On January 9th 2019 I tried to validate my new credit card number [protected]. I called from South America where I have my second residence. Unfortunately as I was told some of the pretty stupid questions I did not answer correctly to the lady of your office who by the way acted like a hungry tiger. As she did not intend to understand my arguments, I told her to destroy the card where I have been a member since 1987. Now she told me no way she could cancel my account and that I would receive a letter. I tried to make her understand that I will not be in the USA for the next 3 to 4 month, a response she couldĀ“nt care less. Is there Any way I can validate my card with a different person? If not I will just have to destroy my card with or without cancellation from your side. thank you for your comments and best regards Kurt Diener
