dinging set / customer service
I purchased a dining set in March 2013, and the fabric seat cushions were slitting apart after 2 weeks. I called and spoke with Chris the manager of the store in Moncton, who said he would replace them when they arrived, he would contact me. A month & 1/2 later I called back when I hadn't heard from him. He said he remembered me, and the cushions were there. I asked him if there was anything I needed to bring to the store when going to pick up new cushions, and he said "no, I'm just going to open the box & give you the new cushions.". My husband went down the next day (receipt in hand) and they wouldn't give him the new cushions because he didn't bring the old ones in. When my husband questioned this, they began yelling & swearing at him, called the manager, who then proceeded to yell at him. I want the contact information for their head office to make an official complaint.
