67.90 out of my bank acct, I did not ask for them to send me 12 mags per week. I called them and finally after a month. They tried to play a voice conversation authorizing membership. Now they are out of GA. Now I also Have a mag. company out of who knows where off my checking acct, that they say they don't have a record of me . Where the hell are these coming from ? They have charged me over 500.00 dollars in 2 months charging me late fees. Also who the hell is this Direct Discount Club. I finally got a hold of them. Oyh yea they canceled my supposed membership yet My 25.00 for 2 months must stand. Who are these people?

I never ordered this crap!

Ron Allen of Ron Allen Enterprises, 350 E St, Santa Rosa, CA 95402 is behind this scam. Ron Allen Enterprises owns Synergy Credit Services (maybe how they get the CC numbers?) Synergy Teleservices (maybe the people who are calling?), Discount Savings Club (www.discountshopperssavingsclub.com), Direct Discount Club (www.directdiscountclub.com), and Leisure Time Savings (leisure-time-savings.com). I would suggest you call his personal business number to complain. [protected] It is automated, just wait for the prompt then enter the first three letters of his last name and you will be connected to his personal line. Hope this helps.

they got me too, and they charge me at $29.99 every month my credit card. I canceled couple of this kind of club, but they still charge every month. I never get anything from those clubs, and I don't know what are they. Those clubs charged me over $300 until today. I don't know how they know my personal information. I don't know how can I do now?

I to was a dumy. i was on a survey, took the trial offer and got scamed. there were no phone numbers on the offer but i thought there would be with the trial shippment.NOT, only a web sight. when i went to bring it up, all that would come up was a picture of the bottle of colonsmartcleasner, when i clicked on the bottle it would take me to another sight. i tried several times the same thing kept happening. So there i found a phone number so i called it. they kept saying they had nothing to do with colonsmartcleasner.needless to say i was very angry.then i thought well when it comes in i would just put on it return to sender and wait for a refund. well it never happend... my bank said they couldnt do anything for thirty days from the day i sent it back. so i waited filled the dispute and waited four days for the results.. well then i get the results from my bank... NOT HAPPY my bank sends me some copys off the internet from colonsmart stating there is only one way you can receive a refund.you have to follow four steps. one of thoughs steps are they do not except Return to sender packages as a way for refund. what they dont say is that package i sent back is theirs now and you get nothing for $88.98.now it said nothing about ANY policys when i ordered the free samples.and when i got the free samples it had nothing of any policys either. so im out the money and the FAKE product(COLONSMARTCLEASNER). OH DID I MENTION YHE PRODUCT DID NOTHING... I TOOK THE SUPPOSEDLY FREE SAMPLES AND HAD NO REACTION ! if there is anyone out there that can help me get my money back.i would be very happy... oozman.com@live.com TO EVERYONE------ STAY AWAY FROM COLONSMARTCLEASNER ! THERE A RIPOFF !

Looks like most of you were not charged like me. I had two $49.00 charges and one of $598! I called American Express and tey say that they will take care of it. I never talked to that "organisation" and wonder from where they got my credi card#.
I hope that Amex goes hard after them.

I just got a call on my cellphone from these people. Needless to say I thought they were fishy, especially because she was talking so fast and called my Cellphone. I have my home number as my contact for my card. I told them I didn't want what they were trying to give me, and she hung up real fast. I'm going to be watching my account very carefully and if any charges come up I'm going to do something about it.

THIS IS HOW YOU CANCEL >>Savings Direct Club:

Customer Service: [protected] Menu option 5 for cancelation.

Tell them all the charges you have and If they say they can't refund you, tell them you will take this up with your credit card/bank and file for a fraudulent charge dispute, then proceed to ask for a supervisor if issue is not resolved. You gotta fight dirty to get your money back.

Other creditor scams contact numbers:

---Leisure Time Savings: [protected]
---Direct Discount Club: [protected]

---helping the innoncent.

I got sucked into the BWP mags and some other ###. They're like 'You win this, do you want it, " and I was like...'sure...' and then they're like, so you'll be buying this and this and this, and just cancel if you want. And the punks didn't say I couldn't cancel until the very end. So I ended my credit card I was using. Also, I'm moving. I'm pretty sure scums like them wont come after me to pay up, specially if they can't find me. xD So, I just deleted my credit card, cancelled it, actually, and now I don't have to pay.

I just found over $500 in charges from Direct Discount Club. I tried to explain that I never authorized the charges but the reps kept repeating the same script. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that I was rude and that my account would be cancelled then I was hung up on. I tried to call back several times but now it goes straight to an automated message and I'm kept on hold for ever. I suspect they routed my phone number or area code so that they don't have to speak with me. When I contacted my bank they said there was nothing they could do. To add insult to injury when the Direct Discount people received my information they had my address incorrect. Further proof that I never heard of these guys or received their crap.

Everyday for the past two weeks I've been getting "Unknown" calls on my cell phone. When I pick up, the women on the other end is always in a very big hurry to speak. But whatever she says, its always in such a hurried voice that I can't understand her. They say the name of my card and then they ask my name and they give me my mailing address. But when I ask who are they and what is their number they always hang up. Today when they called up with the same Unknown telephone number on my cell phone, I told them they need to identify themselves with their name and number. The women rattled it off quick and I told her to slow up because I couldn't understand her. She repeated it quickly again and then I was able to understand that she said Direct Discount Club. I again told her I needed her number and it was then that she hung up on me again. She will probably call me up tomorrow. The whole scenario sounds like a con job. Could this all be connected with Don Lapre's greatest vitamin in the world scam. Since they were just raded in Arizona for scaming people. Could he have sold his list of names.

My wife may have talked to these people but she never gave a card # or routing number and we never received whatever the heck they're talking about. Something about a booklet you get in the mail for a dollar, and if you dont call and tell them not to charge you they start charging you in a month (23.50). They must have used black magic to get my debit card number. This place is fishier than Hillary C's campaign funding. Its also funny how they didnt give their whole phone number on my bank account statement. I had to google and find this to get it. The # they left on my statement was [protected].
They said they would refund my money.

They got me too, but for only $23.50. I immediately called when I noticed the charge and they wouldn't give me a straight answer about where or how they got my information... they said I agreed to it within the last 6 months and gave my address. Well, I haven't lived at that address or had the phone # they had on record in that 6 month period... what they didn't know was that I moved right around the time they say I agreed to their services (which I WOULD NEVER DO). These guys are crooks, just like the group from UMG* My Adv / UMG*BuyEdg. Every time any of us get charged by these crooks, we should report them to our local Better Business Bureau... go here to do so --> http://www.bbb.org/
They're thieves and manipulators... nothing more. REPORT THEM!
