Its been 3 years now that we have been struggling to get our tv sorted. From management to sales reps has no clue about the products in the store and how the warranty of their products works. We have been in and out and making phone calls like crazy till we just gave up. Finally i got so fed up that i took this faulty tv back to the store almost a month ago and again all the lies from the staff of getting back to is which never happened. We back to squere one cluesless/careless staff. I received a call on thursday from LG that they found the problem on tv which is the power supply. I refuse to take this tv back and will definitely never be a customer at Dion Wired again. This is the worst experience from such a huge company.
