something is broken and you want to return it, they will stick you with a $20 restocking fee on top of all the other hassle. Terrible! Buy from someone more reputable!

www.directdial.com is one of the worst companies I ever dealt with! Their service is horrible, for any problems they just forward you to either synnex.com (where their orders are actually processed) or shipping company and the later ones will send you back to directdial.com due to their policies. And if your item is larger than normal expect big extra shipping charges after the order placement!
Yes, www.Directdial.com is a really bad company, will not provide any service for you except selling things to you, no any service at all, no matter you call or email them, just no any responds. be ware of it!
