Very poor service. Does not answer phones and cannot prove that product shipped after six business days. Has excuses for everything but they sound fishy. Below is a copy of the dialog after 2 other attempts for confirmation. As you can see below, rather than resolve my issues about knowing the status and tracking numbers of the order they cancelled it. If he can call his rep to cancel the order, probably could have done the same to find out the tracking number. I have dealt with many online merchants but this takes the cake! Charge is not yet refunded. Will post again if that falls through.

As I stated before it was drop shipped by my M-Audio distributor, typically they ship 24-72 hrs from the time the order is placed.

I have not gotten word back from them yet, as I stated in the last 2 e-mails, they have the tracking data, I have asked for it, but it usually takes them a few days to respond to those queries.I am at their mercy for that info as when we go out of stock they ship for us until our new stock arrives, which is what happened here - it is a great favor they provide us - the catch is that they are not johnny on the spot with the data.

Though today is only the 6th business day, and it probably would be arriving within the next 24-48 hrs - I am not risking fighting a chargeback because they are an hours worth of work and pose a risk to raise my merchant fees, so the order has been cancelled and refunded.

I have spoken with my rep, he is aware the order is no more, and they'll be turning it around.

Expect to see the refund within 3-5 business days, the delay is determined by your cc issuer, not us, sorry.
