We had lodged a complaint (Complaint number 10638083) with "Dish TV" call centre on 31st of Dec 2007 that 90 % of the channels are not available. As per their standard terms they promised that it will be attented within 4 to 24 hours but till date (4th Jan 2007) nobody has come to attend. Company promises through advertisement (in the voice of Shahrukh Khan) that they give full satisfaction to the customers. Now when we try to remind them at the call centre, the operator also does not pay any attention to this long pending case and keep us on hold without uttering a single word and then they disconnect the line abruptly. I don't know how to awake these people to provide proper service to their subscriber who have already spend so much money on Set Top Box and paid monthly subscription till May 2008.
