This is to inform you that I dinesh Kumar purchased a Laptop Presario 500 Serial no CND7090N7N on 2007 with 2 year extended warranty of HP Care Pack..I am Not satisfy with the HP product & services provided by HP due to following reseasons and every time I faced harassment during services each time and the service center in Okhla not take the customer in well manner I don’t know where the mistake is going on at the end of dealer or service provider.
The Following points are explain my difficulties faced during services of my laptop.
In first Service: when I was taken my first service from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 of battery replacement and Scratch mark on my laptop due to Manufacturing fault of this laptop and they deny the problem and don’t give me services at that time and told this scratches is due to dust bust if any person is seen my laptop condition nobody can says it is dust scar and the Compaq impression are reflect in my keypad side. Slowly the impression is increasing and come on most of the part of the body.
In second Services: when I was taken my Second services from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 of Combo drive is not working and Same that scars on laptops but I was shocked the representative told me your CD Combo drive Serial no is not matched with the system and they argued with me but after long argument with the service center and because that existing product was under warranty any they repair that part but not take care that second complaint of scar due to manufacturing fault.
In Third Services: when I was taken my third services from RT Outsourcing services ltd A-200 Okhla Indl. Area Phase -1 New Delhi 110020 on dated 01/09/2009 token no : L-103 with case ID no. [protected] and I complaint for same scars problem increasing day by day in PC and the system is not open when the representative checks the problem and after that he announced me second time shocking news is that your hard disk serial no. is also not matched with the system again its shocking news for me. Mr. Kiran Kumar told me we take guarantee for services but they don’t give any warranty on replacement of hard disk due to serial no was not matched with the system
I am serious about this case because my laptop is under warranty and I am already purchased HP care pack with 2 year extended warranty .
Question : I purchased this laptop from authorized services center ANNEX Computer Dwarka Sec.12. I saw only product not its parts serial no. and I think it is also not mendatory every customer should have Hardware engineers before purchase any kind of PC and Laptop from authorized service center any nobody knows which serial no parts is installed in this PC or Laptop. And when a customer taking services from any service center that he was harssed to purchase HP product because a if a person is investing amount in extended warranty by HP care Pack not for facing problem during services and think what is the benefits of HP care pack and he don’t know the serial parts no, installed in the laptops or PC and he wasted his time and he purchased a ticket of airlines and he supposed to travel in bus or any other third class train. “What is the benefit of that services I am afraid and harassed by HP product and services.”
Suggestion: Please mention on all service centers and authorized service center
“Customer should be hardware engineer and he is responsible for the part if serial no is not matched with the product during services” .
This is my humble request you to please take any kind of favourable action on my laptop scars problems and hard disk. If you don’t have any kind of prospective or positive response so I will take legal action towards your company.
