the seller hasn't cancelled the deal
I bought from the site www.dinkleboo.com. I still haven’t understood why, but the item was returned to the seller. He told me that there were differences in the addresses. But it was lie. My billing address and shipping address were the same. I told the seller that the provided information was correct, but the seller still tried to find some errors and excuses. After 10 days I told him to cancel the deal and return money back, but this guy still hasn’t done it. Awful services.
The rep was rude and threatened me
I had a groupon and wanted to buy from www.dinkleboo.com. But the company refused to take this groupon and told me to pay for the delivery as well. But I started to ask why they refused to accept the groupon and were rude with me. But the rep insisted that he needed to get the payment or he wouldn’t ship the order. I wasn’t happy to speak or deal in such manner and I told the rep to cancel the deal. Awful company.
They're out to make money for doing nothing. I purchased a Voucher Code off Groupon & after entering all of my details I entered the voucher code. They accepted it but as soon as you try to pay, they're website crashes. I retried later on only to find that my voucher code is now invalid. They say it's been used once so can't be reused.
Complete & utter lie. It was entered but not used because they're website crashed. There's several others online today that have had exactly the same thing happen to them. Dinkleboo reply is to try again in a few days! They refuse to reinstate the voucher code so want you to pay full price!
Seller affirmed that he hasn't received money for the shipping, but it was lie
I bought one item from the site www.dinkleboo.com. I was charged for the order and for the delivery, but the company hasn’t provided details about the order and tracking number. The seller has kept silence within couple of weeks. But finally he replied and told that I haven’t paid shipping costs, therefore the item wasn’t sent. It was real lie, because they got the payment. Don’t trust them and it was real scam.
Awful stickers. Don't buy.
I ordered twice from the website www.dinkleboo.com. I received the Christmas tree decoration and ordered some stickers for my kids’ rooms. I received the tree and it was ok, but the set of stickers wasn’t full and the quality was terrible. They weren’t sticky at all. I posted negative review on the website, but the seller ignored the post and I understood that I didn’t have any chance to get refund.

I am really disappointed with the service of dinkleboo I ordered and have still not received the stickers, my son has lost his bottle jacket and lunchbox at daycare.
