Renier auret id [protected] since friday 23/03 (phoned from capitek bank then) is trying to settle the account 2 hours later and agents messing about friday / still nothing.
Last night he spoke to nabisa whom he explained to she just abruptly put him on hold never came back to phone (poor) and nomazizi informed him after we phoned again said to him she will flag me (wife) as the 3rd party phoning on his behalf.. Today 27/03 I phoned 12 minutes later still no assistance (they only in their call centre know one thing... The client must phone... Ppssstt wake up... He phoned to tell you I must resolve as he does not have a phone.. Even handed the useless nomazizi my id for nothing eating my money on my mobile)... Useless I tell you

Directaxis will get another and another call from mr. Auret swearing them as they take their clients for granted and treat them like [censor]...
We gonna have fun and when all is said and done I will name all staff and slander the alread bad name of directaxis in each news paper and people I meet. Garuntee...
Very poor pathetic people, company and service... Juggie//sies,...

They are hindering us from proceeding with our live... Capitek wants to pay the outstanding payment and need the settlement letter...
