Direct Readers Guild/IMS of the Great Lakes / harrassement/fraud
I just received 2 "Past due" notices from this company, both identical. They state that I owe them money and that the account is "seriously past due." I have not received any notice from them prior to this, and I have hard evidence that I have in fact been paying them, through automatic payments. None of the payments were returned, ever! I tried calling the 800 number and it doesn't connect to anything. I have my bank manager writing a statement that I do not owe them ANY past payments and she is including a copy of every transaction between myself and the company from the past 4 years. This company is nothing but frauds and someone needs to find them and take care of things for the customers. I am cancelling ALL of the subscriptions through them and reinstating them through the magazine companies themselves.
