Direct Crypt was registered as a limited liability corporation in Wyoming on February 27, 2018. The corporate address used was DiStefano's residence 892 Gallery Course Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89148. Upon attempts to serve DiStefano a civil suit at this address it was discovered by Court records that he was evicted from the property due to non-payment of rent.
Direct Crypt utilized 303 Tisch Way, 110 West Plaza West, San Jose, California 95128, which is a virtual office purchased online. DiStefano uses this technique so potential investors would believe his operation has an actual office. DiStefano received $100, 000 from an investor to be utilized in the initial development of cost incurred for the platform. DiStefano misappropriated these funds for his own personal finances in lieu of paying for services in the development of the website and block chain technology. DiStefano defaulted in payments owed, defrauded equity holders, and moved Direct Crypt's operation to Miami, Florida.
DiStefano is now using 78 SW 7th Street, Suite 500, Miami, Florida 33130 again to mislead potential investors that Direct Crypt has a physical office. DiStefano utilizes the same technique with Direct Crypt's phone, which is a Non-Fixed VoIP, which is a disposable Internet created number that can be associated with any address.
It states on Direct Crypt's website ‘DiStefano is an accomplished entrepreneur who has founded, capitalized, and managed several successful companies and currently sits on several boards.' Our investigation discovered that those statements are inaccurate and not factual.
The facts are DiStefano has a poor credit rating, various court proceedings, evictions, owns no real estate, merchant account closures, failed businesses, removed from management positions, and opens shell corporations.
We are gaining on him FAST! Please continue contacting and submitting every ounce of details to the SEC, Trade Commission, BBB, and any State Authority that is applicable to your case with David DiStefano. Individuals, Couples, Investors, etc are all coming forward and the chips are staking up against him. SHARE THIS WEBSITE AND ALL COMMENTS. Do Not Give Up! The GoFundMe Schemes they are trying are failing- he and his accomplice Morgan are failing on social media attempts at getting "donations". All Information regarding Investments, fraudulent holdings companies, MFR Stat, General investments, Direct Crypt / Crypto Currency investments, Shell corporation investments, Direct Cellars or associated companies, accomplices involved/forced or otherwise MUST be reported, in written detail, by email through each Agency site such as SEC, FBI, and your State Attorney.

David lives in tampa now with her dad. which is free government housing. he is working on a credit card scam for restaurants. also they stayed with morgans mother for 6 months. not paying a dime the whole time. but was able to constantly by marijuana. Melanie, If that's even who you really are. The process servers have been there multiple times. They saw the package there on the doorstep addressed to you. We know he is with you/your family members including your dear daughter aka his accomplice. We know you guys are hiding him out and you are the last hope he has. He reported unemployment recently, so is your dear daughter supporting David now that he is fraudulently collecting unemployment? Just found out he's using your dear daughter Morgan and your family info, whereabouts, etc. for his current shady businesses. All the contacts go back to you/your family/Morgan. Even the addresses prior to locating him and getting him served go back to you/ your family. Oh, poor accomplice is in trouble now too, Morgan got fired from Busch Gardens and needs a civil rights attorney. She is setting up her own "Donations" website. CLASSIC DAVID! They are scrounging at ways to make money and not have to work. Now, we all know when he showed up on the scene you saw dollar signs and thought Morgan had it made - Well here he is singing and dancing all over you and yours. Mel, now's the time to clear the air about your involvement and actually HELP, maybe even get your daughter out of the grips of David, and rid your family the haunting of his lies . He's been reported for Unemployment Fraud as he lied to a State Judge that he was not working and receiving benefits, yet he's running that Bike business under the guise of that DJ Cazzuto they like to party with.
Dozens of people have already submitted case files to SEC, emails, phone calls to State Attorneys, etc and we have no doubt this is already raising red flags after so many coming forward.
Do the Right Thing. Be actively helpful. Association is key and if you wanted your daughter back, her association with a mastermind scam artist must come to a halt. It may have not been you to misuse and misguide everyone like David and Morgan did, but the least you can do is repay by standing on the right side for truth.

He had a breakdown and left Morgan just days ago and looks like he is planning to move in with family. He is really running out of options. He reported "Unemployment" to an attorney but is running the Cazzuto Bike biz. He also changed the date that Cazzuto was started to make it appear backdated and in business longer than it factually has been. STAY POSTED.
This is also likely why he left Morgan. David seems to makes moves only for himself to get out the door away from the woman hes drug along, when he is looking at starting something new in hopes of big money for himself and to start over with another, even younger [censored]. She calls David her husband which we know clearly isnt true. He may have left her, but I don't think she will ever leave Him ahhahahah.

New company - Cazzuto Bike - says he builds High End electric bikes in Tampa / Dunedin, FL.
He can't keep his trail clean if he had a mop and bucket.
All moves are being reported to the State Attorney office, SEC and other proper authorities.
Please do your part to report your own facts and experiences to someone who can legally represent you, if you are unable to represent yourself.

They traveled to Switzerland on investors money.. David misappropriated investors money. Rob MacPherson has bank records. He knows the story. He is aware that David is a fraud yet Rob chose to take advantage of those same people. He needs to be behind bars as well.

David DiStefano needs to be in jail for many reasons. He is a professional con artist and pathological liar. He traveled to Switzerland for Direct Crypt with his cheap girlfriend Morgan Poulsan on investors money. (Her implants came from investors money as well a few years ago.)
Laire Lightner and her husband confounded Direct Crypt with him. She underhandedly left the company without telling those who she suckered in to investing into the company. She knew David had prior issues with people but she still advertised and supported David. She needs to be investigated as well! Robert Macpherson ended up scamming people as well. David brought him in. David is now involved in a new company and I assume he is taking advantage of them since he is a poor excuse of a man who can’t work an honest living. Stay far away from these people. Get the media involved!

We invested with David this past October. He ask us to take our money he borrowed and invest into Xblok. Now we are feeling he mislead as that company isn't up and running. We plan on making a report with the news media in Miami and file a report with the police. Enough is enough!

Few years ago, we withdrew money from our savings and loaned him a significant amount of money. He never paid us back one dollar and my husband was forced to work a second job. Don't get scammed like my husband and I have by this man.

Anyone can rent a desk by visiting the domain 'wework' and you can verify the actual tenant for 78 SW 7th Street, Suite 500, Miami, FL 33130 by visiting the domain 'brickellcitycentre'. If there is a video of the location it's of the actual tenant 'wework' property who sells desk space month-to-month. If you visit those two websites you can validate the information provided is factual.
Tell your friends the founders are scam artist! Sent money and not heard from anyone and calls aren't being returned. I have no doubts it's a scam, have no doubts my money is gone and this is a genuine and flat scam.
Wonder how many are going to lose everything if this is true?
