Worst internet commerce experience ever. shipped a table by UPS that arrived with the frame broken. They shipped another as a replacement that also arrived damaged with a 1 and 1/2 inch gouge in the top and the UPS driver left a five-foot gouge on my hardwood floor in my new home pushing the box inside. took no responsibility for what UPS did and told me I was "complaining to the wrong company." refunded the price of the table for my problems, but I had to dispose of the first broken table on my own. Overall, a terrible experience and hours of time spent with customer service and UPS to work out a remedy. Left now with a damaged hardwood floor and a very noticeably flawed dining room set. Avoid this drop-ship outfit -- refuses to be accountable for shipping and product quality. You pay freight for a refund -- over $300 if I'd sent everything back. "Free shipping" means you're stuck with whatever they send no matter what.
