We ordered furniture in September and were told 6-8 weeks. We did not get a call about the furniture being ready for pick-up until 16 weeks and when we tried to speak with a manager about our previous calls to check on the furniture we never received any return calls. We then did not have furniture over the holidays and had company to entertain. We then asked to have it delivered instead of pick up due to the circumstances and we were charged an additional $215.00 for the delivery. We already paid over $3000.00 for the furniture. Thank goodness this is the end of the membership, we will never use them again and recommend others to stay away!

Yeah they are a bunch of [censor] and as a former employee they use their telemarketers in a scam saying they will win 50, 000 dollars and of course they won't. They have this stupid whole "come down and try your key and receive your gifts" when really none of the keys work and they just paid us to lie to their "members"

WELL, BOTH ARE LYERS. DIRECTBUYS 3, OOO DOALLAR FURNITURE COST 6, 000 IN A RETAIL STORE AND YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT A DELIVERY FOR $215. THEN BUY FURNITURE MORE IN YOUR BUDGET. YOU ARE TOLD OF THE WAIT AND YOU SAY YOU WERE NOT. LYER. AS FAR AS THE FORMER EMPLOYEE. GOOGLE DIRECTBUY OF DUTCHESS COUNTY AND LOOK AT THE ARTICLE THAT SAYS THAT IT AWARDED THE MONEY TO SOMEONE FOR THEIR KITCHEN. GROW UP
