Direct TV Now / streaming service

I subscribed to Direct TV Now over a month ago and I'm still experiencing buffering issues when trying to view just about any channel they offer. And these are really BAD issues which result in either the screen freezing or a message indicating that the signal has been lost and I need to retry. I've contacted Direct TV Now Customer Service on 4 separate occasions to complain about the interruptions and explain that I'm unable to watch any channels and the service they provide is basically worthless to me. They only say that it's a known issue and they're trying to fix it. And now it's a month later and still no fix. That's an unreasonable amount of time to resolve a known issue. They clearly don't care about their customers. BEWARE!
