Dijon Boutique / Bad customer service

This boutique has a terrible customer services, I went to the one that it is at 30 New Street to exchange a blouse w/o receipt. And the Indian manager told me that blouse does not belong to the boutique but the tag was from there, and she did not even look at the description of the tag to compare it with the style of the blouse. She emphasized that she knew every item from that boutique and that one was not from there. I told her that I bought that blouse in there with two other sweaters, and that I remembered very well. She kept saying that I did not buy it in there, that maybe was in another store...So, I told her WHAT ABOUT THE TAGGGGGGG...she said yes it is from here..So stupid customer service she has..She should not be a manager with that poor performance of handling customers' issues...I just told her "OK, whatever you said" and then I left... I was not going to waste my time and my money in that boutique anymore...My opinion is if she did not want to exchange the blouse in that moment, she could tell me that the item is not longer in the store and she cannot take it back.. In that way I could be less upset and understand the policy of the store. But because of her attitude I will prevent people who I know not to shop in there...
