People, I just posted a wrong address for all of those of you who want to register for the shopping spree. The correct address is
www.dillards.comshoppingspree. I gave the wrong address and I'm sorry for that mistake. Do try the www.dillards.comshoppingspree one and I believe you will have better results. And again if your computer does not allow you to register, please have it checked by a computer tech as you might have a virus or need some software updates. Best wishes, Noble, Okla.

People, may I suggest to go to this site to register for the shopping spree. At the top of your computer at the extreme left hand side of the screen is the http:// spot. Do not use google, or another search engine to register. Go to the top of your screen and type in this address;
www.dillards.comshippingspree. This will take you to the site whereby one can register the needed information and at the end of several informational questions you need to submit your registeration and then confirm it. I had no trouble going to the spot. Again, use the extreme left hand upper corner where the http is normally located. Best wishes. Noble, Okla.

Dillard's sucks!

I went to Dillard's for the first time yesterday. I asked for some assistance from two representatives.

One of them turned to the other and asked if she wanted to help me measure my bra size. The other had her face puckered like a four year old with her eyebrows looking like an evil troll and shook her head no! She look totally disgusted er something! What is up with this!? Of all my years going to Macys I've never received the type of nasty behavior from Reps as I did on my first visit to Dillard's.

Then the other rep finally was obliged to come help me find what I was looking for. I'm never going to Dillard's again. It's not worth the headache.

I thought I had the site but discovered it was was a survey for some other companies. It never referenced the Dillards's Shopping Spree! I don't know what I have registered for now. How disappointing!

You would have thought they'd have cleared this up by now, wouldn't you? Anyway, I finally was able to register (mid June 07) but it wasn't easy. First I came up with the 'missing page' when I entered dillards.com/shopping spree. Then I went directly to dillards.com but could find no mention of the shopping spree. Finally I googled the entire url -- www.dillards.com/shopping spree. About 8 hits down I found a direct link to the registration page. That was easy enough until I was asked to confirm my registration number only to be told it wasn't a valid number. Two more tries and I was finally registered. Guess Dillards wants to make sure we really do want to win! Well, I do!

I totally agree if they want less business this is most definitely the way to it. Like the business doesn't have the money? Give me a break and the rest of the people put the sweepstakes on the sight and restore the faith in your customers!

I have 6 receipts for there new game and that game ends may 27th 2007 and i am having the same trouble you were experiencing on there last game which expired in feb... You would think they would have gotten a cue when they couldn't pick a winner because they had no registries or did they?

How can we win if we cant play?

I have made significant purchases today at the Dillards store. My receipts say that I may win a $2500 shopping spree from Dillards if I enter an online drawing. The receipts also give me two registration numbers to enter on their site WWW.DILLARDS.COM/SHOPPINGSPREE. This site is unobtainable and brings up a different type of scam entry form.

I had trouble with locating the shopping spree contest using search engines. When I typed www.dillards.com/shoppingspree into my address bar, it took me to the correct site and I was able to register.

I to have Dillard's receipts and would like very much to register. But I 'am here with all of you. ( Dead End ) . In the small town I live in I have to drive a long distance ( 60 to 70 miles ) in order to shop at a Dillard's. I'm very disappointed in Dillard's for such an act upon there customers. Were is their appreciation for the people that keep there doors opening. And the money we spend to pay their debtors . Hey Dillard's no customers. No Dillard's !
{ Shame , Shame, on you Dillard's }

Strike my postage. After reading the postages, I followed Micheal James' instructions and was successful. It does exist without sending you to some other prompts.

Multiple unsuccessful attempts to register for the 2,500.00 shopping spree. This so call website to register prompts you to another website to try other services of which I have no interest. Dillard's please give accurate information if you truly want your loyal customers to register for this shopping spree.

I heard of the complaints and went and keyed: http://www.dillards.com/shoppingspree and was directed right to the page to sign up.

I am an employee and will make them aware that more info is needed on the receipt for the customers to sign up.

I have tried several times to register for the $2500 shopping spree. I am getting so fed up with Dillards and it has long been my very favorite store. First they take away the free check cashing for the Elite customers, the free shipping and the free gift wrapping...the very thing that I loved about it, not to mention the hundreds of dollars I spend there every year. Now they are asking you to register for a $2500 shopping spree and no way can I get through.

This is just awful that a reputable store like Dillards would do this. Would you PLEASE send me information how to get through to your website so I can register. Thank you!

This is my second time leaving a message today. On my receipt it has register to win a 2500$ shopping spree. I went to a number of sights and there is not a way to put in my registration #. Is this some kind of rip off. I will have my attorney check into it and if it is I will file a suite, and will never shop Dillard's again.

I tried to register, but couldn't access the website on my sales receipt. Why would any reputable store post a scam on a receipt?

Before everyone starts flaming a very reputable retailer, you need to verify that you are entering the address EXACTLY as it is stated on the receipt in the ADDRESS BAR of your browser. Do Not use your google toolbar or yahoo or any other search bar to get to this address: www.dillards.com/shoppingspree/
If you are still unable to get to the site, YOUR computer may be infected with SPYWARE or MALWARE that is not allowing you to reputable sites. Update your virus protection and spyware protection. I have been entered and successfully on all my purchases. I feel it is not Dillard's issue but the individual users mistyping, using search to go to a specific site or a PC problem.

Hope this helps!

I can't find the web site to register for the shopping spree, either. I've tried several formats as suggested and nothing comes up. What a rip off! Please, Dillards...you're better than this!

I cannot believe Dillards would deliberately lead their customers into links to disgusting websites that ask personal questions and the $2500.00 shopping spree registration not be a legitimate site! Since I understand they lost customer account files in the past I do not think they need another "blot" on their name. Someone has dropped the ball on this one!

May management quickly clear up whatever the problem is in order to maintain their position in the retail world. I love Dillards and do not think they wish to give customers reasons to buy elsewhere.

I have tried several different times on several different occasions with several different receipts. I have never been able to find the site to register to win the $2,500 shopping spree from Dillards. Why do they continue to print that on the receipts? They have to know by now that registration is an impossibility!
